The worst beer I've had in years. No recommendation

The service, food and atmosphere was fantastic.

I was in this pub when I visited London a few years ago, we stopped for dinner on the way back to the hotel because we liked the food, the atmosphere and the live music. Highly recommended. This summer we are returning but we are bringing our 10-year-old daughter. Could she come in during dinner time?

A standard pub next to the park. Inside, a large, labyrinthine space with many different groups of tables. A few local beers and a line of kv drinks, the familiar same. Also food available. Local sausages with "mustard sauce" work just fine. Large shaded terrace. Sports on TV. A bit more expensive than normal, probably due to the large number of tourists in the park.

The food was what you would expect from pub food. Only major issue was onion rings were very oily. I'd visit again.

Nice pub next to Hyde Park, we had breakfast on the terrace, good food and very good service. Excellent coffee.

What a great environment with a lovely staff. We had lunch, and of course the old school Fish and Chips and a few days later the other English menu. This evening was indeed very special with a great hospitality. You do have in the front a bar and in the back the restaurant. Please make a reservation because there are some best seats. When you go to the first floor, there is a very nice view over the park. A great decoration and a very nice hospitality makes The Swan very specials we are looking forward to meet you again!

The Sunday roast is very tasty! It was completely complete and there were several variants. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Busy, but the staff was attentive and the food was great. Recommended!

Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey for what it was

I was in there for my lunch the food was great but there is a lady with a pink hair scarf on filming people while us was enjoying or ur food the only thing I don’t like she keeps calling herself roots darling was a disappointment after a business meeting listening to her going on an on with the phone al we wanted was a good meal

Great meals, had to back 2 days later for another lovely meal.

Didn't eat but been here a few times for drinks. Lovely pub in a great spot with outdoor and indoor seating. Has everything you need really. There's Lucky Saint for no and low alcohol drinkers. The outside is large and they show the live sport and it gets a clientele both local and not, great staff. Don't sleep on this one. I can't give five stars as not sure on the food - I have not tried it - but there's no flaws

The very thin roast/steak pieces had lots of gristle around. The potatoes were perfectly roasted. The fish & chips was alright. Cozy environment. Dog friendly; not kid friendly.

Quiet Sunday afternoon, fancied a roast, fullers is normally a good choice but unfortunately not today. I ordered the roast beef, beef was burnt, cold, asked for no cabbage and I’ve never seen more on a plate. I ate it as I was starving, service was good, but other than that it was such a disappointing meal. £22 pounds for a slab of beef full of fat and burnt, yikes.

Great pub across the street from Hyde Park. There’s plenty of seating and in the warmer months, you can have a table on the patio outside with a view of the park. Highly recommended!

Plastic in the overpriced meal is not the way to go. Yes ,a small plastic tube in the "Winter Greens"

Nice food and beer selection but overpriced, and they will charge you a service fee of 6 GBP. Also, we saw a mouse running around.

Excellent food, simply the best pie I’ve ever had, reasonably priced and staff were very helpful.

We did enjoy our food here! Typical British pub that offers a good selection of English dishes, all very well cooked and tasty. The restaurant has many seats and has an unique style. Price-quality ratio is satisfying. Staff is nice and kind.

English pub from the Fuller's group in front of Lancaster Gate in Hyde Park. The establishment preserves its historical aesthetics and serves high-quality food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and it is worth stopping by if you pass by.

We were there twice. Once for Sunday Roast, which is highly recommended, and once for dinner. The dishes were great and the waitresses were on point and friendly.

Un 5 % es demasiado, es absolutamente loco , para una pequeña porción , 2 rodajas de ternera fina y media chirivía , una zanahoria 4 patatas asadas para pagar 22 £ , 50 más 7 £ . 50 🍺 una pinta! y ya no hay camino de cerdo! ¡Podría no ser Halal! ¡Pero debe haber algo detrás! ¡Sin embargo, necesito que me devuelvan mi cargo por servicio porque es ilegal! Sabía que el personal era agradable y educado, pero debería informarme antes de empezar a cenar.

A cosy and beautiful place on Sunday with Christmas around the corner. Recommend.

It was a nice place to get drunk! I thought the food was not up to standard. The lamb tasted like kofta but their nice staff made the visit very good anyway.

Very nice pub with good beer options. We went on a Monday and it wasn't that crowded. The waiters were very good-humoured.

Its a nice pub near hyde park and several hotels that open late at night. Friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. We didnt have a chance to try their food but drinks were good. Recommend it

More of a restaurant than a pub with most of it given over to table service. If you want more of a traditional relaxed pub feel it's probably better to head elsewhere.

A perfect place to go after exploring Lancaster Gate. The bar area is dog friendly too.

A good place for you to bring your family

Nice place and venue but bar staff don’t understand last order. Came in when bell rang, everyone drinking at the bar so had to queue, by the time we got to the front they wouldn’t serve. Interesting philosophy, wouldn’t recommend if you are a person who follows typical pub etiquette as they don’t understand it or follow it. Here is a list of pubs around the corner that are equally as good (or better): - Cleveland arms - The mitre - The Victoria - Pride of Paddington - The Prince of Wales - The Heron (great Thai food) - The Prince Alfred Try those for an equally as nice or better pub.

Delicious fish (haddock) and chips, with peas in a cosy atmosphere with excellwnt service.

15:30, on a Tuesday afternoon, lovely place, quiet, great food and service, walked out of the Ivy restaurant to and came here, the Ivy was like waiting for food in a packed Primark, Excellent tunes on the radio, and you walk out onto Hyde park, 👍👍👍

Lovely pub maintaining a traditional British atmosphere in the heart of London. Excellent service from the bartenders.

We attended for a works do after visiting the Hyde Park Christmas bash. Drinks and food were good and service quick. My only complaint (and it's personal taste) is that your wings need more spice on them. Aside from that, an enjoyable visit, and thanks for laying on live music for us.

Great pub love coming here when visit from Manchester always go in here everyday Friday night to Sunday night just before head back to hotel hopefully be back in March clean place great service

Comida sale rollo de tocino un pequeño trozo de tocino en un rollo £ 7 👍Estaría avergonzado de sacar eso

Very surprised at the positive reviews here. On my visit the food was average at best. Sunday roast chicken was tough and dry, everything else was fine but not worth what they are charging. The presentation was somewhat sad. There are much better pubs in London that charge similar prices and you get a fantastic roast. Husband had the linguine bolognaise, which he said was ‘ok’ but again, the presentation made it look depressing. I can only surmise this place gets so much passing trade from tourists due to the location, so don’t feel the need to bother with decent food. Service was mixed, mostly friendly but the woman behind the bar was frosty. Popped my head upstairs and there is a beautiful room with balcony, but unfortunately this couldn’t tempt me back. Walked away feeling ripped off.

Came for a quick drink. Beautiful old pub. Very cosy. Right on bayswater road. Nice beer garden out the front. Good choice of beers at reasonable London prices. I was very impressed by the service generally but especially from Amarillo (he said that was his name) I saw him help a lady out and really went above and beyond for this lady. A real credit to the place. Full credit.

Visited many times over the past week. Sat in the bar, on the patio and had full table service in the dining room. I would recommend every experience. The food is good. The service is great. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. We met many people during our visits and enjoyed our conversations with all of them. Dritain and the team took good care of us on every visit.

Delivery trucks consistently delivering to this pub completely block the cycle highway on the road in the mornings (when it’s most used) - never replied to my message when raised, please do better! Lots of alternatives/solutions come to mind, happy to chat

First place we ate in London. Wonderful service and delicious menu choices. Great option if staying in Paddington.

Tried fish and chips and was served a huge side of fish! Big enough to share. Very good flavor and coating.

Very strong smell of fish inside the pub. I thought £17.85 a little steep for a pint and small glass of wine. Outside tables were very sticky and dirty. Standards have gone down hill since our last visit a couple of years ago.

Went there a couple of times during our vacation. The food was great and the location is good aswell. Nice looking interior. However the last time we tried to eat there we waited for over half an hour just to make an order, while many other guests even got their food during this time. So we left. Hopefully it was just that one time problem, besides that the staff is very nice and friendly.

Excellent breakfast but the menu on the website is not served. No fruit or pancakes and that's why we just went there for breakfast. It was located near the hotel. The price was disappointing if you went for pancakes at £5 and then got eggs at £13. Allergies: taken into account

Wasn’t an overly memorable experience. I wouldn’t recommend as the food was unfortunately very average and expensive, especially for what it was. For example, I ordered roasted heritage carrots and got 4 small tasteless half sliced pieces of carrot. The others in my group were also not overly impressed with the taste and price of their meals.

We are visiting from Boston, MA, USA with my husband and 9-months old daughter. We were just stopping for a quick drink before dinner and had very hard time finding a place to change our baby. There is no family room, no changing station in ladies’s room and impossible to do anything on the bathroom vanity counter. As we were seating outside with very few people around we have made an executive decision to quickly change crying baby wet diaper. We have a foldable changing thing on us and got the system down so it only took few mins. 2 max. As we were finishing up, a bartender who happened to seat outside drinking and smoking, started telling us in raised voice that what we are doing was unacceptable and should not be happening, and so on. Pretty much yelling at 2 adults almost double his age and a little baby. Even if baby changing made him unhappy, there are more appropriate ways to address that than yelling in front of people on a street. Well, I get it is a bar and I worked at the bar in my early years and had bunch of people visit with babies. Pretty much all bathrooms I have ever seen have these cheap and easy Koala changing stations, any pub I have seen. The Swan was an exception. So was rude bartender who finds it very appropriate to drink and smoke during his shift but not appropriate to change crying baby outside when no other options are available. Drinks are find btw and reasonable priced. Its just that service is rude and obnoxious.

I had lunch in this pub with a classic club sandwich, really excellent, accompanied by a classic Guinness. The value for money is in line with the city, even if the sandwich was far better and tastier than the others I tried.

Superb evening. We had excellent fish and chips. The welcome was very pleasant and we were even treated to a little concert by a singer.

Unfortunately, the website is better than reality. The food is nothing special at all. The prices are excessively high. Unfortunately, the age of the pub alone is no guarantee of quality. It's a shame...I wanted something special for my birthday and unfortunately all I got was mediocre.

The absolute worst breakfast iv been served in London by far. Please don’t bother coming. Ordered the £13 smoked salmon on toast. This comes with nothing else. No cream cheese or scrambled egg or avocado. BUT you can add these things and pay more, so I did. I ordered some avocado as I think fish by itself on toast is not really a breakfast. I was presented with 1 slice of dry toast with slivers of cheap salmon on it and a little pot of processed guacamole. When I asked why the pot of guacamole the server said we don’t have any avocado (why is it on the menu?). Totally overpriced. Tiny portions. Processed cheap low effort food. Just don’t bother.

Very cozy athmosphere. I like the interior decorating and especially the always popular and easy 90’s music which plays with just right volume. Not too loud to enable conversations but loud enough to listen.
