Gave 2 stars because the milkshake ordered was delicious however Ordered food for ASAP and it took an 1 hour and 15 for the food to arrive. We customised the wraps to have no mayo and both came with it in!!

They were late again by 1 hour and have said nothing to me on why

Food was cold the cheese was like rubber it was horrible I would like a refund

was expecting the food for 18:00, its now 19:10 and it still hasn't arrived.

An hour wait for food is not good enough when the shop is less than 10 mins down the road, also forgot our drink!

It's local, it gives good service, staff are polite, good value for money. Only £10.99 for a large pizza if picked up :) Burgers are pretty good and the milkshakes are delicious. I only found out today you can have half n half! OMG I been missing out!

Just had a half pounder burger from the pizza planet cam the burger was cooked quickly cooked on the outside and burnt to cinders and on the inside barely cooked the taste wasn’t nice and think the appliance there cooking on could do with a clean the grease coming from it was back in colour the burger bun was stale and falling apart and minimal salad disgusting when your pay 6.50 for a burger mc ds tastes better and that’s saying something sort it out pizza planet

Placed an order for delivery should arrive by 5.40 called them at 5.50 to be told they haven't even started to cook the food not happy as was treating my grandchildren and they had to be home by 6.30 had to quickly sort them some food before going home 🤬

I don’t mind the food was late. It was just the app said my food was delivered when it wasn’t.

Used to be great, but since they have had competition, they seem to have no idea what service is. The last two orders have been very slow and not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.

It was 15 minutes early, so if I was actually on time, instead of early myself, the food would of been cold

We ordered Ben and Jerry's ice cream, it arrived all crumbly and lumpy with bits of ice as though it had not been frozen correctly / frozen for too long. Neither of us could stomach the texture of it. Considering it cost £6.50 I'm very disappointed with this and feel like I have been ripped off. We have ordered many times from Pizza planet with no issues.

Pizza was delicious. Fries warm not hot. Premium Chicken burger was ok, nothing special and certainly not premium, Delivery driver was friendly and polite.

Chicken was vile. It was burnt and tasted disgusting, very peppery and over seasoned (and that is from someone who likes things really well seasoned). The onion rings were under cooked, pales & soggy, have no real onion in or even flavouring; and the breaded garlic mushrooms were over cooked (burnt), the breading was brittle and just shattered when trying to pick them up to eat. Not an enjoyable meal at all.

I waited 2 hours for my food to be told that it was my fault because I didn’t answer the door. The delivery driver went to the wrong address twice and they had the cheek to blame me!! Never ever using them again!!

Really good pizzas made to order on site. Just phone or email your order through, or even call in and wait in the shop. If you place the order for collection it's usually ready in around 15 minutes, but it can take a little longer if its really busy. Orders can be delivered locally for a small fee, but can take up to an hour to arrive. There is also a menu on line that makes life easier if your not sure what you want. There are 2 sizes of gluten free pizzas also.

I asked for no jalapeños and for the second time it’s came with, not only that I rang to try resolve it and being told to call tomorrow for it? I ordered at that time because I would like to eat it then not a day after let alone paying for the food, allergies also play a massive part in these food / take outs why’s it people get away with sending the wrong food but correct label

45 minutes quoted delivery time, nothing arrived after an hour. Called and advised food would be another 20 minutes. Order cancelled, won't be using again

This restaurant reminds me immensely of a football team like Manchester United for example. On their day they're pretty good, regularly they are poor though and tonight is another example of this. Ordered at 9:30pm, thought to myself it would be a lovely addition to the Kings coronation concert. Well, let me tell you that the time old Charlie waited to become king was shorter than the time I waited for my pizza. On arrival it was luke warm at best, flavours were decent if I'm honest but the fact it had been in the back of a van vauxhall corsa for 71 years ensured my jaws had a tidy Sunday workout. I now have six packs in my cheeks. Inconvenient.

It took AGES to get to my house, but the food was really yummy and warm so, i let it slide lol :)

Very disappointed placed order for delivery which was 35 mins late. Pizza was stuck to box so all topping had come off. Phoned to find out where order was and said will call back no call back very poor service

Brilliant quick delivery food was great

One of the milkshakes was spilt and only half full. I told the delivery driver I was unhappy with that after he said "its fine." Said I would get a free one next time.. my mum only drinks the milkshake so she had to go without. The pizza was cold. The kids refused to eat the chicken nuggets. But the chips were nice and cheese. I usually love this restaurant but this was a very bad experience.

Premium burgers are the best !!

Food was hot, well prepared, well presented and the portions were generous (especially compared to some of their competitors). However this is reflected in their prices, which aren't as competitive as some other local establishments. So pays yer money and takes yer choice. We used a just eat voucher, but without this it may be out of our price range, especially if I were trying to feed my family!

Food was cold on arrival, not particularly great quality and not exactly as ordered. Disappointed as its a 'regular' order and this time, was extremely disappointed.

Expensive as hell, pizzas barely had any taste to them and all just tasted bland in everyway imaginable... I could've gotten a whole giant pizza in Tesco's next door for only £5, good to know that I won't go there again

Had text to say food on its way at 19.06 it wasn't deliver until 19.45

We ordered 2lots of nachos we was so disappointed there was dry and not alot of topping like normal, I would say over 3/4 of both boxswas dry may of just had a bag of nachos. Usually these are really good but not tonight

We appreciated it was a Friday night so expected the delay on delivery, that’s perfectly acceptable. Though to wait for nearly 1.5 hours & then have the incorrect pizza was frustrating. We rang the restaurant & the manager suggested we could be lying as people try all the time. We offered to take pictures to prove our point but he wasn’t interested. He said if we wanted to wait another 1.5 hours then he would send a new one out but his tone was extremely hostile & rude. My husband drove down & showed them, they agreed the order was completely incorrect. My husband stood and waited for a fresh one to be cooked, the manager was there but not at any point did he approach my husband to apologise for the mix up (after all, everyone makes mistakes, that’s life) or any offer of anything for the inconvenience…just to reimburse the delivery charge would’ve been nice! Absolutely appalling service, not worth the £23.70 by any stretch of the imagination.

In the area for a couple of days and needed something quick and easy. On time, good quality and delivery instruction followed perfectly (access to property not straight forward) Will use again when back in the area, definitely recommended

Good hygiene rating, friendly staff front of house. I eat the same things every time so difficult to comment on the whole menu, but always enjoy the food.

You forgot the main ingredient the burger sauce

Joke of a restaurant- sent garlic and herb dip (orange in colour) and claimed it was garlic mayonnaise (white). Laughed at over the phone, disrespected and they tried to convince me I had received Mayo….what I received looked like tree sap. Stay away folks, I’ve ordered from this place over 30 times, never had an issue but the guy I spoke to earlier will mean I never order for this place again! Embarrassing to say the least!

Awful, stupidly expensive, the pizzas were burnt and they forgot 2 orders of fries when they eventually turned up. Go to the Dursley and Cam pizza place, they’re brilliant and actually worth the price. Never again.

Would give it lower if I could, ordered the chicken wings (£5) in an order they got delivered ice cold and I mean straight out the freezer cold. They had the audacity to try and charge me £12.50 for them to cook and deliver me a replacement. Over an hour later and they still weren't here.

We ordered our food online through their own website at 9.40pm, in the confirmation email we were told that the food would be arriving around 10.10pm. At 10.30pm the food still hadn't arrived, the money for it had been taken of course. I rang their number and the phone connection was terrible and we were told our food was a couple of minutes away. The food finally arrived at 11.01pm. 2 minutes after we rang again to say once more that our food hadn't arrived - the person on the phone was rather rude during this call. The food is warm and tasty to their credit. But waiting 90 minutes for 3 medium pizzas, a small pizza and a small fries is ridiculous.

Super fast delivery and great food!

Good food but i specifically put on the notes to phone on arrival not to knock or doorbell because there were sleeping people in the house. Delivery driver rang the doorbell which is incredibly loud, woke them up.

Came without my milkshake. And offered a bottle of coke which is half the prices. And then it was pretty much melted

Ordered from here twice now, both times the pizza was fantastic. Milkshakes are nice and thick, sides are also flavourful. The place looks and feels clean, you can see the staff prepping and cooking the pizza behind which is great to see.

On-time food service. The man who greeted me in the shop was very nice and approachable. I very highly recommend this take out. Good value for money.

Would have liked to have known that the veggie pizza had onions on as its not listed on the menu and they ruined the pizza

I’m new to the area however this is my 3rd order. Quality pizza, it’s up there with the best I’ve had. Just wished they did a stuffed crust in a small. Would recommend!

Over priced and the toppings on it very poor very little

Lovely food, but delivery service has been very slow and has arrived late on the last two occasions.

Late but it’s Friday night rush to be fair. The delivery chap was really nice. Even made sure my dog didn’t escape and passed my Amazon parcels in for me. Nice touch.

Very poor service ..... 30 min wait time, would of been quicker going to Tesco for a meal deal. Don't recomend if you want fast food......

Food good but cheese burgers could have done with cooking longer. A bit pink in one place . Usually they are cooked more.

Ordered at 18.45, supposed to come at 19.20. Called at 19.50 to see where my order was. Was told another 20 minutes. My order finally arrives at 20.45. Wasn't hungry by this point Pizza was horrible too not worth the wait at all
