My order arrived early again by one of Caprinos lovely drivers. I was given a complimentary chocolate pizza, which was such a nice surprise & completely unexpected. Caprinos do the best takeaway food & have the nicest staff, who are always helpful, very polite & lovely to chat to. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Delicious pizza & churros as always! Caprinos is our favourite takeaway by far; food always arrives warm & tastes freshly prepared. The delivery drivers are always really friendly & the food has only been late once or twice in all the time we’ve been ordering from Caprinos. Very highly recommended.

Both pizzas were great, tasty and hot, and the curly fries. Unfortunately i had ordered 1 vegan icecream, and a dairy one that were delivered as part of the mega meal deal. It upset my stomach because I ate it not realising it wasn't dairy free until a few mouthfuls. Both ice creams were also full of ice and grainy. My partner said the Vanilla ice cream was tasteless.

Delicious as always! Delivery was extremely quick, with your highly efficient & always very polite & charming delivery driver. Wonderful food, wonderful service, can’t recommend highly enough.

Unfortunately two items on the delivery were wrong. I did not find this out until the driver had gone. Fortunately the pizza that was delivery still tasted good ( it should have been tuna but was pepperoni) the side should have been chicken strips but were mozzarella instead.

Great food. Caprinos never disappoints. Me & my husband both prefer this place to others as the quality is always so consistent.

Great food, good service. On Weekends, delivery can get delayed and wings are a bit small, but still taste great. Pizzas and wraps are really good.

honestly the food just wasn’t that great i’ve gone there a couple times now trying to give it a chance and last time wasn’t too bad but this time the food just wasn’t nice at all… toppings on pizza is stingy. i added a single topping three individual times so you think you would get more but apparently you get the same amount no matter how many extras of one item you add. the chips were really undercooked i could barley eat 2 bites of them. and they missed off parts of my order and just said sor

I’m absolutely disgusted with the service, ordered food through Uber and was waiting over an hour past the due delivery time. I called and was told my food would be with me any moment, called again 25 mins later to be told someone left 20 mins ago. The food didn’t arrive for another 15 mins and was cold.

Delicious pizza & arrived 25 minutes earlier than predicted. Lovely delivery driver, very happy ordering with Caprino’s & will definitely be ordering again soon!

Food was delivered 2 hours after ordering despite being under 5 miles away from restraunt. When it arrived, the food was cold and some of the order was incorrect.

Do not order here, no toppings on pizza , or very scarse, quality is cheap for the price that we pa and food arrives late and cold!

It would be useful if the staff understood English. Had to say at least 4 times what pizza I wanted. Also I was ignored at first and kept waiting. Not good service. Very expensive compared to other places. Pizza was OK but Pappa John's is better and better value. Will not be going back. 🙁

The worst take away I ever had no stars

Used to love ordering from Caprinos, but recently they’ve gone downhill massively! Order arrived without milkshake and chicken wings that look like they’ve come off of a Robin and the mozzarella sticks were chewy, we stopped ordering from here a while ago because of missing items and quality issues but decided to give them another chance, huge regret! I do not like posting negative reviews but when it is a consistent problem it is no longer a mistake it is negligence. Very disappointing! After complaining with Uber I received an £8.07 refund which doesn’t cover the missing milkshake or “chicken” wings. Left the mozzarella dippers and chicken wings, didn’t receive the milkshake.

Delicious as always! I really love the vegan pizzas and an added bonus today was when I found the vegan Ben and Jerrys ice cream on the menu too!

Ordered food with plenty of time to be delivered at 2030 as myself and my partner both work shifts and the food arrived late with no apology.

Just Had a delivery from the stroud Store and the chips are only half cooked. The wrap was soggy and fell apart. Last time I will ever order from here.

Food was good, and the delivery guy was very nice. The drink was not included in the order so the delivery driver noticed and said he’ll bring it next time he is around the area, I said no please if you get it keep it and enjoy the drink youself, but he brought it anyway and he was very kind and gave us an extra one too. Great service. People have busy or tired days so its natural to forget things sometimes, we said it was absolutely ok but he insisted he bring them around.

At first they were good at phoning to say an item wasn’t available, after that it went downhill, order arrived missing a shake, driver knew about it and took another hour to bring it. Shake was warm and unpleasant. Chocolate pizza was chewy, Mac & Cheese bites were disgusting 🤢 and the Churros were bland and greasy, the packaging used is not suitable as it makes the food sweat and go soggy. The chocolate cookies tasted under cooked and the brownie was claggy. Not a great experience this evening

Just had a BBQ sizzler pizza from caprinos pizza in stroud whilst waiting for my washing to finish across the road in the launderette. Took about 10minutes to be made and wow !! What a pizza it was , very light base and crush , they didn’t skimp on the toppings either. The guy that served me pointed me in the better valve for money option too.

Just had our 1st pizza delivered from Caprinos .Easy to use web site delivered on time and piping hot and fresh .It was the best pizza we have had for a long time .We will definitely use again and recommend giving it a try .

A pizza should have cheese and tomato not just cheese. It was an awful, tasteless cheesy garlic bread without the garlic. Seriously could not see any tomato base at all. Would give no stars if I could as it went in the bin

No sign of food after an hour, after a phone call to the restaurant only then did the delivery driver call… my boyfriend had to walk around the estate trying to find him… pizza was cold 🥶😡
