Popped in for a massala pizza during my shift and the guy who served me was nice and polite. Quick service and amazing food!

I tried there smash burger and loved every bite of it, chips were perfect and pizza was exquisite nice tender chicken and well done will definitely recommend masters will be going back again definitely.

Their new SMASH burgers are so good! Highly recommended

Ordered garlic bread with cheese with request for less cheese. Could not taste any garlic in the meal that was delivered. Was more like a bland cheese on toast.

Definitely recommend the chicken tenders (we had garlic dip)

absolutely amazing take away portions are massive, pizzas were cooked perfectly and that garlic sauce is the best around.

Food was alright but for what we paid it was cold so cold the cheese on the pizza was hard and the chicken tikka even though it was wrapped in foil it was freezing the chips were soggy but disappointed for the price

Really really nice food. The kebab was tasty and the biscoff cookie dough pudding is amazing. I will order from here again for sure.

Really is the best garlic sauce ever 😋

Me and my partner tried this place on recommendationand I am pleased to say they did not disappoint. The food was spectacular and the service was brilliant. As a garlic mayo fan, I would honestly say their garlic dip is the best I have EVER tried. Definitely give this place a go

I payed for extra cheese in my wrap but there wasn't much cheese in the wrap. the Piri Piri Chips had little seasoning, only on the top layer and non on the rest of the chip. Chicken strips were great

Food was great and it was delivered fast. but I almost got the wrong food. was handed a pizza box that was the wrong size and he then went to get my milkshake. it's only when I shouted across the road I didn't order a milkshake did he realise he had given me someone else's food. my house number AND street name are on a plaque by my door, at eye level. it's the 2nd time I've had this driver from this takeaway. the last time I did get the wrong food. 5 star food - 1 star delivery service.

I called to confirm about the buy one get one free pizza deal, they told me to just order it not mentioning you need to select something in the toppings. they also didn't add the toppings I paid for after

The pizza was all smushed up in the box and was not able to eat and the box took the cheese off and the pizza was squashed up inside the box and some parts overturned from the way the delivery driver must have been driving

i never leave a bad review cos I've never had to but the chips tonight were horrendous and the chicken tika kebab why so much liquid

38 minutes late order at 8.21 pm took over 2 hours to deliver arrived at 22.38 food cold and put most of it in the bin money wasted yet again rang the restaurant more than 2 times to get an update to be told my food was out for deliver around 21.32 I have phone proof I rang then donor order from here I have ordered before and was late again excuses on the phone to the restaurant was they were busy but that long to produce an order is not good at all !!

10 minutes late fair enough order missing chicken tikka and special kebab I paid over £12.00 for was nothing more than a donner kebab ! Absolute waste of money spent nearly £50 on food and what a waste of money kebab meat was horrible like frozen stuff really not nice and will not order again from here ever and will tell all my friends not too either horrible food !! Infact shocking what I paid for it !! Yak

Asked for thin base, it wasn't. Kebab meat was completely unlooked rendering the pizza inedible. Other kebab also inedible . Cheesy chips ok. complete waste of money.

AVOID!!! Cheapest of the cheap kebab meat...same thing you get palmed off with at 99% of places. Chicken was chewy, lamb shish was ropey and garlic sauce is far too sweet! Another carbon copy of every other cheap n nasty takeaway!

we were visiting Newcastle when we ordered this to our hotel. We chose here as they already had 200+ positive reviews, and I'm so glad we did! we ordered the meal deal with 2 kebabs and a pizza, the kebabs came with loads of meat that was fresh, tasty and not one bit greasy! the pizza was also good, but the salt n pepper chicken and chips was amazing! would definitely orfer from here again when we next visit and would 1000% recommend. Staff on phone and delivering were lovely and accommodating.

Usually have nothing bad to say about this place but tonight I do. Tried ordering through the website which is run by foodhub - ancient, uninteractive and not user friendly. I wanted to choose my own pizza toppings so chose the ‘create your own options’. You are only able to choose ‘4 meat toppings and two veg’ which I did not want, I wanted one meat topping and the rest veg. Called teams and explained the issue and asked if I could just order over the phone and still receive the advertised discount due to said issues. I was told I couldn’t but was advised to just choose ‘chicken’, ‘chicken’ ‘chicken’ and then put the toppings I actually wanted in the comments box. The comments box does not work and didn’t allow me to write anything. If you choose to make your only way of taking orders via a platform that has very clearly been developed by idiots and does not actually work you deserve to be loosing customers. I won’t ever attempt to order from you again

Never ordering from this place again. not only was my delivery extremely late, the pizza box arrived damaged!!! Pizza slid to the side and was bent. Also, my kebab was cold. totally disgraceful!!!

Food was late. The milkshakes were very nice and the food would of no doubt been nice had it not of been so cold.

i ordered a Master Burger - 1/2 and it only had one burger on = 1/4 rang back and told we will send out another 1/4 burger to make up the 1/2 burger i ordered. then got a call telling me you only get one burger because its got kebab meat and chicken on. Yes that's the extras i paid for to be put on the 1/2 burger if ordered a plain 1/2 burger is £6.90 i paid £8.35. you do not sell single 1/2 pound burgers if you go for the 1/2 you get 2 burgers. Cheaper burger on you menu belly buster 1/2 with kebab meat with a picture 2 burgers yes two as you use 1/4 burgers so ripped me off for the sake of a 1/4 burger spent a few bit of cash with yous not again

I absolutely love the food here and service my problem is on the just eat app they don't notify you when it's on its way and when u order late and don't want people to hear the door n they knock loud would be 100 percent for me if they just used the app I get a notification half an hour afte food hear that its on its way but apart from that foods amazing alway early and hot its lovely

Took an hour and 40 for 2 kebab wraps which were dry, paid extra for massala sauce but confused as to where it was. Such a shame have had things from here before but clearly over busy.

The seafood pizza was nice, however the chips where soggy and soft. You can tell they where placed in the polyester packaging (when very hot) and stayed waiting and sweating for a long time. We never ate more than 2 of them. It’s a shame because I bet they were really nice when they where first cooked.

Delivery was quite a while when considering the distance. Food wasn’t great. Meat/naan tasted stale/old and the pizza sauce ruined the pizza. Most was wasted unfortunately.

Absolutely amazing food First time trying this and was best takeaway I’ve had in a long time pizza was perfect kebab was divine and the chicken tikka was amazing. Staff were awesome nice and friendly and the cakes…. They a fabulous 🤤🤤🤤 Next day pizza tasted as good as when it was warm 1000000% Recommend

it's only the 2nd time I've ordered from this place and I can't fault them on anything. The staff are super friendly, and the food is delicious. The kebab is probably the nicest kebab I've had, it's more meaty and less herb filled compared to other places I've been, and the garlic bread is amazing, perfectly crispy.

Our favourite place and always make any changes I request on notes! Thank you so much.
