Food was burnt to crisp. Nuggets and strippers dry as a bone and seem to have changed to cheaper option which are not very good. Daughters couldnt eat them they were thay dry.

It would of been high because iv never had a problem until Tonight, food was shocking... when ordering the phone lines where bad I said I'd ring back to which i did he said my order back to me and told me 10mins. my order was all rung I phoned up to the manger being Rude and Aggressive and funny enough he said he tuck my order himself and tried to blame me then my husband didnt even Apologize was very rude, aggressive and Argumentative. I really hope you get training on speaking to people and listen to what is being said to you. Not happy at all food wasn't good at all tonight was cold too..

Usually order from here and can never fault the quality. Today the pizza was ok, but the chips were soggy but when biting into them the texture was quite tough as if not cooked properly, the chicken bites were burnt and hard. Overall not great!

wasn’t thin based and we put it through delivery and said we had to collect it, contacted the wrong house and then made us wait another half hour to get our food and tried to get us pay for delivery after we already paid.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. It is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The pizza is not good, lacks ingredients, and there is no cheese in it.

Absolutely rubbish food, burger was waaayyy over cooked and pizza was not cooked properly. Ended up throwing it in the bin.

Fantastic as always. Food arrived piping hot. Dough is super soft and the toppings are to die for. Highly recommended . Wouldn't go anywhere else for my pizza's.

I order on a regular this time Wasnt the best, chips were old felt like they was re fried. Really oily. Pizza wasn’t cut properly and when taking a slice it was breaking off.

Have used this pizza shop a few times, but never again after this evening. I asked for ham to be changed for chicken as my partner can't eat pork. It turned up with ham on. Called the shop they reported it was turkey on the pizza. Don't understand why they wouldn't have just used chicken as asked. Partner ended up with no dinner. No replacement or refund, they just hung up the phone.

Even after getting the order wrong a phone call to the restaurant a fresh correct pizza was delivered with the quality and tastiness as usual.

Went to these dumbos as Hot Stuff was shut on a Saturday night. Ordered a pizza with olives, onions and sweetcorn plus pineapple on half as well…they gave me a half olive, onion and sweetcorn pizza, half pineapple pizza…mate get off your phone and actually give yourself half a chance to listen to the order you clown!

I had my first pizza etc on 08/06/023. It was perfectly cooked, fresh and hot when delivered. Pleasant staff and prompt . Fully recommend and will return again soon.

Ordered from here tonight for the first time!! Food was hot and cooked freshly! Can't complain about the portion size as the popcorn chicken and chips was more than enough for my daughter! Pizza was tasty and a good size! Chips were a little over cooked and delivery took slightly longer than requested but overall,a good meal and a decent price! Thanks

The delivery was just 5 mins late but the guy delivering was most apologetic. The food was delivered hot and the pizza and calzone were superb. Not all places have great pizza but I loved the one from here. Its the first time I tried this restaurant and I'm glad I did.

I'm a regular customer and it's normally perfect. But now some sides have no cheese it them, they have definitely over fried them and the pizza is very oily. Disappointed as I used to enjoy ordering from here

Disappointed to be writing this as we order regular and we usually love the food but was so let down with the food on this occasion. There was definitely not a large portion of fries and they were tepid not hot, the pizza was sloppy with grease and wasn't nice at all.

The food was OK but I had too wait for it more than a hour and it was a bit cold.

Food was under cooked pizza was soggy and the seasoning powder was poured on on chips couldent eat them especially arriving cold

Food was not cooked all the way through, dough on the bottom was uncooked, pizza was not hot, only warm & cold in places were it was not cooked properly. Ordered 2 XL pizzas and restaurant sent 1 XL, 1 medium 1 small because they ran out of XL bases, never even bothered to call us to advise of this. Will not be using again.

Delivery was fine, can't comment on customer service as didn't need to ring up. However, the pizza was horrible. We couldn't eat it, we had gone for something close by after being out all day and coming home late and hungry. However, we could not eat it. It tasted like the smell of bleach, hardly any tomato on the base, if any at all and the cheese was slimy. Won't go here again

The food arrived piping hot & was absolutely delicious. The only fault we have is that the Large chips only fed 2 people & there didn't look a lot in the container either. The Coleslaw was only half a tub! Disappointing.

I ordered a pizza deal both pizzas were warm chicken and fries were warm and the fries were undercooked and hard to me the oil needs changing as they looked like last weeks fries had to throw all the order in the bin I don't expect to pay over £25 for warm food.

Cannot fault any of the food at all. Was lovely! Great portion size and taste. Would definitely eat from here again.

Ordered for a first time. Waited 2,5 hour to receive the food. Not the driver fault as we asked what time he collected the order and he’s said 10 minutes before arriving to our address. We called twice and twice they lied to us about the delivery. And the last nail to the coffin was piece of pizza I gave to my son- I’ve found black hair sticking to the baked dough. Disgusting 🤮!!! Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

Had a sicilia hot pizza first one arrived and it had no tomato sauce on the base, so I rang and they said they would replace it!!! The second one arrived exactly the same no tomato sauce!!! I was told they put double on, awful pizza all you could taste was oil!!!!

Food is not what it used to be, chips were uncooked and still hard, pizza had no taste and hardly any base sauce. Collect time was good however I wouldn’t mind waiting longer for better quality poor meal overall.
