Recently I visited Pizza Express at Pimlico... and I really loved the food and the service provided. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I would recommend it to everyone who is passing by to have a go. 😊😊

I love it here. They are always so accommodating. From giving us the biggest table when my sister in law visited with 4 children , one of whom is disabled, to allow her to move the wheelchair around the table and providing a ramp to get in, to this week providing a bowl of water for the doggo when we sat outside, the service is impeccable and so friendly. The food is always reliable and this restaurant is on one of the nicest streets in Pimlico . Thanks so much

Great selection for a pizzeria, delicious salads, children's menu very good in terms of price. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, but you should also leave room for the desserts as they are delicious. The service was great, even charging the smartphone was no problem. Overall, highly recommended!

It's easy to eat at a chain restaurant and view it without much consideration however the outstanding service received when we visited this branch of Pizza Express was quite exceptional. From the Manager to our Server, Mia, was great. They were patient in addition to the adults there were hyper 3 small people to deal with. Mia was helpful, informative and above all the type of person you would want to greet diners. My local Pizza Express is okay but this branch made me realise it could be so much better.

Having escaped the rat race of the Chelsea Flower Show we discovered this little gem in a back street of Pimlico. Excellent pizzas, service and gin cocktails… was the best bit of the day

It’s a very nice place to eat after a long journey through London. They have great pizza, I can’t say anything about other dishes because I haven’t tried them.

The dough was very hard and the pizza was generally tasteless. This made me a little sad because its name was Pizza Express. The food was amazing, but especially so was the service. I've never posted a review, but the quality of service from the waitress was something I'd never seen before. I came in to visit London for my 18th birthday and the waitress made the experience and trip all the more worth it. Definitely deserving of a hefty tip and a huge raise

Excellent service and food. From the cocktails for the aperitif to the crispy crust of the Italian specialties that we had, everything was perfect. Recommended for a good dinner.

Delicious food and friendly people

PE very kindly agreed to take our booking for 33 people and absolutely smashed it out the park! Everything was ready super-quick with no compromising in quality and the service was wonderful. No issues with the bill either, which can often be problematic with so many! Thanks for making a family day out memorable for all the right reasons 🙏

The pizzas tasted alright, but absolutely tiny! For that price it is an absolute joke! Waited for ages to get our dips as well, but can’t blame staff as it was packed and it was only 3 of them! Looked like the chef was about to lose it, again, not his fault, he only had one other kitchen staff helping him. Anyways, save your money and go to a local pizza place, not a chain restaurant. Definitely not worth the money.

Prima sera a Londra da turiste non potevamo far altro che scegliere la pizza! Il posto è molto carino ed accogliente, forse un po’ piccolino ma dentro ci sono molti tavoli, abbiamo preso due margherite ed una “pepperoni” ovvero una diavola, le pizze sono arrivate quasi subito, ed erano molto buone e saporite, l’unica cosa forse è che sono un po’ piccoline rispetto ad una pizza italiana però potete scegliere di accompagnarla con tante altre cose il menù è vasto, il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto paziente considerando anche che il nostro inglese non era dei migliori e abbiamo perso un po’ di tempo con il conto. Consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria se siete nel quartiere Pimlico!

Prese due pizze da asporto ho trovato una cura e una qualità nel trattamento di chi gestisce il locale che mi ha fatto apprezzare il posto prima ancora della pizza che con mia piacevole sorpresa(dopo differenti esperienze in altri posti di Londra... ) è stata buonissima sia nella versione classica che in quella Romana Vegana. Complimenti davvero al gestore e a tutto il suo staff. Tornerò a mangiare da voi ma stavolta seduto nell'accogliente locale del Pizza Express. A presto

Amazing atmosphere, amazing food, amazing staff. From the moment we entered the establishment we were treated with kindness and a genuine willingness to make our experience pleasant and enjoyable. Our waiter made suggestions, and helped us understand the menu. He was patient, sincere and extremely helpful. The pizza and dessert was amazing, we decided on the walk home to return again the next night as it was that memorable. On our second visit, the same employee, Sergi greeted us again and remembered us from the night prior. He again was gracious and wonderful… even remembering our order and then brought us the most delicious olive appetizer. The restaurant was extremely busy however the food again was amazing and the service exceptional. If you stop into this establishment, say HI to Sergi for us! You won’t be disappointed in the food, atmosphere or service.

My wife and I from the USA just finished our second dinner in as many nights at Pizza Express Pimlico. It was so good yesterday, we had to come back tonight. The pizzas are a work of art. If you like a real delicate pizza by a artisan chef, this is your place. They also serve other Italian specialties too. Very friendly staff and chefs. We can’t say enough about this place. They are very welcoming. The chef gave us all kinds of tips for our sight seeing schedule. A truly wonderful experience.

After a day of walking around London we were all craving a pizza on our way back to Waterloo station. We ended up stumbling across possibly one of the biggest pizza expressed I’ve ever seen- it is massive! We asked for a table for 5 and was seated straight away. We didn’t revive a kids menu and that’s because they had run out of them, despite this the staff tried their best to come around this issue. The service was okay, certainly seen better from pizza express. We were sat at table 75 so we were next to the kitchen and close to where the waiter get the food. From afar, it looked as though they were slightly understaffed and that waiters and who I think is the manager were being aggressive towards the cooks, and that is just not okay. It also looked like the waiters stopped people coming in at one point, even with a reservation. Keep in mind under half the tables were taken at this time. While we waited for our food, a table near us got up and left without food as it was taking so long to come out. When our food eventually came it was warm, but not great. The sauce was all on the edges of the pizza, none in the middle and there was hardly any cheese. It was more tomato sauce and ham than actual pizza. To pay about £13 for a pizza and get close to no cheese is a bit absurd, especially from such a big restaurant chain.

This restaurant offers both a regular menu and a vegan and/or gluten free menu. It's spacious inside for eating and the waitress was friendly and personable. One can also eat outside or get takeaway. I got a vegan pizza and it was probably the best pizza I have ever had.

My family and I had a terrific evening. The staff were super friendly the service great and the food delicious. Also, great value for money . Matt D

I have been from the place last evening. But it was a complete dissatisfaction. The pizza test was so-so but the pizza yeast and the amount of bread are poor and low-grade. Thin pizza should not be like that. However, the food service was very slow and it takes 20 to 25 minutes to order and 10 to 15 minutes to serve the food. And the staff should be more attentive to the customers. One star for me good luck for next time .

My Bosco Salad was very good, very fresh, mushrooms perfect, gluten free, and a good size meal. My partner's Calzone was very hot and a bit spicy. Beer was ok.

Quick service but was very quiet and not much atmosphere to offer, the food was quick and got 🔥

The reason we choose Pizza Express was that we had a valid 20% discount coupon. The food was good, but at checkout they were not able to give us the discount because they were not instructed how to and the manager was absent and had not authorized the personal to take any initiative by themselves.

I took my young people here to eat for a celebratory dinner, as soon as we walked in we was not welcomed but instead the staff just stared at us confusingly. We was then seated and the guy that served us didn’t even seem like he wanted to take our order the service was terrible no smiles just a miserable bunch of people yet we are paying customers. I already knew they didn’t want us there as we don’t look like their normal clientele. Such a shame. And to add they was whispering about us and peaking at us sneakily to which I found even more strange. Racist staff and what’s worse the guy serving us was black but didn’t look happy to be serving black people and the white staff didn’t want anything to do with us disgraceful treatment of paying customers

I ordered a pizza and it was a massive disappointment. The size was not only tiny for the price but the pepperoni was a weird texture-almost mushy. The pizza was cold and bland. Disappointed.

genuinely all of the food was great — we had dough balls for starters, they were crunchy with a soft inside and you genuinely can’t get enough; the romana pizzas remind me a lot of elsacian baked goods and were amazing as well, and the brownie for desert topped it off very well — would definitely recommend :)

Excellent branch - great service, pizza & wine, plus a lovely relaxed atmosphere with some booth seating more like sofas too. And it's a fairly straightforward walk from the chaos of Victoria too.

I went on a Tuesday and there were way more delivery and take away riders than there were sit ins but the staff never let the dine in customers feel less important, even though they and the kitchen was super busy. Special thanks to my waitor Patrick who let me practice my Portuguese

A totally different experience to Truro in Cornwall. the food was good, service good and staff were attentive and polite, the atmosphere was lacking but we arrived early and this London branch seemed more geared towards takeaway so it wasn't manic busy but the staff were definitely occupied. It was clean and bright, easy to find a seat and the menu catered for our needs. Over all , a nice , fairly cheap place to eat with no complaints.

Lasagna, pepperoni pizza, garlic bread with mozzarella, and gelato desserts were enjoyed at this location. The service was professional and prompt. Streetfront location is convenient from a pimlico district hotel.

Fantastic and actually shockingly good vegan food

I shared a late lunch here with a friend on Saturday 2nd July. Unfortunately it was of extremely poor quality. The pizza crust was overcooked and impossible to cut even with the provided cutter so I had no choice but to tear it and eat it with my fingers. It was described as Garlic KING Prawn leggera pizza but had half a dozen tiny frozen prawns thrown on it and little else. The included 'salad' consisted of a few leaves and some rocket. All in all a complete waste of money!

Super basic and super small for the price it's not worth it at all. Pizza was bland tasting and THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT IT. +2* for the baked mushroom that was surprisingly good but that's about it.

Visited last night, i was the guy on the push bike. What great place, food service and attention to detail was great. Staff really welcoming and couldnt have been more helpful. I may have been a solo diner but wasnt made to feel that way, so bravo Would definitely visit you guys again.
