Fantastic food by chef Jamie Excellent quality and great service Would highly recommend to everyone ☺️☺️☺️

We went for a family bike ride across island. we stopped for lunch in Shark’s. What a beautiful location. Pls be aware that the place is very busy even during school hours, I’d highly recommend to book a table, especially if you want to seat in wind protected area. We ordered sandwiches and cakes for kids. The choice of cakes are great and sizes very generous. Staff friendly and helpful. View from marina - AMAZING!

Food was lovely and the waiting staff very helpful and polite which couldn't be said about the lady who took the orders. If you have staffing issues regarding a decision made by a colleague so you can eat don't moan to the customer as it's not their fault. It's was a treat for me however it did mar the occasion.

Friendly staff and great value for money. The 99 was so large I felt slightly sick by the time I had finished it!

This is a lovely cafe, with a reasonable amount of outside seating. They do an excellent selection of baps, and a lovely range of cakes and chocolate bars. We had a sausage and egg bap, and a slice of carrot cake - absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable too We will certainly be using the cafe again.

This is exactly what you want from a beach cafe ... good, quick service and sensible prices that don't make you wince! ... we often pop in for an ice-cream and are still working through the extensive list of flavours - highly recommended ice-cream and also do a good cuppa with choices of cake, bacon sarnies etc ... what's not to like?!? Staff tend to vary a lot, think it might have actually changed hands this year maybe, but only ever had friendly service.

Lovely location overlooking marina. Sit outside in the sun and watch the yachties. Breakfast/brunch offerings are good, so is the coffee. At £4 a slice, the gluten-free brownie was expensive but delicious. Staff had a bit of an attitude this time, but overall a good experience.

A big well done to the Surf Shack for offering customers a lovely gluten free chocolate cake. I am coeliac and it is lovely to have coffee and cake on the beach and all for £3.The only place on the beach that I know offers gf. well done.

Called in for a drink after a walk. Brilliant place. Bright and cheerful reception and excellent service. Lovely coffee.

Quick trip to the beach and very welcome ice creams and coffee, service was brilliant...you could not ask for more.

It’s not the ritz but offered two lovely mug of tea with a proper sausage and egg bap and cheese and ham toasties all for £9. We sat outside with the dog on a sunny November lunchtime. There is a posh pub across the way which I am sure is fine but would have cost far far more for no purpose. The service was friendly and helpful. Would certainly stop there again.

Nice little cafe, we stopped for a refreshing cup of tea one afternoon on the way back from the beach, Don't know about food as we didn't have any, but looked good.

Brilliant for quick stops at the beach. Lovely staff and good for ice creams. Outdoor seating and indoor with good facilities for dogs.

An excellent cafe on Hayling sea front. An excellent pit stop for a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea when walking the dog.

Good quality wholesome food for all the family at excellent prices, well worth a pit stop and watch the world go by.

Nice laid back cafe on the seafront...reasonable prices, frequented by locals, worth a visit. Reasonable prices.

This place was buzzing on a beautiful sunny Sunday in November. Very friendly staff and clearly a hit with the locals. Great quality bap of bacon and egg washed down with a hot mug of tea.

Yes you get a good crowd in here, morning ,afternoon, and very late afternoon. What ever the weather you can have a laugh with the hostess,. comfy seating inside and out, and I do believe they do a good breakfast.

They serve very good fish and chips, but it can get very crowded. Good selection on menu and some outside seating.

We haven't lived in Hayling Island for long but have come across the Surf Shack Cafe while on our walks with the dog. What a great place this is for a cuppa and chat, my husband usually has eggs on toast or a bacon sandwich too! This place is quite a regular meeting place for locals, dog walkers, non dog walkers and trades persons. It is a cheery place to go and have a nice chat, chatch up on local events or just enjoy the scenery, regular locals all through the winter months visit here, what better recommendation can you ask for, as well as visitors. Summer we have yet to experience but I understand is is very popular. food and drink. Reasonable price, good snack/cafe type food and nice company. Limited free parking, toilet block with pay for hot shower machine within a few yards, so very popular for campers, days out stops or 'just visiting'. Love the p,ace and go three or four times a week.

While at Sinah Warren for the weekend a stroll to the nearby area produced some of the best chips ever, polite efficient service and hot food.

If you haven't found this gem yet, head for the fun fair and turn right, next let into a traditional little Beach run cafe, fanatastic food, drinks (non Alchoholic) breakfasts superb, brunch/lunch high tea outsatnding. Friendly staff, great prices, excellant quality and served with youmg smiles.

New this year to the beachlands area with new owners who make you most welcomed. Staff are great and help in every possible way. A great selection and variety of food, well cooked, presented and tastes great every time. Its a laid back eatery for all and many regulars return time after time.Situatied opposite Inn on the beach but with much better prices for the food and drinks.(not Licensed)

A great little seaside cafe with genuine good and friendly service from people who cared. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back on our next visit to Hayling Island.

Friendly service and bacon and egg sandwiches to die for! Chips are deep fried from frozen so a bit tasteless but all in all good food at good prices.
