Badly organised. Serving staff frendly but didn't seem to have much of a clue. Multiple requests needed to get drinks and condiments. Even though we had pre-ordered the food we had to wait for ages before it was served. Great food when it finally arrived.

I had heard of this place but had never been. Having spent the day working in Grays Inn Road, and arranged to meet my son and friends for drinks, we settled on this place; initially for a drink or two before moving on to get something to eat. We didn’t realise this place did food but saw a menu and had a look. The staff were really friendly and helpful (even loaning us a phone charger); when we discuss that we were going to have something to eat they reserved a table for us. The menu is not extensive; mostly pizza and nibbles but what they do they do well and nothing is truly expensive. We enjoyed our food and the drinks. The clientele are mostly young city types and freindly also; there is a great vibe. Basically we loved this place and definitely be returning.

A lovely night out. The back garden/patio is great as well. There is lots of room to stand, as we do in England.

The doorman was incredibly rude. He kept leaving the door open in zero degree temperatures. We were freezing. Our pizzas arrived 25 minutes apart despite being ordered at the same time, by the same person and for the same table. Bar staff were apologetic, but it seemed fairly chaotic. The atmosphere was good but the doorman ensured we were cold all night, and was rude when we asked him to keep the door closed.

Cozy and modern at the same time. Open kitchen and a large bar. Plenty of tables to sit but also quite an amount of free open space where I guess it gets more crowded after work. Food was good and fair price for London. No giant portions so those who are very hungry should probably get a starter or sidedish with the meal.

La hora del almuerzo con un amigo. Ambos tenían la hamburguesa vegetariana y estaban encantados de que fueran grandes, sabrosos y un poco más interesantes que la comida habitual. Volveremos felizmente.

A great mix of pub food and pizzas. Good wine list as well. Nice atmosphere! Get a burger and sweet potato fries! Love the themed drinks after advertising industry. Yummy cocktails and fun bartenders!

Visited as after work/pre dinner drinks. Interesting style bar and stands out as very different from those around it. Not sure of the food/drink combo.

I used to drink in the original and whilst I was not expediting the same bar, people and atmosphere, it was a bit 90s pants before, I was expecting a little more Soho than this. The staff are amazingly helpful and the beer is great but it feels like a bit of a club for agency folk, like it’s an extension of their office which makes it a little cliquey. The music went from background noise to ear bleeding and back with bone jarring regularity thanks to a guy who would have been better off syncing his new iPhone not Balearic beats. I have no idea what the answer is but I reckon the have-a-go DJ emptied the bar more effectively than the final orders bell and house lights on full would have. Sorry guys I know you’re trying hard, maybe sack the DJ?

Good venue for business lunch. Food was quick, good and reasonably priced. The menu was small which was a plus.

The pregnant man has become a real favourite for team lunches and drinks - the staff are friendly, efficient and always go the extra mile to make every occasion a great one, and the food is straightforward and really well thought through and prepared. It's a really great restaurant for big tables - the staff seem particularly well adapted to dealing with big groups who need to get in and out in an hour - but it's also fantastic for drinks after work and has a fabulous laidback atmosphere and some brilliant wines.

I work next door at Saatchi & Saatchi and the guys at The Pregnant Man have been looking after us since January 2017. During this time they've gone above and beyond to make us all feel like old friends every time we visit. I'm particularly impressed by the service, knowledge and complete approachability of every member of staff and they really do enjoy being part of an extended family. You're never alone when you visit the team here and they always wear a genuine smile on their faces. The food is excellent and the pizza oven produces the best pizzas this side of Italy. The entire menu is littered with delicious grub to really get the endorphins buzzing and great pride is taken with each dish served. Likewise, the drinks on offer will leave you spoilt for choice and the whole selection is reasonably priced; especially when you balance quality against value. The interior design is stylish, cosy and perfect for any occasion. Welcoming and warming in the winter, cool and chic in the summer, The Pregnant Man is a place you don't want to pass by without visiting. My favourite local away from home. Hands down.

It has a nondescript modern glass entrance next to the new offices of Saatchi & Saatchi half was down Chancery Lane. But for being rather nosey and viewing an outside menu I would not have known this was the front of an eating establishment at all. In fact one has to step a little to the left and sown a step or two to find oneself in a large room all expensively and trendily fitted out in chrome and ductwork with a bar one side and a pizza oven the other. There is even a patio. All the cooking is done in the basement. The menu is rather bijou majoring on pizzas but also including the likes of belly pork and mash and burger and chips. I opted for the house version of fish and chips which comprised three or so veritable battered twirls of place with some more than decent chips. It was very quite this Monday lunchtime. I felt it deserved much more in the way of clientele but then it doesn't exactly advertise itself from the street.

This is a good spot in the City of London for breakfast/lunch. Good food, quick service, pleasant place to sit with outside tables for when the weather is good. I enjoyed the smashed avocado with poached eggs on sour dough toast.
