Usually have nothing bad to say about this place but tonight I do. Tried ordering through the website which is run by foodhub - ancient, uninteractive and not user friendly. I wanted to choose my own pizza toppings so chose the ‘create your own options’. You are only able to choose ‘4 meat toppings and two veg’ which I did not want, I wanted one meat topping and the rest veg. Called teams and explained the issue and asked if I could just order over the phone and still receive the advertised discount due to said issues. I was told I couldn’t but was advised to just choose ‘chicken’, ‘chicken’ ‘chicken’ and then put the toppings I actually wanted in the comments box. The comments box does not work and didn’t allow me to write anything. If you choose to make your only way of taking orders via a platform that has very clearly been developed by idiots and does not actually work you deserve to be loosing customers. I won’t ever attempt to order from you again

Just had a Balti kebab calzone pizza absolutely lovely will definitely be getting it again

Absolutely amazing food First time trying this and was best takeaway I’ve had in a long time pizza was perfect kebab was divine and the chicken tikka was amazing. Staff were awesome nice and friendly and the cakes…. They a fabulous 🤤🤤🤤 Next day pizza tasted as good as when it was warm 1000000% Recommend

Me and my partner ordered From Pizza masters for the first time on Sunday night- Only just moved here, first place we tried and now we got to stick with these guys - Chicken Kebab Meat & Chips with garlic mayo was so Tasty! - My partners Kiev Calzone and Chips was spot on too! - Very filling but ever so good, Now this is our go to Takeaway Perfect in every sense!

I love my pizza from here i live 30 yards from my local pizza store but my local store hasnt got a look in compared to these guys,absolutely beautiful food you wont be disappointed bloody lovely thanks again

Garlic sauce, pizzas and kebabs are all lush, only let down is the chips ( i know how busy these are) a few soft ones but the rest are to uncooked to eat Other then that spot on

Order from teams all the time over the phone. The one time I used their website it messed my order up, woman on the phone wasn't interested and just hung up on me. Won't use them again. Shocking customer service.

best pizzas in the area by miles.... they also do great naan/kebabs with balti sauce (oh yes) its hard to eat normal kebab meat again after you tried the balti covered donner .. ... i usually keep half a pizza to reheat in the oven next day and thats amazing as well.

Have ordered from here for numerous years but had to stop due to nearly every delivery being either delayed or food missing then I thought tonight I would give this place another try and to no surprise items missing rang shop told me they would send the item straight out rang back after 35 minutes to be told the driver was at the door driver wasn’t there rang shop back was put on hold for another 6 minutes to be told they can’t get intouch with the driver so after 45 minutes of back and fourth I said for them to to keep the missing item and I won’t be ordering again the phone staff are constantly making excuses and it’s the same lame excuses so I will defiantly not be giving this place the benefit of the doubt again so think before you order

Fantastic pizza!! We always get a create your own, usually a 14/16” and chips, so filling and even reheating the pizza still tastes beautiful!! 100% recommend and our go too pizza place

Usually quite a regular here. Order twice in a night most weekends. Once for the kids and once for us. Their cheesy garlic breads are my sons ultimate fave as are the chips. So that's a massive bonus as he's very fussy. Lately though we've not been enjoying the pizzas and the chips seem different and dry too. Hardly any Tomato Puree on the pizza base and just pretty bland really. Looking more likely we'll have to go elsewhere. I'll still order for my son. I may try again in a few months to see if its anything like what it was previously. I'm never usually disappointed with teams but the last 3 orders I've tried and it's ended off being left after 2 slices. Adding onto this review as I can't do another. Came back to order months later and again issues. If you order garlic they should send it. Ordered 4 and got 1. 5 quids worth and when I phoned the shop they hung up on me after saying it'll be sent out. It's no good now. People are eating their food. Just stupid things that don't have to happen and didn't happen before. I spent 50 quid for the family and had to go down the road and buy garlic from the local. I'll just go there next time. Might seem minor but it hacks you off when you don't get what you've ordered. If garlic wasn't needed I wouldn't have spent a fiver on it bit I did.

Rang after 50 mins.. got told will be there in 5 mins ... 35 mins after that freezing cold pizza, luke warm kebab, milk like ice cream and cold hard cookie dough. So much for a Monday night treat

Great food and the desserts are amazing. We ordered burgers, kebabs and chips and pizza. Along with doughnuts and red velvet cookie dough and a milkshake. Normally, we talk while sat eating, but the kids were quiet lol except for compliments on the food

Don't recommend. Order from uber eats they just cancelled order didn't get any refund....

Quick delivery as usual but Must of been busy as forgot cheesey garlic bread, gave them a ring sorted within 5 minutes and threw in a free margerita pizza aswell for the inconvenience food was beautifull aswell

Just had food from here and it was disgusting. Ordered through Just eat. Said food was on the way 40 minutes later I had to ring to see where it was. Said it had just gone out. When it got here 5 minutes later it was freezing cold. Pizza was wrong. Onion rings where freezing and soggy. I have never had food so bad. I would not waste your hard earned money on this takeaway you might as well through your money in the bin.

Pizzas are spot on from here but tried a parma tonight and the chicken was tough and rubbery and the chips were stale

Needed to cancel order and phoned straight away the girl on phone said it was out for delivery 😂literally 2 mins after ordering then continued to act dumb then came out with its being cooked ! We still wanted a refund! She asked so you still want to cancel then hung up 😂great service from you

Amazing amazing customer service The double chicken supreme was unreal. Best quality patty I’ve ever had. Also got the special diner with naan. It looked amazing and huge portion. Unfortunately the taste didn’t match the looks. A lot of colour but not at as much flavour.

Today we got 2 meal deals from here all together 4 pitza nd nearly 2 of every slices had a hair not good with everything going on also in shop with about 6 staff was no social distance and not one had a mask or hair net dirty

We ordered a take away from here and it all came cold so i rang them up and they brought a fresh one out waited all that time to have our tea and all the food tasted disgusting pizza wrap and chips the chips were under cooked pizza and the wraps very bland and horrible won't be ordering from here again

Best take away around! Mixed wrap is amazing, also indiano pizza! Used this place for years now and only ever had one complaint which I got got a free pizza on next order! Also garlic sauce is out of this world, lovely on top of bolognese and chips 👍

Terrible worst cheesy garlic bread I've had In my life kebab was stinking pizza tasted like it had been in the microwave and it tookb5he 45 minutes so make is a terrible meal would never go back shops lifting aswell ceiling was black with greace 🤮🤮🤮

Quality can be hit or miss - when it's good, it's very very good, but when it's bad, the pizzas are oversauced to the point of being soggy, the chips are cold and the deliveries late. But when it's good, it's delicious.

The master naan kebab with chicken tikka and donner meat with balti sauce is just delicious. I have tried a few from other takeaways but they are always too spicy but this one is just right and so i can actually taste the delicious balti sauce. Its a large size although its £9.50, it use to be £9.00. Its the most expensive one i have had out of all the takeaways but the tastiest nanbab.

The worst food possible..... Walked in and pouring garlic mayo into cups onto a table that looked like it was just taken from a car boot sale. Wraps were soggy pizza baze wasn't cooked and chips were hard. Pathetic.... The worst pizza I've ever had in Newcastle
