Ordered kebab, extra onion, garlic sauce.....been ordering for ages ...absolutely no onion, hardly any garlic sauce.... the option of cabbage lettuce onion etc., no option of tomato and cucumber which was included and put in kebab....... rang up to say no onion at all....they offered to send a car back with box of onion in. Really kebab would be cold by then! Not impressed......simple instructions not followed......

A family member had a medical emergency in the Dursley kebab house and noted how inconvenient it was that they were unconscious and encouraged people to step over them to continue serving. Even when the paramedics were there, they could not have shown less empathy to the distressed family and the situation if they tried. Do not recommend.

Minimum order is now higher than the single cost of a pizza, which means that you can't order a pizza for delivery as it doesn't meet the minimum amount. Kebabs are always good, although I've had to cut down in recent months 😕

Dursley special mixed kebab with their amazing garlic sauce is cracking. The pizza deal is good value decent pizzas too. Always quick delivery too.

Only thing I love from the menu is the Kababs, delicious 😋

Kebab meat is ok but chips are very dry and look like they have been sat there for days

Chicken burger - tough chicken with nothing on it, they did ask if I wanted mayo and I said no and then got nothing with it, no salad, nothing. Chips - great if you like soggy cardboard Pizza - OK but nothing special Service - OK but not exactly friendly Price - standard for today Conclusion - don't bother

May well be the worst takeaway I have had in the area. Fries were so old that they were hollow. Jumbo sausage was so old it had no moisture left inside of it. It’s now nothing but a husk of the sausage it once was. Maybe cooked multiple times as it was very dark brown? Very cheap ingredients for sides and little care taken to prepare them. The kebab meat itself is nice. Caution on chilli sauce - even little amount makes it a very spicy meal. My partner and I feel it was no where near worth the £40 spent. We have left most of the food and it’s going to the dog.

We only ever order their chickan kebabs, and have always been happy with the food, even if the prices have slowly crept up. The minimum price for delivery is now £19 with booking fee, delivery and even bag fee. However the last order for a "large" chicken kebab we placed had next to no salad, considerably less chicken amd only half a pitta, and thats good enough

Good food but 21 pound for 2 chicken meat and chips is very expensive

Food is always good and they go the extra mile as I like specific salad with mine. Always friendly and nice! 100% recommend the donner as well as the chicken shish!!

I dropped into Dursley unexpected last night I was running the cotswold way and quit just outside Dursley. I was directed to food sources and found this kebab house. Pizza, kebab and free cheese amd chips with a bottle of water. I loved this gesture and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to drop by again. Thanks a million for feeding and hydrating a very tired ultra runner 💪

Vegetarian kebab is just pitta and salad. If I had ordered a vegetarian burger would it be bun and salad? Disgraceful.

Never seen anything quite like the meat feast pizza!! Completely crammed full of meat and then topped off with an insane amount of donner meat!! You definitely get your money's worth at £9.90 for a large! We ordered for delivery on just eat, said it would arrive at 7pm but actually came at 6.20! Great choice of food on the menu which I'm looking forward to trying next time.

Mi número de teléfono móvil y el piso de la casa estaban en el formulario, pero le dieron mucha actitud a mi compañero cuando fue a recoger, diciendo que llamaron al timbre y al teléfono (no se perdió la llamada) y luego comenzaron a gritar y gritarle a mi compañero porque esperaron unos minutos (vivimos en el tercer piso) él estaba siendo condescendiente y, en general, grosero hasta un punto que nunca había visto antes, el comportamiento desagradable también era una comida asquerosa

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, told my partner they rang my number no missed called no buzzer was rang when he went down to collect they BOTH started having a go at him to the point I could hear it on the 3rd floor flat and wondered what was going on food was rubbish anyway will never order from these people again had to wait a few minutes to walk down 3 flights of stairs and had a go when we didn’t get there fast enough the way we got treated and spoke to was absolutely diabolical and honestly I have never witness it in my life it has completely ruined the one night me and my partner get together in a few weeks, the fact my partner felt ganged up on in his own building is completely disgusting I will NEVER order from them again

El servicio al cliente totalmente terrible ordenó comida para mi familia, la comida estaba bien y llegó bastante rápido, sin embargo, la salsa se pagó no había sonado la primera vez solo para avisar que no había venido con la comida se le dijo que el tipo que traería ahora era encontrar dijo que estaba bien después de esperar que no hubieran llegado 10 minutos, así que se fue sin otra vez estaba bien, luego llamé después de 2 horas para notificar que aún no había llegado, el propietario dijo que ahora dijo que tenía una actitud conmigo en este momento, dije que no había señale que como habíamos comido la comida, me estaba maltratando diciendo que el hombre vino con él "no lo había hecho". Simplemente dije que lo había pagado y no lo tenía y estaba gritando diciendo que no pagué si la transacción bancaria en la tarjeta de mi esposo muestra claramente que se había pagado por negarlo, lo pagué, pedí hablar con alguien más, ya que fue muy grosero, dijo que estaba bien y luego siguió gritándome cómo es el dueño y marcó la diferencia alrededor de mi casa, sin embargo, todavía dando actitud, nunca volveré a ordenar desde aquí y recomendaría a otros que eviten aquí.

Pedimos dos doner y dos brochetas de pollo para cuatro adultos. Tres pequeñas y una grande. ¡Dos de nosotros no pudimos terminar nuestros pequeños kebabs en una sola sesión! Muy generosas cantidades de carnes, ensaladas y chiles. La carne estaba sabrosa con mucho sabor picante. También nos dieron una botella grande gratis de Pepsi! Muy impresionado y sin duda volveremos.

Average takeaway. Thin based pizzas. Nice and tasty. Kebab could of had a more varied salad it just had lettuce and cabbage on it. Good service.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and specified within my order that I wanted NO SAUCE and no salad. My food was delivered to my house with a receipt. The receipt read "plain qtr pounder just cheese and burger no salad or sauce" and after opening the polystyrene takeaway box I was highly unsatisfied after finding that my burger was loaded with salad and, what seemed like, extra sauce. I am allergic to the sauce that the obviously ignorant staff of Pizza Planet put into my burger and I am disappointed that these workers clearly disregarded my specific request and failed to meet the requirements of a previously frequent customer.

Had a takeaway from here recently ( as received menu through the door, & not many people deliver in our area ).The delivery was quick and the food hot & tasty. Must mention the kebab meat was a large portion and good value for money but the chilli sauce was very hot ( would go without it next time or have it in a seperate carton ).Anyway overall everything good, especially when you feel to lazy to cook or go and collect!!

It was very nice food, however I didn't find the place very hygienic, sorry! Good though, I did enjoy my dinner that night. Could maybe have a bigger range of foods?

The staff are very friendly & the food is great after a night out in town. They have a good reputation with the locals and will cater to your needs.

There's only so much you can really say about a Kebab shop, but I've been using this one for years and never been disappointed. The guys who work there are always very friendly and the food is always freshly cooked and plenty of it which is all you can expect from such a takeaway. No complaints from me!

I always eat here just because of the quickness after work. The beginning of the month I had a pizza. It was overpriced, small and covered in grease. Horrible! I then went back for chips last night and a chicken kebab for my friend and it was horrendous! My chips were practically swimming in garlic mayo, and my friend had none on hers. The chips were soggy and cold and really disgusting. The kebab was bland, and the chicken tasted of charcoal. I would have gone back and complained if the staff serving me weren't so disgustingly rude and obnoxious. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! save your money and get a pizza planet! At least they deliver and are polite! Will not ever be returning. Absolutely disgusted!!

But was introduced to them by my son. So I can't offfer a comparison. So I'll simply say I have eaten lamb kebab here many times and always found it very satisfying, well-presented and the quantity more than adequate. The boys like them too. You aren't paying much more than a fiver for a full meal.
