The Pizza Yard in Wakefield

Went for a bottomless brunch at this cracking little spot. Amazing food, all made with super fresh ingredients. Some of the best pizza I've eaten in a long while. Gorgeous food & fantastic service. Great music as well! Definitely one of the best bottomless brunches I've experienced!

A firm family favourite to visit for special occasions, like birthdays, celebrations and Thursdays. Arancini was best we’ve ever tasted and pizza was perfect as always. The Lucinda and the truffle mushroom pizzas are always top on our list. Even giving our 4 year old the best “heart shaped pizza” and playing Taylor Swift on vinyl. The friendliest and best place in Wakefield by a mile. True hidden gem.

Delicious food! Amazing mid week deal. Second time here and the food never disappoints. We had starters, mains and dessert. Can’t wait to come back.

Being wanting to come since opening and we finally got round to it, however a little disappointed. The brushchetta starters were really good for only £5! However they did came out before drinks (wasn't as though it was busy as there was only 2 other tables in at the time), the soda water was completely flat. Food was okay for the price. Ordered the truffle mushroom pizza but they forgot the truffle oil however they did bring some in a little serving dish. Pizza was average. Okay for a budget meal out. Expectations just didn't meet the rest of the reviews and ratings. Little bit of a shame, staff were friendly. Great music!

Booked for my boyfriends 40th celebration. From start to finish, the customer service was amazing. Easy to book and confirm even with half the party having allergies/special requirements. The bottomless brunch was amazing. Really lovely food and lots of it, everyone's needs catered for and great quality food. The drinks options were fab and so many to choose from. They even did a wide range of mock tails for the non alcohol members. I am gluten free and it's the best pizza I have ever had. Ben and his team were fantastic and I highly recommend dining at Pizza yard, it will ruin other bottomless brunch places for you. It's in my top 3 places for Wakefield and Leeds.

Went out for a few pre-birthday drinks and fancied a pizza. Not been to The Pizza Yard before. Will definitely be eating here again. It was packed and hadn’t booked, initially looked like we had a long wait but staff accommodated and juggled things round. We didn’t have a long wait for food and WOW, best pizza in Wakefield by a country mile. Staff and owner (chef) so friendly and inviting. 5⭐️💯 delicious

Massive thank you to Ben and team for making my partners surprise birthday so special. Ben went above and beyond to make such special memories at a much needed time. The food was outstanding as always and we can not wait to return ❤️

Friendly small restaurant serving amazingly good food. My mushroom and truffle oil pizza was to die for! The service was excellent and the owner is obviously passionate and knowledgeable about good quality food and wine.

Called in with my wife and 2 kids who are 2 and 4. We are all vegan. My wife and kids bothe had vegan margherita pizza and I had truffle mushroom pizza all with vegan cheese. We all really enjoyed the food the atmosphere and the music was really good.

I emailed Ben on the Thursday for an order for Friday asking if he’d do us 15 pizzas for takeaway for a hen do as we were staying in Wakefield. Ben was more than happy to help. 15 pizzas delivered at the time requested even tho they don’t normally deliver. Amazing service and even more amazing pizzas 15 happy hens. Thank you so much

This place is a hidden gem. It’s amazing! The staff are sooo friendly and welcoming, the food is out of this world! The best pizza I’ve ever had! We did the bottomless brunch, I’ve never had as much food! We absolutely loved it and we will be a regular customer. Thank you so much for looking after us, we had a fab time! X
