Milano Lounge in Sandwell

Amazing chief Lir..... Food is cooked to perfection. Never tried such delicious food all fresh and homemade. Nice, clean establishment wih very polite and professional staff. Highly recommend Milano lounge.

Very good place, very nice people, great food, great atmosphere, the live Karaoke was excellent, the waitress and the head chef (both kindred spirits) took time to talk to me about the food and the restaurant/bar at the end of the evening. The Espresso coffee was very good.

Cocktails was very good! Nice atmosphere 👌

Nice coffee shop, espresso is of very good quality. Staff is very friendly and atmosphere is warm. Prices are the cheapest in the area.

Absolutely disgusted with this place after our order came cold raw and completely uncooked the girl behind the bar then proceeded to dirty look out family after we had been polite and patient the food looks like something I’d feed my cat honestly would never recommend this place god knows how it is still open wth the staff are not friendly and very pervvy on young girls I advice to stay away from here!!!!

Would give it 0 stars if i could. Came in with my mother for her birthday for Tea and a Cake. Cake was stale, service was slow, spoke to manager about it and got a rude response. hope they’re ashamed of their attitude, I will NOT be visiting again

I just wanna start off by saying that this is by far the worst cafe I have been to in my entire life. I enter the cafe which is empty with no customers to be greeted my a Arabic lady who sighs as I enter(not very polite) eventually after a few minutes of staring at me she decides to take my order and gets it wrong 3 TIMES. This lead to me being very upset as all I ordered was an Oreo milkshake with chocolate pancakes. After waiting nearly 20 minutes I get my food only for the pancakes to be warm and the milkshake to be vanilla when I go back the lady says I ordered something different which is a complete lie and I was unable to get a refund or my original order. VERY DISAPPOINTED WONT BE HERE AGAIN

The food was good but you have to wait for around 40-45 minutes to get your food and we are the only ones in.

Had to wait 25 minutes to get a drink, we were the only customers in the cafe. When the drink arrived very milky and little coffee taste. Totally different from the last time we went when everything was good. Seems to be who is on that day. However we went two days afterwards, someone else was in charge totally different. Coffee was good as was the waiting time.

After a heavy night out on the town I was needing a real proper Full English breakfast and I found 7 café and I must say it was the best cooked well presented breakfast I’ve eaten and will always go to 7 when I’m visiting Birmingham from now on, it’s a real well decorated café very cute clean tidy serving amazing well cooked breakfast a 10/10 place to go fill up. Really pretty place but foods abit basic & overpriced. £9.50 for this.

Let me start this off honestly and frankly. I was personally excited to try this new dessert establishment but I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth and I didn't even get my dessert. When I ordered from Uber Eats I was promised a 10.15pm delivery time, my esteemed driver was to be Mehdi - an Egyptian delivery man who is just trying to put food on his families tables by putting food on my family's table. Poor old Mehdi got so lost with the wrong address listed on Uber Eats he ended up back in Egypt and now Priti Patel won't let him back into the country. Now turns up a new driver - Gupta, knight in shining armour to save the day and deliver the dough, the cookie dough. Same issue, the same driver - he got lost. Rumours now started spreading on the UberEats delivery Uncle WhatsApp group and the next driver - Patel declined the job as it appeared, out of immigration fears. And finally Mohd Sharifee thought he could solve all my issues and deliver the goods. He rings me in despair "where is the shop brother", I direct him as best I can with the longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates aligned with the sun's compass, but this should not have even happened it should be listed on Uber correctly. He finally finds the shop and I receive a final call for which I was ecstatic - only to hear "Shops closed my brother, wasted my time, kids crying". Main lesson: Don't order late night from 7 Cafe.

The dessert was taste good but really over priced!

Great selection of cakes, I had a cornflakes one with cream soooooo nice, coffee was really good also, the do sandwiches and ice-cream. Tables cleaned between customers and lovely deco. I would recommend a visit, independent coffee shop so needs support. Ate my cake before I remembered to take a picture 😋

My red velvet cake was hard. Literally rock solid. The staff in there seem very slow, even asked me how much the cake was , so they could put it into the till. The music that was playing was basically youtube adverts too😂😂😂

Food was okay. Cake was too dry. Felt like it must have been old or left out all day.

The staff need to be trained on customer service. The young staff aren't very professional and don't know what they are doing, although the desserts are really nice.. the level of customer service is appalling to say the least. Maybe its because its a new establishment and they need time to get the hang of things but there's no excuse for poor customer service!

Lovely place. Decor really nice. Modern, fresh, clean. Came on a Sunday evening. Had place to ourselves. Food was exceptional. Lots of chocolate sauce which was great. Children loved it, sundaes nice, good selection of ice cream. Will be coming again.

I came in today around 1 pm with my friend for a quick coffee and a sandwich. We received a warm welcome and the girl that served us was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We mentioned that we are in a hurry and she made sure our coffee and food came on time, which helped us out a lot! Will probably visit the place again as we loved the atmosphere. The food was also delicious! Very happy to give 5 stars.

Just ordered dessert from here through just eat. There was loads of choice on the menu it was really hard to decide! There wasn't an option for a doughnut choice but I ordered 4. A lovely guy called for our choice and I let them decide. The delivery came really quick. The driver was really pleasant. Now the food!!! Omg the doughnuts are to die for! Ring doughnut cooked fresh covered in Ferrero rocher, oreo,buenno & biscoff. Oozing with toppings & still warm! Hubbys a fan of Ferrero cake & it was really fresh & loads of flavour, a massive piece too! Finally the sundae, fresh cream topped ice cream. Absolute heaven. I'm so glad this place opened & highly recommended as THE BEST desert shop in the area! Well done guys

Brilliant food, friendly owners and incredible decorations. This cafe is by far my favourite, I come here with my friends all the time for anything from a large breakfast to just a simple coffee and a chat. This place never let's me down and its creative decorations (that change frequently to fit the time of year) always put a smile on my face. Thankyou very much That Cafe
