COVID safe restaurant. With lovely staff and fantastic food . We loved the food it was quiet because it was a Sunday and we were very well looked after . Great dough balls and calamari. My son enjoyed his meal too . Thank you

OH where to start!Thoroughly unpleasant visit- We were off put by the Dirty Cutlery on our table presented for our dinners - is this an issue for H&S I ask?The previous time I visited this branch of Pizza Express I was served up a totally cold version of American Romana pizza.This visit was similar - yet another COLD pizza. After a complaint to the waiter the meal was taken back to the kitchen and a replacement provided - surprise - it was hot!I think a problem with the procedures in this restaurant is that the meals are cooked when ordered and left aside until the customer has completed their first course?I could not recommend visiting this P.E.

Éramos un grupo grande (más de 20) y el equipo de Pizza Express no podía hacer lo suficiente para nosotros. Hicimos un pedido anticipado, toda la comida fue exactamente como se ordenó, caliente (¡donde se suponía que debía estar!) Y a tiempo, así como deliciosa. Teníamos al gerente y un miembro del personal dedicado que nos cuidaba y nadie quería nada. ¡Debido a su eficiencia incluso tuvimos tiempo para la torta! Recomiendo encarecidamente a Leah y al equipo!

The restaurant was just around the corner from our hotel so we thought we’d give it a try.

Visited this chain in Richmond. Liked the place for its good service, attention of personnel, normal waiting time for a food. However bad thing is that it is usually overcrowded, a lot of small kids, it gets quite noisy here. Not a pleasant place to have a talk, it is rather eat and go. Quality of food is average, ordered chicken salad, it was fine, however the pizza was dry and over burnt a bit.

Yet again, another Pizza Express, another experience of poor service. Why does this chain spoil what is good pizzas, reasonably priced with crap services

Cenamos aquí, después de llegar muy tarde a Londres, como a las 10: 45 pm en la noche, pero el personal fue muy amable al atendernos, ya que solo cierran a las 11: 30 pm. La pizza estaba bien, nada especial realmente, y muy precio. Ingredientes muy sobrantes de la pizza Superthin, el pan de ajo de arranque también estaba bien. El personal es excelente, pero la comida es normal y caro.

Buena relación calidad-precio, especialmente para Londres, 3 pizzas grandes y tres refrescos llegaron a menos de 40. ¡Cuidado con el paso en el camino de entrada / salida que casi me tropiezo en ambas ocasiones! ! !

El sitio esta muy ambientado, la pizza que comimos nosotros estaba muy buena junto con las alitas de pollo que estaban especialmente jugosas. Ademas las camareras fueron agradables. Recomendable.

En resumen, esperamos las edades para nuestra comida y cuando llegamos no vienen juntos, yo diría casi terminada cuando mi esposo llegó a pesar de él persiguiendo. Went there based on TripAdvisor reviews, but was dissapointed. The calamaris were not fried enough so it was doughy and the pizza was at best average.

Visited on a Saturday evening without a reservation but got a table outside. Place was relatively busy but it still took half an hour to cook 3 pizzas and heat up a lasagna. The food was good but definitely not worth the price we ended up paying with two soft drinks and a bottle of water.The staff were polite but not too interested or engaging. We actually thought they had forgotten our order. There are hundreds of other places to eat in Lindon with better value for money and quality food.

A friend and I had a late dinner here while visiting London because it was in our neighborhood. As a native New Yorker, I'm not drawn to chain pizza places, but both the ambience and the food here were good. My pizza crust could have been slightly crispier, but I would certainly return on another trip and recommend this to others.

We arrived at about 6.30pm on a Tuesday evening and got the last unreserved table (without going downstairs). The restaurant is busy and serves just what one expects at a PizzaExpress. My vegetarian pasta was very tasty, but my partner's chicken-based dish was rather bland. Neither of our deserts lasted very long (too tasty to dwell) and it was good that the waitress delivered a hybrid desert that wasn't on the menu for my partner. The whole experience was topped when we presented a free map from our hotel that got us 20% of the bill.

Again Pizza Express doesn't disappoint. A lovely restaurant in the lovely London area of Pimlico. Not the biggest Pizza Express but cosy. Staff were excellent and the food was very good too. Great beer, wine and food in a cosy atmosphere. What more can you ask.Accepts Tastecard too.

Just went here on spec with two friends recently and sat outside drinking Peronni and sharing various meals. The staff are very helpful and easy-going. Service is efficient without being pressurised and staff are attentive without being overbearing. I would highly recommend this place.

Pizza Express always used to be good, but the last couple of branches I have been to have made me realise it's all gone down hill. Pizza I had here was a bit tasteless - not bad, but not as good as they always used to be. They've changed their recipes so they're not as tasty anymore. They were always good value too, but they've put their prices up a lot recently, so even with a voucher, it's not cheap. This is a small branch. Sat outside on a sloping, cramped table on a hard, uncomfortable garden type chair.

With extra topping of salame, and well done, as requested, my La Reine pizza was good and tasty, very good for a London pizza. Price hefty at £12.95, but went Sun and used voucher code.Waiter very pleasant, attentive and smiley. Everything low key and nice. Altogether a very good, happy-making experience.

I had not been to a pizza express for a while and use to think that it was not so bad. But I went there last week , in pimlico as I was in the area and thought it was disappointing , my chicken salad was very average and the pizza my friend ordered was not good either.we tried the 'popular' dessert passion fruit dessert and clearly it was industrial , we did not finish it. But while the food was bad , the service was friendly and efficient.

Poor for a PizzaExpress. Was asked to order two seconds after I sat down. The Rome inspired pizza was crispy (burnt). Just disappointing.

Ok this a pizza joint and perhaps not the best one that we've come across but certainly in the top 5. Good service , reasonable environment and very good pizza - thin crust and great taste, not just thick dough with tomato sauce. If you're looking for pizza or something a cut above the typical take away then this should fit the bill.

very nice place, helpful staff, you get what you expect as far as the food is concerned it is the usual Pizza Express menu, however everything was well presented and very served. One tip if you want a big Pizza don't order Gluten free as this Pizza was much smaller that a normal offering.

I ate here on my own on a business trip. It's a cosy little branch of Pizza Express hidden in Pimlico. On a weekday night it was popular, but not over busy. Service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was great and the food tasty.

This is one of the cosiest Pizza Express venues we’ve eaten in. It wasn’t too busy on a Friday night and despite not having a reservation we were seated straight away. Pleasant staff, pleasant food, pleasant atmosphere.

Tucked away in Moreton St around the corner from Cecil Parkinson's house. (MP who got his secretary pregnant). I add that because the last time I had visited, I saw him here and he was the topic of conversation. The best Pizza Express I have been to. The one up near Liverpool St was awful, crammed and packed with Cockney kids who think they have a few quid. The staff here were great back then as they were now. The lighting and atmosphere are just right. It is often busy but it feels private as though you are not having to listen to the next tables conversation. I returned with my parents once as the pizzas were that good. As Arne once said..."I'LL BE BACK".

My partner and I booked a few days to our trip to London and couldn't have started in a better way.We arrived around 8pm and our waitress was the same since we were taken to our table She was simply fantastic!!Her name was Bea and she was very friendly, attentive and helpful when placing our order.She chat with us and make us feel welcome the all time.The bill was around 60 pounds but we had a complete meal(the tiramisu is to die for )As we lived up on north, we dont get to go to London as much but next time we definitely going back. Booked for Sunday lunch as location is very popular. Starters did not arrive and waitress told. One of main courses (pasta) was cold and returned. Waitress apologised and offered to see manager to discount the bill. When finished, the manager came over, very polite and apologetic - and discounted the whole meal - which I thought was more than fair and I would return.

Stylish pizzeria, we choose the thin crust pizza. This was a really fresh and tasty pizza. Situated in Pimlico it's a local restaurant so it's nice sometimes to be the only tourists.

I had a very bland pasta dish that had too much heat and there was no flavor to counter the heat. Pizza Express is popular amongst locals so i would try again but something different. The garlic bread is a piece of dough with garlic and butter, very good but almost 4 pounds is a ridiculous price. Service was good.
