The meal prep from here is amazing! I’ve just started a calorie deficit and with working full time, going to the gym and trying to have a social life too - it’s difficult to measure and cook food everyday. The Protein Cafe’s meal prep packages are unreal - they’re so filling and actually taste unreal! Not to mention the staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you, even changing one of my meals in the meal prep because I don’t like that food! 100% totally recommend to everyone, thanks so much guys ❤️

I went there while I was in town shopping and so glad i did! Food was amazing and the staff are lovely. Couldn't fault the place. Absolute gem!
