Our first visit and unlikely to be our last. The food and drink was all very tasty and exceptionally fresh. The bread was beautiful on the sandwiches (I had tuna mayo with red onion - yum!), so fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. The tea, for the price, was the only slight issue, the tea leaves in the teapots took an age to infuse, and so cooled everything down. The service was swift and polite with a warm welcome inside. They made you feel like they wanted you to be there, which is always nice. The cakes are also exceptional - if you visit this place, do try one! You won't be disappointed. Good seating inside and out, I look forward to returning soon.

I went to the Potted Pantry today for an Afternoon Tea with a friend. The tea was absolutely delicious and there was a great selection of sandwiches (four different fillings) and sweet treats. I thought it was excellent value and the staff were really lovely. I can definitely recommend the whole experience.

Visited here with my mum for the first time, Easter Sunday customer service- going to the NGS garden in Badsey so really close. Food choices, presentation & taste were all excellent. Everything is homemade & if service is not 'fast food' style it's because there's only 1 chef & he prepares everything to a high standard. He apologised for not having the Dill Mayo to go with my Fishcakes, & offered me tartare sauce which he had made himself. It was all really delicious. Setting is in a lovely area & they've made the most of the old building which has an interesting history including originating being part of the Cadbury organisation, moving onto being a vegetable distribution centre & been involved in the making of gas masks, in the war years. The chef took time to show us 3 photos from circa 1946 of the previous industries. Excellent customer service & really tasty & quality food - we will be back. Thankyou.

We are a cycling group who went to the cafe on a weekend ride. The menu was a full vegetarian breakfast or a small meat breakfast (no veggie option). I asked if I could have the small breakfast as a vegetarian and was told this was fine, but a full (very large) vegetarian option arrived with the explanation that they don’t do a small veggie option. The reduced veggie option would have been easy (one sausage, one hash brown, reduced beans and egg) but this wasn’t communicated. I then had to cycle 16 miles home on a full breakfast which was far from ideal. The food and staff were lovely, and I will go back, but just tell me that the option I had requested wasn’t available, and assume I wanted the larger option.

Have visited here several times absolutely love the cafe and outside seating and the food is lovely but the service lets it down every time. Visited a couple of months back with my niece and it took ages for our order to be taken a long time for the food to come and once we had finished no one cleared the plates away we were going to have more drinks but gave up waiting and left. Visited again today and the same again went in and asked for menus was told will be out shortly to take your order and noone came out. If it was a one off would excuse it but this happens every single time we go. There were only 3 people in the cafe so not sure why no service. This really needs to be looked at as I am sure you lose business because of it.

This was my first time at this cafe, l met with a friend for lunch. I booked the table in advance but sadly we were directed to a pokey little table away from the main area, behind the shop door. I was seated to the left of the door which lead to the toilets, inches from the opening side of the door. As it turned out this door was very well used and every couple of minutes someone passed through giving us a strong cold waft of toilet disinfectant. I really think the seating arrangement could have been better thought out. There was no point in asking to be moved as the cafe quickly became full for lunch. On the other side of the room, the tables looked lovely and people were sitting in the sunshine. The food was fine although the service was a little slow. I gave 3 stars as l am sure most other diners would have been quite happy. For me though it was a one star.

We moved to the area a year ago, and discovered the Potted Pantry in December 2018 following many favourable comments and recommendation from friends. The head chef, Kevin is an artist, his food and presentation are sublime, we have just had our first Sunday roast here after many exceptional breakfasts and lunches, and all i can say is wow. The meat was succulent, the veggies were flavoursome and crisp, the stuffing is a thing of joy, and all complemented by a rich gravy. i can cook, but this man, he can COOK!. I may never make a Sunday roast again. The service (today from Luke and Kegan) was professional and friendly, meeting every one of our needs while allowing us the time to enjoy the dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, the vibe is fun and the food exceptional, at any time of day, any time of the week. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and feel very lucky to have it so close to home. A real gem xx

Food was tasty but sat on the side for ages before being brought over to us, the chef had to bring it over. The food here is really nice, offering a range of panini’s, sandwiches and soup which all came out looking nice and tasting good. The coffee was strong & the hot chocolate was yummy too! However the staff let this place down for me, upon sitting down at around 12.30pm and having our table cleared straight away, we weren’t informed that they had ran out of bread until we ordered 5 minutes later. I feel for a cafe like this, something like having no bread should be something a customer is told straight away as this reduces the menu greatly and leaves few options left. I also asked the waitress the soup, which she didn’t know and so went to ask the chef, and I then asked her opinion on a food item from the menu, to which she replied that she hadn’t tried it so she didn’t know. Service means just as much to me as good food, and so knowing some of the staff here don’t really seem to care as much as others really discourages me from returning. However I feel possibly we just had a bad experience so I will give it a second chance as I think this place has real potential.

It was bursting with large pieces of apple not overcooked not too sweet and the pastry was so short, it melted in your mouth. We were greeted in a very warm and friendly way and were impressed by the comfortable and informal decor. In Blackminster shopping and nipped in for sandwiches. Not been before but will return. The sandwich was a huge, lovely homemade good quality doorstop of a ham sandwich. The panini was crisp on the outside but full of gooey brie. The salad was fresh and yummy. The malted hot chocolate was naughty but ever so nice! The hot food we saw other customers having looked very tasty and the staff were so welcoming. Bit of a delay for food but that's as it's all freshly made in front of you.

Went for lunch with my wife and as we are vegetarian, asked for a vegetarian version of the lunch special and it wasn't a problem at all. Great potion sizes, good filter coffee and a great selection of teas.A lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The Potted Pantry is well worth a visit. Situated on Blackminster Business Park, The Pantry offers a wealth of freshly prepared food. The soups are particularly wholesome and reccomended. Of course it goes without saying that the coffee is second to none. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of small shops and buisnesses to see on site too. Free Parking.

Not your average cafe to be honest. They are doing amazing things here with lots of freshly cooked food. Quiches are a speciality and there is lots of choice. Staff incredibly friendly, and overall a great selection of meals, snacks, sandwiches and cakes. They also do everything to takeaway, in lovely well protected boxes for us office staff. Keep it up!

Just by chance called in here. What a super place. Fabulous staff and the most delicious food... I had a goats cheese and roast onion quiche. The pastry was so short and quiche light and flavoursome. It came with lovely salad and coleslaw... I loved so much I purchased one to bring home fabulous selection of cakes not sampled unfortunately. Next time though.... Definitely coming back. Thank goodness for traffic jam on evesham bypass

We have eaten at the Potted Pantry several times on the way home from appointments that have run over the lunch period, and thus feeling in need of a late lunch. The people behind the counter are always cheerful and helpful. They have a good choice of hot snacks. I specially recommend the black pudding scotch egg which arrived hot throughout but with the yolk nicely runny - easily the best scotch egg I've ever had. The salads are fresh and tasty, and there are also plenty of tempting sweet goodies. Everything appears to be made in-house and certainly tastes great. We have only been there around mid-afternoon so can't say how busy it is at other times, but there was plenty of seating and our food arrived promptly.

Came here for a full english breakfast on Saturday morning based on Tripadvisors good reviews. Cracking breakfast we had all cooked to order in the open kitchen though there was a little wait as Cafe was bustling but this was a good sign and food did not disappoint. We will be back!

This place is clearly loved by those who run it. Everything was clean and efficient and the people behind the counter were friendly and helpful. It has a modern, rural-kitchen feel that suits all ages with none of the loud crashing that seems to be the norm in the big chain coffee shops. The place has just the right balance of clutter to make it feel homey without losing spaciousness - you don't feel you are about to knock anything over. A good range of children's drinks are available, especially no sugar options. The menu looked good, although we were only there for coffee. They have high chairs but I don't know if they have other child-friendly things such as plastic cups and small cutlery.Something I always look for - and found - is evidence of a sound ethical base. In this case it was that food is sourced as locally as possible, which hugely reduces the Carbon footprint of the business. A few more options for vegetarians and at least one for vegans would be a good addition to the menu. The coffee was excellent, as was the freshly made millionaire's shortbread - a good sized slab too. Having a coffee out isn't that cheap these days so it is great when you find a place like this that is worth it and makes the experience so pleasant.

My parents and I have been here several times for lunch. On each occasion the friendly team have made us feel so very welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The food exceeds all expectations. There is always a different dish on the menu to try and the favourites for those less adventurous. A real gem and somewhere not to be missed.

Our room was comfortable and suitable for our requirements. The meals were exellent and the pies, oh! the pies, full of chunky steak wrapped in lovely shortcrust pastry mmm! All of the food we had was lovely, the beer was really good wine was good - see you again! thanks.

We booked this with a group of 10 friends on recommendation from others who have previously visited. We understand that the management has recently changed. We were warmly welcomed and everything was prepared. The food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The price was good value and we are definitely planning to return. For a Christmas period it was very quiet, they deserve to do well and I hope they attract more custom.

Gone downhill over the last year or so. Card only and now looking to ban dogs. Atmosphere similar to a funeral. Soon they will ban laughing and only allow people with short blue hair in. Go woke, go broke.
