Great restaurant we eat on a weekly basis here and food is always 10/10. The staff are lovely and always remember us, especially Jenny who my granddaughter loves as she makes her feel welcome everytime we come over.

Lovely meal until the bill arrived for 4 people over £102... if you get a wowcher deal for meals out your better off keep in mind drinks you may have to check if drinks included or not..always check menus what your allowed to have or not have before you start taking orders.. the lasagne had no chips or salad,the portion was small and over priced for one person...so for four people the Coca-Cola cost £15...your better off going to morrisons buying 2 bottles of cola 2 liters each for £1.50 offer... all main meals plus desert added up..I was lucky I bought the meal doing wowcher..I only paid for drinks..I should of not bothered buying drinks of one round each..was over priced..so learn by this if you can make the same meals and get drinks for home,it will be a lot cheaper than takeout..that was too much in my opinion

So, the food was absolutely gorgeous and came fast along with the milkshakes. However, when we arrived; a lady with black short hair, tattoos and piercings greeted us. She did not speak to us. She led us over to a seated table and walked off. We thought this to be rude but understood people can have bad days. We waited 30minutes for her to come over and take our order, which she did not do. A gentlemen noticed and came over to take our order, he was lovely and apologised. We were not the only ones having issues with the waitress.

Promptly seated by Jenny. Attentive service. Food delivered quickly. Nice way to start the day.

Never again, Food was horrendous. We each had a pasta dish, which was bland to say the least. The meal required half a bottle of hot sauce to make it eatable! We were then met by a waitress that clearly didn’t enjoy her job! We do apologies for the inconvenience we caused her! Finally to top our night off, following this amazing service the card machine requires a percentage of the bill as a tip, no option to decline. laughable!

was absolutely fantastic, drinks came out within 3 mins and food was out within 5 mins, our waitress jenny was amazing and polite, considering she was on her own out front she dealt with it extremely well, providing us with a check back, as well as seating and making drinks for others and taking orders! there was nothing i could've said for an improvement! thank you jenny for the wonderful service we hope to see you soon again!

Good English breakfast, bit pricey for the large breakfast but really tasty could do with a couple more items for a large. Service was great.

No treatment adequate for toddlers, the height chair was too small for reaching the height table so uncomfortable for them and the height risk to slide down of it . On kids menu there is not chance to get water bottle in plastic but just tap water that’s so ashamed as the juice are served in bottles so it’s available a glass tap water with a big straws which is really uncomfortable and difficult to drink added to the fact that my toddler wasn’t able to reach the table. The fruit on their menus was dry and passed . I’ll suggest more aye for the kids in future . About the food was really disappointing like the veggie bun burger was disgusting and the other 18.00 £ burger too ! Not in balance at all with the price We’ll never come back.

Food was lovely staff was amazing very upset that the bottomless drinks are no longer available drinks are very expensive for portion size. Also hot dog available on review however not at restaurant. The BBQ chicken has gone up by £6 used to be £12.95.

Service was good but breakfast was awful, fried egg yolks were completely hard, bacon undercooked and portions very small. £8.95 for 1 piece bacon, 1 sausage, 1 egg , 1 mushroom, beans and slice of toast. Very poor value & quality!

We had an amazing visit today. All of the staff team were friendly, professional and couldn't have been better.

Very poor. £14 for half a tin of macaroni cheese, one layer thick and not even as tasty as Lidl's own! Fries were cold and burger was only slightly warm. Food had clearly sat for a while. A pity as it's a lovely setting, but this is the 3rd in a row of bad food experiences from this chain at various restaurants so we shall never be returning. Staff were friendly but service was slow, especially when it was quiet. Very disappointed, but we have given this chain several attempts at getting things right. Save your cash and go to a local restaurant, that's what we will be doing.

Me and my partner decided to order frankies brunch menu. The scrambled tofu was inedible, the toast wasn't toasted and it is extremely overpriced for extremely terrible food.

I had a great time during lunch. Everything arrived hot and delicious. The food arrived quickly. The waiter was lovely and friendly. Food was reasonably priced for what you got. The menu had lots of choices.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Even though my favourite calzone the New Yorker isn't on the menu anymore they are always happy to change a few ingredients to make me one, and never make me feel like I'm being awkward. The level of customer service is amazing and I would happily recommend this specific Frankie and Bennys to everyone.

First time trying the brunch menu. One of the best things that F&B has come up with in a while. The pancakes were delicious, the NYC breakfast was also delicious. And to top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive.

Used to be great but today the staff didn't have any knowledge about allergies which was shocking. The staff was also very rude. Disappointing.

Never have I once experienced rudeness in my life like this. I ordered a just eat collection from Bird Box which is inside F&B. I went to the area to wait and I just wanted to check I was in the right place. Stood for ten minutes looked at and ignored. Waitresses milling around wiping tables and straightening menus. I went to the bar to ask and the young lad said no problem I’ll sort it out. 15 minutes later someone put the order in my head without a greeting, an apology. Disgraceful. The food was delicious but bird box will fail relying on the staff in Frankie and bennys to deal with.

Always worth a stop at the Metro Centre. Jenny was served us was superb. Couldn't do enough.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Franky and Benny's (Metrocenter), and it was an experience worth sharing. The food was fantastic, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by our server, Jade. From the moment we walked in, Jade's warm and welcoming demeaner set the tone for our meal. She was attentive, friendly, and had an incredible knack for making us feel right at home. Jade's recommendations were spot-on, and her knowledge of the menu helped my kids make some great choices. The food itself was superb. Every dish we ordered was delicious, from the appetizers to the main courses. The flavours were rich, and the portions were generous. It's clear that the kitchen takes great pride in the quality and presentation of their dishes. However, it was Jade's stellar service that truly elevated our dining experience. She was quick to refill drinks, check in on us at just the right moments, and her genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable. It's rare to find a server who makes such a positive impact, and Jade did just that. In conclusion, while the food at Franky and Benny's was great, it was Jade's exceptional service that made our visit memorable. She is undoubtedly the star of the show and made our family dining experience stand out. We will definitely be returning, thanks to Jade and the wonderful meal we had.

Our server NAT was very welcoming and took the effort to get to know us and even got into a funny conversation regarding my Carry On Film T Shirt I was wearing. She was polite and efficient and a great credit to the company.

We had a margherita pizza each. It was very dry and salty and the topping was minimal to say the least. Atmosphere was downbeat and only a handful of customers in, Tuesday 16:15. Whilst paying the bill was informed it had been taken over. I for one will never visit again.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but after my visit on 28th may, I am absolutely appalled. The server we had, curly hair, didn’t get her name (why no name badges?) was extremely rude and patronising. My dad asked for a ‘normal coffee’ which she responded “you’re going to have to be a bit more specific than that, hun”. I was taken aback. To which I replied, “an Americano? With milk” which the server responded “yeah, I know”. Why all the fuss then? My mam had asked for a side, in which the server told her to wait- again, taken aback by the servers attitude. Once the mains arrived I asked for a salad dressing, which seemed to be a big ask. The food was average, overpriced. During the meal there was no check back, table was not cleared once we finished our food, and we were not asked about dessert. Clearly forgotten about, we had to chase for the bill. The floor was filthy, covered in food. Coming from hospitality background myself, there is no excuse speaking to a paying customer the way she did and I would suggest she receives some training in basic customer service and manners. Staff members lying down in the booths upstairs on their mobile phones, very unprofessional. It’s a shame as there are not many Frankie and Bennys in the area, and is our usual place for food, but after today’s experience we will not be returning.

Had the breakfast menu.. I ordered the traditional. I've uploaded a picture of the food as it was scant on the plate so felt more like a kids portion. My bacon was stone cold and my partner had a hair in her food. Couldn't fault the service or staff. Food arrived quickly and they were probably the best part of the experience.

Had a last minute date night tonight after a busy day at work for both of us for a Saturday we hadn’t eaten. So off to the metrocentre we went. Now Frankie & bennies you get what you pay for food wise it’s standard not Michelin star. However I have to say the staff today were amazing I have a food intolerance that isn’t part of the top 12. Onions and garlic (yeh I know right the bases of everything) however when I explained the way the intolerance works alongside Ulcerative colitis the server was amazing. I know my limits for fodmaps. Today the server went above & beyond and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name. She took options of what I wanted and then went to check the ingredients in every part of my meal. I fancied pasta and I knew I would be limited. But we went with it and I was able to eat the mac & cheese with no problems. I also ordered the loaded skins with bacon. The spring onion I can eat the green part of the spring onion and she noted this down. So that I could eat them. Husband had meatballs to start and he said they tasted nice. He then got the chicken burger and to be honest with everything going on with me it’s no wonder she hit the wrong chicken burger on her pad. Once we realised this they asked twice if he wanted the BBQ sauce and he said no. We had no complaints it is what it is. When it came to the bill she nicely took off 2 of our 4 drinks which essentially half priced his burger. Which we weren’t expecting. Again so so nice of her to do without us asking. Atmosphere it’s a Frankie & bennys so it’s standard as all the others. There was a family next to us with little kids and it’s good it caters for families. Our food came piping hot and was delicious. Better than some of my Frankie & benny experiences. So thankyou to the server for checking every ingredient it’s made my week you went that far and were so thoughtful.

My autistic child has just went for a meal with her friends and asked for plain tomato sauce pasta. It came out with textures that she's not used to which is fine and she was just going to leave it but then she said she can't eat it because of her autism and then the staff overheard and started laughing. She got very upset and started crying. When she had left the staff then said thank god they are gone. It's not her fault she didn't like her food!!!!

Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so accommodating today, (2 staff in particular, who were taking care of us upstairs, one of them being the manager) for my sons birthday. There was quite a large group of family and friends gathering, and they were brilliant. Moving us upstairs, without any complaints. Listening to the chaos. Polite and attentive. The manager was absolutely lovely!! and just so happy to help. I will be calling back very soon to leave a little thank you. Thanks again. My son had a brilliant time :)
