Average food...but my goodness how expensive for what you get?!

Fabulous food and great service

Chips were fine, boyfriends kebab was nice. However, my pizza was simultaneously burnt on the top and soggy on the bottom from all the grease, I had to throw it away

Absolutely shocking service tonight, haven’t ordered from them in a long time so thought I’d treat myself. The system put my food wrong so when I rang to ask to ask for the right thing, they very rudely said it was my fault and they aren’t wasting money on me by replacing my food. The food I could eat was burnt and soggy (how these 2 things happen together I have no idea) so now I’m £32 out of pocket and unable to order more after not eating all day as it is. The person on the phone was very very rude and very unhelpful. Definitely avoid. Shockingly disgusting food and even worse custom!

Lovely friendly service with good food.

Haven't used delights for a long time use to be very good. Not this time wedges we're burt onion rings burnt.my chicken kebab was tuff and overcooked dry. Obvious your oil needed changing.my husbands pizza very disappointing.

Went in for my first time. Got a medium lamb doner with 2 pittas. Great food, good portion sizes(I almost couldn't finish it). Friendly staff. Great value for money

When it comes to food and service, I have no complaints. Tasty and well seasoned.

I've been using thus place fie years and firstly I would like to say I love the food. However my last few experiences have been farcfromm satisfactory! I dont know who's running it now but my deliveries have been at least 30 minutes late and they seem to fabricate their delivery charge as ive been charged £4 - £5 for a local delivery even when it says 0 delivery charge on the receipt. I wont be recommending them to my friends!

Placed an online order at 17.40 for 8pm delivery it hadn't arrived by 8.15 so I rang to ask where our food was, they said it would be another 20 minutes. No apologies just the offer to cancel the order. They shouldn't be taking online orders if they can't fulfil the delivery times.

Tonight is 1st time some of the food terrible had spicy chicken it was so over cooked did try to eat it but so dry

We had a lamb shish kebab and a 14inch Hawaiian pizza and it was the best takeaway we’ve had absolutely amazing food. The lamb had no fat on it and was cooked to perfection! Thanks guys

Ordered from here over a dozen times the past 2 years and never had a issue, only had a delivery late by 20/30 minuets once and i put that down to it being a Saturday. The pizza, wraps and burgers are nice, only thing i didn't like was the ketchup but that's just down to preference.

Nice kebab. Nice people. Will go again next time visiting.

I used to get my pizzas from papp johns but by christ the ones from delights are so much nicer.. good value.. great customer service. 5✨️

Portion size and value was awful service was dreadful, staff miserable and unhelpful won't be returning in future.

Food is not fit for dogs. I had . The fish was cooked from frozen and reheated. The chips were horrible and also reheated. It really annoyed me that I had to throw it away.

If I wanted a frozen cod and chips, I would have bought it at tesco.

Bought a kebab tonight was enjoying it as i had one the last time i ordered but tonights unfortunately had a piece of hard stick inside of it and i didnt no what it was so i took it out of my mouth as i must of had it on some kebab or salad and it was a bit of wood maybe a food stick it looked like i havent yet phone about the problem yet as ive only just noticed while eating my kebab.

New owners of this local takeaway. Tonight we had a delivery we ordered on line . We thought we'd ordered salad with our kebabs. But we obviously didn't. We rang takeaway, and they said we didn't, but a few minutes later we had salads delivered, even though we said not to worry. Great service, great food . And friendly delivery. I highly recommend this takeaway.

Just had food tonight, very nice. But very frustrated as ordered on line for collection and it clearly advertised that card payment accepted. So parked outside, went in to collect to be told Cash Only! Therefore, i had to walk down to cash point... Shame as i the time this took our food was cold 😕. I stated to the chap about this and they just blamed the web site. Everywhere has card payment small machines now....

The pizza was luke warm and the lamb in the kebab was stringy, dry and inedible. So won't be going back. Regs was a local institution and the new owners have failed to maintain the standard. This explains why the queues at the fish & chip shop have doubled.

Having used Reg's for as long as he was in Wotton, being one of the affected persons with the recent Norovirus outbreak AND also reused them when they reopened I thought for the first time after the change of owners I thought i'd give the new kebab house in Wotton a go. I'd purposly left it until a few weeks in and a weekday to avoid the initial rush. I ordered ousing the online menu system and managed to place my order easily and efficiently at 18.58 recieving a reply to say my order would be delivered in 58 minutes. I was a little surprised but ok....... At 20.30 when the food still hadn't arrived I called the shop and after a little confusion and checking my name and postcode I was told " it's on its way" ! just before 20:30 (an hour an a half after I'd ordered remember) the food arrived. So now the food..... 1. The chips were cold, hard and inedible. 2. The mixed chicken and lamb shish kebabs were good with a good quantity of lean easy to eat meat unfortunately the pita's were seperate and not under the meat and chilly sauce so were also cold, hard and dry. Seperate pita's had not been requested. 3. The small doner kebab was very good and just as ordered with pita under the good quantity of meat and salad and there were some pickled chilies which i'd also ordered. Resume. 1 and a half hour delivery from Wotton to Kingswood on a Wednesday evening is unacceptable. Cold, hard, inedible chips is unacceptable Kebabs not as ordered is a "mistake" but allas this is kebab making and not rocket science. Being told you got "very busy" is not an ideal answer as unfortunately this only means the management has the establishment understaffed for the situation you are in only 2 weeks from opening and in a midweek slot. Hopefully you will tell from the above I am a fair minded person but I'm affraid Delights has a long way to climb back from that shambles.

Had Kebabs and Chips from here tonight. We did go in to order and it was extremely busy which is great for there first Saturday in Wotton. The food was delicious and hot. No complaints at all. Wishing you all every success!

Food was stone cold tonight... didnt listen to my instructions on only lettuce and cucumber, has all veg inside my mean which some of the veg I cant actually eat! My partners food was stone cold. The chips tasted like yesterday's chips soggy and nasty!! Compared to 2 weeks ago when it was lovely... its now gone completely down heal! Not impressed

Just very quick service and the price if sometime could not be bother to cook tea a nice pizza or fried chicken with chip just a a great price to pay

We got pizza and burgers one evening. The chips were so bad we couldn't eat them. They were flabby chunks of something. The burgers were cheap and not particularly pleasant. The pizzas were ok although we later got better pizzas from the pizza place opposite. The service was good, friendly and helpful.

We went here on a Sunday night quite late. Had burger and chips. Burger was tasty and cooked on a proper flame grill can't go wrong . Chips weren't too great and a little stingy with the portion size.

Its a kebab place. What more do you want? Its got some sort of meat on a stick. Fries not chips, but good at 11pm at night with nowhere else open. Yummy :)
