Came in tonight, such an amazing and welcoming service, my daughter said “ I really liked the people who made my pizza” and the food is just as good! We will definitely be back

Always hot tasty and fresh. Service when delivering, always friendly. Always prompt on time. We don’t go anywhere else due to disappointment from other establishments.

Best pizza and garlic bread around. We always order from here when we want pizza, nowhere else comes close. Really quick delivery too

Best Kebab in Prestwich. Easy on the sauce though 😀. Bloke in front of me had chips on his Donner. Nice touch, bit like a Giros - it’s called a “Kevin”. I’ll deffo be sinking one of those next time!

They never made my pizza order as requested, I ticked for pizza to be Thin,burnt black an crispy, an pizza was more on the thicker side, slightly burnt n not crispy, we were not pleased about that at all,

Order arrived within less than 20 mins. This was reflected in the fact that the food wasn’t cooked, asked for crispy chips and that must have been misread as I got undercooked chips, still solid and the pizza was mush. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again

Sorry not the best food and struggled to eat our treat dinner. The vegetarian pizza had ham in it?

Been looking for a decent kebab for years and this one topped the list so far, mixed kebab with mild chilli, well nice. Will be back for more!

Delivery was on time. Burger and Doner Pizza was nice but the garlic mayo tasted watered down.

Once again ordered deep pan pizzas and didn’t get them, got thin base instead. Pizzas were tasty though! Didn’t like the chips they were soggy but the onion rings were nice and crispy.

We ordered deep pan, neither pizza was deep pan both less than 1cm deep, we paid extra for pineapple, there was no pineapple. Luckily they were pretty tasty. So We didn’t get what we wanted but it was good, on time, freshly cooked and hot. Might order again and just hope we’ll get what we order…. Would’ve been five stars if they got our order correct.

Never ordered from here before the kebab was delicious could tell the ingredients were fresh. Will definitely be ordering again no wonder it’s a local legend! Great food guys thank-you!

Had the mixed doner kebab, chips were cold, not a lot of chicken in the mixed doner but apart from that is tasted OK

I can't fault pizza factory, have been ordering for around 15 years and never had a bad word to say, very consistent and always on time or early.

This place is my spot and has been for nearly 30 years its been truly tried and tested and never let's me down. For consistent value and quality there is for me nowhere else to go.

The food was stone cold and the sauce leaked absolutely everywhere I want my money now.

Always use them and they’ve never let me down. Would definitely recommend

Best fast food ever😍, the pizza was 10/10! Donner was 9.9/10 the 0.1% missing was I wanted to pay more it was absolutely beautiful! Staff are super friendly especially the young guy delivering came extremely fast. Food was still steaming he came so quick…. This is my new ‘Fast Food Friday’ spot😍😍😍!!!! Best pizza I’ve had in ages, made dominos taste like a freezer pizza. I had to make my kids starve it was soo good ….I ate it all myself! Good thing was I ordered another and the same guy came in no less than 25 mins 100/10 service from these guys absolute class. Can not stress enough how good this take away is. EVERYONE GET ORDERING!!!!!

Honestly i get from here quite frequently, and todays was not acceptable what so ever, the chips were soggy and it was as if they were the last bits of chips left in the packet they were in-edible, the cheese on them was literally next to nothing! Do better honestly thinking about never getting from here again!

This has to be the best pizza I have encountered in the UK. The Asian special is the star of the show albeit the others I’ve tried (donner, veggie & seafood) also are exceptional. Always fresh and consistent in taste and quality.

Always enjoyed the food from here as always arrives hot, fresh and well cooked, never had a bad delivery yet after 5x orders

It was the most shocking thing I’ve seen ever! Paid £16 for a calzone and chips and the chips were in the smallest box ever and calzone was tiny wasnt even a calzone was just a half a pizza , shocking

The kebab we ordered had horrible veg in and we order 2 calzones which resembled pizzas instead

Food wasn’t great, I requested no onion in one dish and it was not granted, there was loads of salt moon on it, and one of the mixed kabab shades no donner meat on it. I had to prepare for a night shift so no time to make a complaint.

Good food but it was not very warm . Chicken tikka dinner mix kebab I think they ran out of chicken tikka it only had 3 very small bits in it donner was nice though

Absolute joke, this was not a kebab, was as flat as a sandwich but cost more... £4.70 for a kebab? Definitely will never order from them again.
