Food is always fresh, staff is very friendly

Absolutely amazing place food was on point anytime I'm near one I would go the salad bar itself is not what I thought I could have just ate there had to turn my card over to red I couldn't eat all the meats on offer ayisha and Rodrigo need special mention nothing was too much trouble and so pleasant I wish I could have savoured more 😍

Last Sunday we came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday , it was such an amazing food experience ! The offer was fantastic and the service , atmosphere and quality of food was outstanding ! They also made her birthday so special with a happy birthday ice cream platter ! ( even tho she was 27 ) I intend booking another table for next week for my sons 21st , just nice venue to do with close family and they make you feel so relaxed whilst serving the best food with unreal offer ! I have told everyone about it ! See you all soon . Thank you !

1st time, lovely atmosphere, had to wait a little while for our 1st drink but apart from that everything else was great, meat selection was very good, and it just kept coming and coming!, asked at the end of the night if we would like dessert but no room for one.

I recently visited Nando’s Middlesbrough and had an outstanding experience. The staff were friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Zain for his exceptional customer service—he even offered me a glass of water while I waited for my takeaway order. Highly recommended!

I had gone off nandos until recently, the Teesside park one seems to be lacking. Middlesbrough one seems a good step up.

The was our first time at Rio and it was incredible. Jess, our server, (who was fantastic throughout the evening) explained how it worked with the green and red tokens to indicate whether you wanted to try more meats or take a break. I'm a carnivore, and joked to my partner beforehand that I didn't expect to use the red at all, but there's so much meat on offer that I was quickly opting to have lots of mini-breaks. All of the food was delicious, the salad bar was really fresh with an amazing selection of choices. Deserts were gorgeous and the wine and cocktails were really good too. It is expensive, but it's worth the money.

Both the meat and the salad bar were excellent quality. The attention to detail and service was second to non, far superior to other restaurants of the same style that I have visited. Nothing was too much trouble for Lewis our waiter. Will definitely return

Friendly staff and good quality Nando's food.

Unfortunately this branch has really gone down hill. For the amount we paid, I expected far better food and service. We waited a very long time for food and there weren't many people in there. The waitress was kind enough to come over and ask if we were told about the delay, which we weren't. When they food came the chicken was really dry and bland as though they didn't baste or season it on the grill. The garlic bread was rock solid it literally hurt my jaw eating it and gave me a headache. We did ask for some of the garlic breads to be replaced but the rest were inedible. We aren't complainers so we didn't say anything until we seen the manager at the very end. All he said was OK I'll let the staff know. I think maybe some of the order was ready and was waiting too long before serving which is why everything was dry and almost stale. It honestly is not worth the money, far too expensive and food very inadequette. Even the children said how bad it was. We won't be returning sadly. I am writing this in hope you can improve for others because people work hard to treat their families, and I wouldn't want others to walk away with the way we felt.

I normally would not leave a review, but after collecting my order from Nando’s Middlesbrough, I felt I should. I was greeted by manager paddy. He was very polite and kind not only with me but with everyone else I seen him interact with during my brief visit. Well done paddy, keep up the fantastic customer experience

This was a fantastic restaurant for dining, with a stylish design featuring patterned shapes and different coloured lights! The counter is well-presented with menus readily available from which staff told us what items were unavailable, water is readily available from the machine with ice too. I had deliciously hot Chicken Wings with peri-salted chips and mint peas, sitting comfortably and also the toilets were very clean!

Food was lovely, but as it was a take away. The mac and cheese was a bit wet from the container, chips and burger were luke warm by the time we got home. We live 10mins from the branch. Would definitely recommend sitting in as we have done so in the past.

Chicken is always good but shout out to the grilled chicken thighs. They were fantastic. Best of the best 👌

Been to nando's lately twice in a month Middlesbrough one rubbish sent it back came cold got another one which was luke warm that much of a farse on we just ate half of it Teesside park one the other week exactly the same ...... nando's you are slipping!

Haven’t been in a while… coke zero was flat and too syrupy. It wasn’t a major issue but not ideal. Service was slow, it took 15 minutes to get our glasses for bottomless drinks despite there only being a few people in the restaurant at the time (and we had to ask for the glasses). Over five staff were on the floor but tons of food was left on the side. Had to ask for the sauce we paid for, a missing starter and then my main, which I had seen sitting on the side since the rest of my table got their food. My food was lukewarm, mac and cheese had a crusty layer as did my wrap after being sat out. Hopefully it’ll be a better experience next time

My husband and I had a lovely meal. We were told there was a 20 minute wait but only waited about 10 minutes, if that. The food came out at the right pace. We had starters, so got those then had a short break before mains arrived. Food was hot, well cooked, and tasted delicious. My chicken was tender and juicy. Nothing overcooked. Would definitely visit again if we're ever back in the area.

Great customer service. Food came out great apart from some wings were burnt/over done, but staff replaced them no problems.

It's really nothing special, only went as my son has been wanting to try it for months. My burger was missing the cheese, so let them know... literally just slapped a cold cheese slice on top of my warm chicken. Not somewhere I would go back to when there's so many more interesting choices around.

It was simply the best experience eating out in the city of Middlesbrough there was. You are attended to warmly and on time. I got the Nando's Chilli Card. Food is served hot and delicious. Variety of sauce and drinks to serve your self with. Definitely a back-again spot. Enjoy!

Wasn't too busy which was great as my little girl doesn't like busy spaces. Food was cooked well and was delicious as always.

Can’t complain. Great atmosphere. Good staff. The person who served us. She was ace. I didn’t catch her name though. Asked for more spicy than Vusa Hot. I regretted it. I really did. Stay away from that spice. Chips was not the best and as usual the spicy rice is bland lol !

As always, brilliant. More for your money would he welcomed but you expect modest portions per £ when you visit nandos. Still you can share a platter and eat for around £15 each without walking our feeling like you need to go to sleep!

Our go to HALAL local Nandos which offers good seating environment has a good taste and offer nice service from staff working there.Been there multiple times and had excellent time . Cherry on top,they also offer blue light/nhs discount 💙

Always good customer service, chicken is always well cooked and cooked in a certain way whereby the chicken is soft and melts like butter when you eat it. I got a chicken wrap lemon and herb with chips. If there’s anything wrong with the order, they always get you a brand new one sorted

Absolutely fantastic customer care and the food was incredible too. Arrived unexpectedly and ordered enough food for a banquet. They were so helpful, especially with our allergy part of the order. Thank you sincerely guys, you did yourselves proud. From a Lincolnshire customer that will definitely be back for more.

Little bit of a wait for a turnup and takeaway which I'm not opposed to, food was good and there was an apology for the wait. Small incident involving an exploding glass (too hot when filled with ice). Lucky escape for me and the woman next to me with two small children. Small scratch on my arm, and just missed the women's eye. Surprised at the lack of apology, but maybe in busy times a conversion needs to be had around lowering the temperature of your dishwasher to mitigate future incidents.

Really great food as always at nandos. Our meal took a while to come out but it was fairly busy in there at the time.

Takeaway ordered whilst at the cinema. Was right on time! And lady at the front desk did a perfect job! Got loads of extra sauces!

Shocking how we were told to wait outside 8n the cold with a child when a few others were waiting inside empty tables were noticed but our faces did not seem to meet nandos criteria!!!

Complete joke to be honest. Common sense out the window. Entrance way ridiculous. Can't keep social distance. Register name then have to pass people to go back and wait outside. 25mins wait when empty tables inside. Ask why my group of 3 couldn't have a table and was told table was for a group of 5. Few groups standing outside but only 3s and 4s so had to look at empty tables. Don't understand why our group or others had to wait? We ended up having that table after our wait? Don't understand stand it. Surely Common sense should prevail?

Good taste...!!!we went for a team lunch...so spacious inside...chicken s spicy nd juicy as well....usually I don't eat olives, but I tried from here... Its really good..

Went in with family. The whole restaurant was like a freezer. Sat us right under the air con which made our food cold very quickly. Did ask to lower it or move us to different table with no success. I understand it was a hot day but blimey. This cold? Apparently its on timer and they can't over ride. My kids where shivering even tho I gave them my jacket. Just a waste of our money and time.

The food was fine nothing wrong with it but the atmosphere in the place was weird. The queue app wouldn't work it said that the place was packed and then you look through the window and they was two tables dining. So we went in and asked a member of staff about the app and she said it was because they was closing soon (3pm on a Tuesday afternoon) But then they showed us to a table and we was able to order via the app . While we waited for our food we watched the staff scrub the tables and put chairs up on the tables like they was closing soon which made us feel uncomfortable like we needed to rush our meals. Some people that came in were showed over to tables and some was told they was closing and wasn't which was strange . Glad we was just eating while passing through Middlesbrough as my local nados is a much nicer place to dine.
