Big Ben Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Place is listed as Brooklyn Calzones and Big Ben Pizza. Please never order from this place. Place is 10 minutes away (car), but took 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery to arrive. The only explanation given is “we are very busy”… Calzone was ordered as “Red Hook Calzone” which contains sausage, mushrooms, cheese and marinara sauce on a side. Out of all ingredients only sausage and cheese were present, no mushrooms, no marinara sauce. Salad arrived in a small container - no dressing of any kind, no utensils. We ordered from a hotel, at 7 pm. Quality of the calzone was not for a price of £13, the most you would pay around 5-6. It was barely warm. Such a disappointment. Save your money and choose something else - not a Brooklyn Calzone or Big Ben Pizza.

Have gone here since they opened. They close at 11. Called to order for collection before 11 as I’ve done before. Told they’re closed and hung up on twice. Even the other gentleman who works there was confused!

Pizzas were good The pasta dish was poor It was almost unmanageable to find out about the discount schemes on the menu card, there were many different options. Best for take-away, dining on site is possible but not cosy, although nice and warm

This pizza place used to be fantastic. Lately however , from going cash only ( in London!!- now that’s a really stupid decision in a city that doesn’t use cash), to the rude arrogant staff who can’t take an order , or get it right , to the point that the service is emabarassing and the food is second rate , this is a rapid , sure fire way , to kill off the business . I’m sure they have their own reasons , probably think g they can cover alternative reasons to run a pizza shop , but hey won’t be selling many pizzas. I’ve used this place for ten years . I won’t be using them again

Muy bueno y barato. Tiene una carta muy variada y siempre nos prepararon todo rapido y sin equivocarse tambien hacen delivery pero al estar en el novotel london waterloo que esta a unas 5 cuadras era mas facil ir a pedir la comida y llevarla a la habitacion. Muy ricas las pizzas, nuggets, chicken sandwich, tenders, y alguna que otra cosa. Cerca hay un negocio tipo supermercadito que vende cervezas y vinos variados

Do not order from here, like seriously. They got the entire order wrong, from the toppings to the size. We called the number they put on the website and they said it's not the correct one... What?? So why is it on your site then. The employee speaking was so rude! When we asked for the correct number, he actually hung up on us. Ridiculous.

Worst service ever. I can’t believe I’m giving this place a 1 star review because I usually love their pizza’s but the service was horrendous. It was late, the order was wrong & worst of all, the service was absolutely appalling. The manager refused to co-operate, didn’t offer a refund & was incredibly rude. Please refrain from ordering from this place again, they do not deserve to be in business.

I got a flyer from this place and figured I would order from it. I ordered the seafood pizza which stated it had "Anchovies, tuna, prawns and fresh tomatoes". When I got the pizza however it had no anchovies and had sweetcorn instead and when I called up to complain I only received attitude, being told I'm wrong even though I could see the flyer and now I have to deal with a pizza filled with sweetcorn that had no advertisement about it's sweetcorn nature. I left an image showing that even on the website it doesn't advertise sweetcorn pizza and even says it should have black olives so idk what is going on with this place???

For 17 pounds two extra large pizzas & garlic bread with cheese. Though it’s not dripping in so much topping, it’s decent and for the price feed three big boys .. so value for money. Prefer this then spending 35 pounds for Burger King for three that’s for sure.

My last order went terribly bad, I’ve order my pizza with portion of spice wings at 21:30pm it suppose to take 30/40min fine, after 22:20pm a give them a call, they told me my order it’s wasn’t even processed for large pizza and wings, they’ve apologised and I’ve had to wait another 20min, I’ve paid full price, I told the guy I’ll pay with card no card machine with the driver I’ve been offered 2 cane drinks for two hours waiting terrible service, spice wings dry no moist, surprise to all this a live 5min away, this should not taking 30min at max, takes 2 hours of hassle for no reason whatsoever. I’m rating my experience, I’m not ordering again from this place.

Food arrived 45 minutes late and they completely messed up the order. Kept fobbing us off about when it would be delivered. “Compensated” us with a large pizza which we didn’t want and doing stuffed crusts on both pizzas which we again didn’t want (and one of us doesn’t like!) Cheesecake turned up at 10pm completely frozen so can’t eat! Complete waste of money.

Big Ben Pizza offers perhaps the most value-for-money pasta and pizza in all of London. My favorite item is their Cream Pollo Funghi. Although the aromas of the chicken, the earthiness of the mushrooms, and the sweetness of the onions are very pronounced, the flavors of these ingredients could be better integrated into the creaminess of the sauce. The experience I got from eating this dish was as if there were 3 separate parts: the pasta noodles, the ingredients, & the sauce. It was a super strange experience eating it for the 1st time as I've never had pasta like that before!! But I'm a huge cream pasta fan so I'm not complaining, and at its price point, I will opt for this dish any day!! The Meatball Calzone is pretty decent, but avoid their beef burgers because their beef patties lack any kind of chargrilled flavor or smell as I think they are merely microwaved. But overall, still a highly recommended place for inexpensive Italian!!

They’ve got a food hygiene rating of 3 - disgusting; sort it out. I used to eat here most weeks when I lived opposite - but god knows what they’ve now done to get such a low score.

Best pizza deals in the area, on mondays they do collection only any size pizza for 5.99 cant really beat a 15 slice pizza for that price

It is best value for pizza in London. You can easily fill two or three hungry people for less than 10 quids! The pizza is OK, but not the best. More cheese definitely would help.

My favorite take away in the area. You can get a 15" pizza for £6.99 on Mondays. Pizza is aways nice as they have an stone oven. Never had a bad pizza yet. I can get a massive pizza plus sides for just over 10 pounds! 5 stars from me.

This pub has a couple of big screens showing Sky sports. On Sunday night at least they showed an American football game. Just in case you're interested. I was. On Sunday the kitchen closes early ( 18:00 or 19:00) so I just got a beer it I went back the day after to walk upstairs to have some Thai food.I ended up ordering a Lao(s) dish. A curry like stew. Spicy, warming with flavors I never had before. Very nice. The pub is a descent size with plenty of beers on offer. A pleasant experience.

Mediocre food to say the least. The chips we're soggy and the burger just wasn't great. They also still illegally charge you 50p surcharge for paying by card. Safe to say I won't be back.

Good place for quick and cheap bite. Good selection of pizzas (one can choose Italian wooden baked pizza or cheaper regular one from electric oven that comes also on thin crust — personally I don't see much difference). Quite tasty food for the price they charge.

I ordered pizza here a few times, best pizza i have had, fantastic large pizzas with high quality toppings and they use a lot of toppings, coming from Australia where pizzas are small and dodgy this was unbelievable. will definitely be back.

Order comes 40 min later than promised, in one of boxes was a frozen block of chase instead of burger so correct order comes after another 40min + time since placing order makes almost 2h30 min waiting. Food and price was ok.

I usually collect a 15" Margherita with fresh green chilli. It's cooked in a wood fired oven and it's delicious. What's remarkable is that it's only £5 on Monday or £7 midweek. If you drink at Oxymoron, the landlord always gets lots of Big Ben Pizza in on Mondays for the punters.

Nice variety of Pizzas at a reasonable rate and had option for all in my family from kids to adults.

You have to try the Chips and Cheese. On a side note: I really hope that this place and the small row of shops along that street are not forced to close by the greedy fat cats who see this area as prime location for property that very few of us can afford to buy let alone rent.

After having pizzas from Tops Pizza, my friends decided to try Big Ben pizza one day and we ordered 'Big Ben super special pizza' and 'Chicken hot pizza'. Order was delivered within promised time and the pizza was good although we did not find anything exceptional.

I had ordered mushroom chicken Pizza and it was so Crispy, Tasty, Hot and mozorilla was less but taste was cool.... They served me very hot and cool taste it was..... Average price..... Made me to feel like Nadoos Pizza....

Late even though just a 2 min drive away. Spent 5 mins ringing a buzzer which they were told doesn't work. Ham was stale. Rocket was limp and long past its best. Cheese made of rubber - I peeled the cheese off and just had stale ham with some bread. Seriously, I PEELED THE CHEESE OFF. Chicken wings were actually fried hot wings. But not as good as the Cottage. About as Italian as the Kennington Tandoori. But to be fair I think they may actually have a wood fired oven. 2 stars because I did eat most of it, but in my defence I was hangry at the time.

Worst dining experience of my life. The delivery took 40 minutes for an estimated 15. Absolutely horrible tasting food with the worst pasta ever created. Who passes this off as delivery? No sane man would.
