Portsmouth Hash House Harriers(UK) run. Very wet night,shiggy run. And back to a proper boozer. On On,top spot!

What a find! Always driven past, but finally popped in last Friday night. Good ales, good jukebox, friendly staff and locals. Will definitely visit again.

Love this pub! The landlady makes everyone welcome, there is a lovely garden at the rear of the pub. Only downside is it gets very busy at the weekends so standing is a possibility

Good old fashion pub for meeting people

Traditional Old School original pub with everything one would expect from,including polished copper plumbing in Gents toilets. Bar rolls and tiger bread baguettes are yummy too .😊

First time I'd been.....little small but was a party

What a shame. Lovely position. However Sunday evening food reheated from lunchtime. Poor waitress was mortally embarrassed. Green beans dried out and shrivelled, roast potatoes that you could get the fork in and mashed potato that had set like concrete!! Full of regulars who made you feel like you were an intruder. Suffice to say we won't be returning. Pity!!!!

One of the better pubs in Havant

Popped into the Prince of Wales for a couple of pints and some lunch. I was welcomed by Ann the landlady and Naomi the barmaid. What a lovely couple. I ordered Ham Egg Chips and Beans and a pint. Great value for money and highly recommended. If you want friendly and low cost quality food then the Prince of Wales is the place to go. Food is served 12:00 to 15:00.

Its not for everyone but, decent local with decent people. My first pint was flat & second.... was a little ridiculed for letting bar staff know.

So pleased to see this still going strong. Lovely pub. This pub used to be owned by my great uncle, who I believe was also some kind of head engineer for United Breweries.

Great place for fun or a quiet drink. Lots to offer. Speciality nights like Bingo, Cribbage, Darts, Quizes, Disco night. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. The landlady Ann and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Sky tv also available so you can keep up with tennis, golf, football etc. They even have a choice of daily papers to read with your drink. What more can you ask. Well done Ann.

Stopped here for a swift drink before a wedding up the road and had a couple of really good pints. Landlord even drew off a little of my first choice as he thought it was odd, and it was, so we changed to another. Great service, and we had a good chat with him and his regulars.

Get here early for a fantastic Sunday roast. After this stay and play cards with the Geezers who still have some cash left by Sunday. Plenty of Mushes leaving pennyless after a few Stellas If your lucks in, the cash on the table could be yours. worth a punt.

A friend and I decided to try out the recently renovated Prince Of Wales pub in Havant and certainly were not disappointed. Both of us chose the Sausage, Mash and Peas. The sausages were a delicious Lincolnshire variety, and the mash creamy and smooth. However, the three sausages and the huge helping of mash were far too much for me, but I think I still did justice to Landlady Anne's cooking. We shared a decent Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, and also enjoyed an ice cold pint of Stella Artois before the food came, exactly at the time for which we asked. Will definitely visit again, maybe to try their Sunday roasts.

Used to be a lovely friendly back street pub.Since the refurb in 2015, the missing locals from the old public and lounge bars tells a story.It has become the home of the local Chav clientèl. Drugs handed round on a Saturday night.Cocaine taken openly in the rear corridor by lads sniffing it off the back of their hands.If this is your thing enjoy.... if not avoid.

we popped in after finding this on google maps.we entered the fun quiz and got beaten,still the locals were friendly and they had 4 real ales on tap.just been done-up and looks very nice.

Offers TV, pool and darts , maybe more. Enjoyed a drink of Doombar in this corner pub. Worth popping in for a pint.

I went in there with my daughter Holly and we had the best breakfast I've ever had. The landlady was really obliging and the staff very friendly. I believe its recently had a refurb and its lovely inside. Very modern and contemporary.I would recommend this pub to my friends.

This pub has had a lovely new make over, now very open and spacious with a great menu and lovely atmosphere.

The Prince of Wales is a traditional back street pub. The landlady is full of life & will stop at nothing to get your money lol. The food is basic home cooked fare, plus a roast on Sundays. With karaoke, bingo,darts, & quiz on Sun nights; a regular crowd are always in attendance, with new people always welcomed. Enter at your own peril, & beware of Ann!!!
