Perfect food and portion size. Excellent fast service and lovely staff

First time trying the brunch menu. One of the best things that F&B has come up with in a while. The pancakes were delicious, the NYC breakfast was also delicious. And to top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive.

Used to be great but today the staff didn't have any knowledge about allergies which was shocking. The staff was also very rude. Disappointing.

Never have I once experienced rudeness in my life like this. I ordered a just eat collection from Bird Box which is inside F&B. I went to the area to wait and I just wanted to check I was in the right place. Stood for ten minutes looked at and ignored. Waitresses milling around wiping tables and straightening menus. I went to the bar to ask and the young lad said no problem I’ll sort it out. 15 minutes later someone put the order in my head without a greeting, an apology. Disgraceful. The food was delicious but bird box will fail relying on the staff in Frankie and bennys to deal with.

Always worth a stop at the Metro Centre. Jenny was served us was superb. Couldn't do enough.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Franky and Benny's (Metrocenter), and it was an experience worth sharing. The food was fantastic, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by our server, Jade. From the moment we walked in, Jade's warm and welcoming demeaner set the tone for our meal. She was attentive, friendly, and had an incredible knack for making us feel right at home. Jade's recommendations were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu helped my kids make some great choices. The food itself was superb. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the appetizers to the main courses. The flavours were rich, and the portions were generous. It's clear that the kitchen takes great pride in the quality and presentation of their dishes. However, it was Jade's stellar service that truly elevated our dining experience. She was quick to refill drinks, check in on us at just the right moments, and her genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to find a server who makes such a positive impact, and Jade did just that. In conclusion, while the food at Franky and Benny's was great, it was Jade's exceptional service that made our visit memorable. She is undoubtedly the star of the show and made our family dining experience stand out. We will definitely be returning, thanks to Jade and the wonderful meal we had.

We had a margherita pizza each. It was very dry and salty and the topping was minimal to say the least. Atmosphere was downbeat and only a handful of customers in, Tuesday 16:15. Whilst paying the bill was informed it had been taken over. I for one will never visit again.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but after my visit on 28th may, I am absolutely appalled. The server we had, curly hair, didn’t get her name (why no name badges?) was extremely rude and patronising. My dad asked for a ‘normal coffee’ which she responded “you’re going to have to be a bit more specific than that, hun”. I was taken aback. To which I replied, “an Americano? With milk” which the server responded “yeah, I know”. Why all the fuss then? My mam had asked for a side, in which the server told her to wait- again, taken aback by the servers attitude. Once the mains arrived I asked for a salad dressing, which seemed to be a big ask. The food was average, overpriced. During the meal there was no check back, table was not cleared once we finished our food, and we were not asked about dessert. Clearly forgotten about, we had to chase for the bill. The floor was filthy, covered in food. Coming from hospitality background myself, there is no excuse speaking to a paying customer the way she did and I would suggest she receives some training in basic customer service and manners. Staff members lying down in the booths upstairs on their mobile phones, very unprofessional. It’s a shame as there are not many Frankie and Bennys in the area, and is our usual place for food, but after today’s experience we will not be returning.

Had the breakfast menu.. I ordered the traditional. I've uploaded a picture of the food as it was scant on the plate so felt more like a kids portion. My bacon was stone cold and my partner had a hair in her food. Couldn't fault the service or staff. Food arrived quickly and they were probably the best part of the experience.

Had a last minute date night tonight after a busy day at work for both of us for a Saturday we hadn’t eaten. So off to the metrocentre we went. Now Frankie & bennies you get what you pay for food wise it’s standard not Michelin star. However I have to say the staff today were amazing I have a food intolerance that isn’t part of the top 12. Onions and garlic (yeh I know right the bases of everything) however when I explained the way the intolerance works alongside Ulcerative colitis the server was amazing. I know my limits for fodmaps. Today the server went above & beyond and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name. She took options of what I wanted and then went to check the ingredients in every part of my meal. I fancied pasta and I knew I would be limited. But we went with it and I was able to eat the mac & cheese with no problems. I also ordered the loaded skins with bacon. The spring onion I can eat the green part of the spring onion and she noted this down. So that I could eat them. Husband had meatballs to start and he said they tasted nice. He then got the chicken burger and to be honest with everything going on with me it’s no wonder she hit the wrong chicken burger on her pad. Once we realised this they asked twice if he wanted the BBQ sauce and he said no. We had no complaints it is what it is. When it came to the bill she nicely took off 2 of our 4 drinks which essentially half priced his burger. Which we weren’t expecting. Again so so nice of her to do without us asking. Atmosphere it’s a Frankie & bennys so it’s standard as all the others. There was a family next to us with little kids and it’s good it caters for families. Our food came piping hot and was delicious. Better than some of my Frankie & benny experiences. So thankyou to the server for checking every ingredient it’s made my week you went that far and were so thoughtful.

My autistic child has just went for a meal with her friends and asked for plain tomato sauce pasta. It came out with textures that she's not used to which is fine and she was just going to leave it but then she said she can't eat it because of her autism and then the staff overheard and started laughing. She got very upset and started crying. When she had left the staff then said thank god they are gone. It's not her fault she didn't like her food!!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so accommodating today, (2 staff in particular, who were taking care of us upstairs, one of them being the manager) for my sons birthday. There was quite a large group of family and friends gathering, and they were brilliant. Moving us upstairs, without any complaints. Listening to the chaos. Polite and attentive. The manager was absolutely lovely!! and just so happy to help. I will be calling back very soon to leave a little thank you. Thanks again. My son had a brilliant time :)

£7:50 for standard Fry up was quite lame, definitely didn't fill us up, years ago was worth More the price and bigger portions, our table staff was Very miserable and couldn't even look at us, she couldn't be bothered. Use to get couple of slices of bread free of charge unfortunately not now! Only positive thing was Table, floor was clean .

Don't normally do this kind of food, but it was my niece's day out. Food was fresh, good quality + delicious. Her hot dog was great quality meat as was my burger. I was indeed pleasantly surprised. Yeah I'd do it again.

Went for breakfast sitting and was quite good. Portions are quite decent for what you pay. Especially the big one breakfast which I went for..the girl with glasses (don't know her name) is amazing with customer interaction and is very efficient at getting food out ans service etc. She deserves a lot of praise!! My Family and I visited here yesterday, We had been bargain shopping in the Metro centre and were Needing a sit down and some refreshments and food, The Staff were excellent and very nice and polite and showed us too a really nice table with a view of the Centre outside, The waitress was very nice and our drinks were delivered so quickly even that it was very busy we ordered some food and the food arrived very quick it was all cooked to perfection and lots of it we were very happy with the service and the staff were excellent , even when it was busy with other family's We left well fed and refreshed and will definitely visit again. This place and all of the Staff were perfect and priced very reasonable for the meals.

Food is service great happy and friendly alway busy especially Christmas time little bit on the expensive side for what you get but it's worth it 👌

I ordered the big one for breakfast and was not disappointed. I usually find the beans and mushrooms are tasteless in restaurants but not here. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.

Server was absolutely top notch. Very helpful. Thought the food was overpriced but it it was fresh and hot. No major complaints as I say just a bit pricy...15 quid-ish for a hotdog?

Loved the service and the breakfast we've been served on Saturday morning. As we had to wait bit longer for a few extra toasts, eventually they put it on the house. Absolutely friendly staff and food was lush.

Efficient I mean wow lightening service, friendly without being pushy, the food was lovely and plenty of it we had planned on getting a desert but nope we were too full. The price was amazing especially for what we got.

Good for kids. Food very bad though, burnt no flavour no care given, even with something like a burger which should be simple really really poor quality

Visited today. I had a hotdog and fries my partner a cheeseburger with fries. I was disappointed that the hotdog sausage was cold , no where on the menu did it say that also the bread was hard I could barely get my teeth through it. My partner enjoyed his burger it was very thick and juicy but a bit too pink for my liken. Not impressed with the dust on the window ledge opposite the cooking station where we were sat. Sadly we will not be returning.

Hi , My Friend And I Dined At Your Metro Centre Branch Today And Am Sorry To Say We Were Disappointed Where All Other Occasions We've Really Enjoyed Our Time There. Today I Ordered Banana Waffle Of Which Was Far Too Big To Eat And My Friend Ordered Apple Crumble And Custard. The Apple Crumble Was More Of A Lid Of A Pie And Was Tiny. Lettuce Was Served With One Of The Main Meals Even Though We Had Asked For It To Be Left Off. Also We Were Not Given A Handset To Write A Review About Our Dining Experience And All The Other Customers Who Were Dining At The Same Time As Us Were Given Handsets. I Feel We Were Missed Out Deliberately With This As Staff Knew We Weren't Happy. Shame Really As Our Server Was Very Pleasant.

Came on 27th March for a cocktail and desert. My husband and I both went to the loo to find none of the taps were working. We alerted staff and they just said “oh ok” and went and reported it at the bar. Nobody came back with hand gel or apologised. Wanted to leave as was concerned that if they weren’t bother that we couldn’t wash our hands then were they washing their hands?? Rank!!!

Frankies and bennys as a whole has gone down in recent years. Expensive for the quality you recieve these days. Server was lovely though.

Absolutely amazing food we ordered the burger meal deal the buffalo fries are the best I've ever had delivery was early too even with a diversion and food was piping hot great value and we will definitely be ordering again

This is not my favourite branch of Frankie and Benny's. It is noisy, the waiting staff range from excellent to largely unattentive, and the toilets have room for improvement. On this occasion the food was adequate and my children enjoyed themselves, despite not being offered anything resembling an activity pack. Expensive under the circumstances.

After being recently diagnosed as coeliac, this was my first time venturing out to a restaurant. I’m so happy that it was Frankie and Benny’s Metrocentre, with their specific Gluten free menu which offers a good variety of wheat free alternatives. Our Server, Natalie, was fantastic - very knowledgeable of the menu and dietary needs to put me at ease and give great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Worst I've been to. Save your money and eat somewhere else! Adult's £11.90 plus a large coke £3.70 meal (the main course, Spaghetti Bolognese was 3 times the cost of the kids' meal. The kids' meal £6.49 had lots of sauce and came with a drink and dessert. When I asked why the Adults meal was smaller they just laughed and so I said that I would not pay for it unless they added more sauce as it was so dry! They did add more but I felt very uncomfortable and for that reason, I will not be back!

Had the dirty dog. Was lovely, asked for no chillies but there was some one staff where amazing changed it straight away. Dead friendly, nice atmosphere. Alright prices

Food was expensive for what you got. The dirty dog hotdogs was unedible the bread was so chewy you couldn't swallow it. The drinks were also very expensive. Would not go again

the waitress who served us was lovely. I was going to order extra black pudding but the waitress warned me the breakfast is big so offered to see how I get on with that before I decide to get more. I probably wouldn't have finished the breakfast if I had got the extra black pudding

We had a breakfast the plates was massive. Great portion and great value for money too. The young girl who served us in the metro was lovely, she had the biggest smile and super friendly.

A very busy Saturday at the Metro Centre but we were served quickly, politely and with excellent food. We had booked a table which was ready, others had not booked and had a bit of a wait so worth reserving online.

Absolutely terrible foods , ordered the dirty dog the bun was absolutely rock hard I couldn't even cut it with a knife. The chips stone cold.

Food lovely but only thing they were busy and we felt rushed meal came hadnt even finished my starter then they bought bill so quick asked how we wanted to pay normally have no problem

Prices before 5pm Monday to Friday are good. The prices after 5pm Monday to Friday & all weekend are a little expensive considering you are getting the same food before 5pm Monday to Friday.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Service was very quick. Food was great. Couldn't believe how quickly we were served. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back.
