The Quarry Fish & Chips in Tonbridge and Malling

Had large cod and chips, cod was usual watery rubbish and tasteless. I’ll stick with using marina fish bar that serve fresh non frozen mushy cod. Absolutely tasteless. Chips were ok but still on the dry side.

These chips are dry and stale. They have 100% been reheated. They taste like yesterdays chips. Never experienced this at a Chippy before. I’m eating them as I write this and the colder they get the worse they get. £4. Polite staff. Just a bad product

It’s okay. Place looks okay. Staf is friendly but seem a but complacent/nonchalant. I wanted to order and behind the front counter is the deep frying installation/ keep warm unit/grill. Staff called me from behing that (one cannot really see them) so I found that odd. The chips were okay, burger okay. Nothing special. I wouldn’t go beyond 3 out of 5, thus. Pembury is better and cheaper.

Over an hour late as no driver wanted to deliver to my end of town, won’t be using Just Eat again.

Ordered oap fish and chips and a kids fish and chips, the kids fish and chips had more chips then an oap. Not good quantity for the price.

Freezing cold. Portion size is abysmal. Ordered oap fish and chips and it wouldnt even feed my child. Counted all of 16 chips and a tiny piece of fish smaller then what you buy for the freezer.

Never fails to provide the best service and the best fish and chips in town. Always a pleasure to turn up and collect

Food was delivered within the hour as stated but was cold when it got here. I have used this chip shop before and it has always been good. For the quantity and quality of the food it is very over priced so very disappointed, fish was soggy

The food was delicious. The delivery on time and friendly. However it is an expensive way to eat cod medium chips with Haddock medium chips. Mushy Peas, tub of mayonnaise tub of ketchup... Delivered to Tonbridge near the college... Total order was just over £48.00... that said it was a great service and I was visiting my father in law we are both disabled... So it was a treat.

We ordered for a specific time in advance but it was just under an hour late. When it arrived it wasn't labelled so we didn't know which was which. It was good but no idea what I had!

Avoid this place at all cost. Ordered takeaway but food not delivered. Staff blamed others when phoned

A wide variety of food on offer including a decent amount for vegetarians. Hardly much of a wait for my order, they even take telephone orders. Food was brilliant They do pies!

1st time trying Christmas Eve - very impressed. Fish tasted fresh & the chips are crispy but not oily. It is more on the expensive side however it’s worth it.

Great Burgers cooked to perfection. Have to say it's my favourite in town. Always clean and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Their portions sizes are ridiculously small. Prices are much more higher than their competitors. Although people will pay for quality but this place doesn't seem to have it.

One of the cleanest and friendliest fish and chip shops around. All fish has shot up in price but - it is very good quality. And the owners are entitled to profit! Well worth it.

Just spent £50 on food here and it was absolutely horrible. Dry fish, couldn’t cut through battered sausages as so dry. Hair in the chips. Won’t be coming back! Put it out for the birds and even they wouldn’t eat it!

Just charged £7 for a fish...no chips or nothing it's abit exspensive and then as I left he made a comment to the other guy laughing that I asked why it was £7...for just a fish I won't be coming back...not worth the snarky comments and dry exspensive fish...

I've used this guys several times through just eat always quick delivery and good food I popped in there late last night to grab pie and chips and service again was fantastic and good food would highly recommend

Unfortunately... After asking for a cod and chips and the person serving confirms the order back to me... Charges for a large cod and chips. Now fair enough I got a large cod but I definitely got a small portion of chips. Literly have 2 hand full of chips. Now even when I said that's not what I ordered he still proceeded to Charge for something I never asked for That being said food is nice but I won't visit again if this is how they are going to make thier Money

We had a variety of orders for nine of us, ( 9th July) everything was cooked fresh to order and the fish in batter was amazing, good sized portions of chips too. Thank you.

Pre ordered food, chips were overcooked dry and shrivelled, chips were a good size portion, children’s dishes and chips were soggy Battered sausage was burnt at the ends and again overcooked, not the best first impression at all, based on the food today I can’t recommend at all

This is a traditional chippie at the start of a street that becomes the main shopping street in Tonbridge. It is take away only and performs it's functional admirably. It offers all the usual chippie fare, freshly deep fried and in sizeable portions. Good value.

Use to love their chips. But last few times I've been in, I have obviously had the last batch each time. Over cooked and dried out. Disappointing!

Just ordered and collected a meal from them. When we got it home the sausages were missing. What little I tried was cold. Will never use them again! Off to get a curry now.

Brilliant chip shop we go here twice a month on a Friday and they are always busy which is a good sign and food is so good the chips are soft and fluffy inside and the cod is really fresh and crispy,give it a try.
