Very disappointed! Lasagne was small, over cooked, reheated with a dry piece of so called garlic bread spread with pesto! We were also served had a pastie with soggy pastry and unappetising looking vegetables served in a small ramekin. When asked how the food was, it was frowned upon when we complained. Needless to say we will not be eating there again.

A quaint little pub with plenty of off-street parking, a massive beer garden and lots of historical features. The food is also very satisfying and hearty (the fish & chips being of particular note), service is friendly and the location tranquil. On the whole we've been quite lucky.
