The Pine Tree Coffee Shop in South Gloucestershire

Extremely slow service. Needs to put in a better work flow at the counter to speed up taking orders, making coffee, and serving cake. I would avoid unless you want a long wait when busy

Very ordinary fair at top end prices. 4 of us had jacket potatoes coffees and came to around £50

Very disappointed with the coronation chicken sandwich, filling was good but the white bread was stale, I would have complained but it was a birthday treat from my friend, my other friend had the bacon sandwich & it was the same stale bread. Not good at all .

Cake and drinks were OK. Service was very slow.

Nice coffee shop in the garden centre. However, charging an extra 70p for oat milk in a latte is way over the top. Many places are now including other milks within their coffee prices so it would be nice to follow suit.

False advertising for the cafe as on ure website it states 830 Wen waiting the staff said it opened at 930 can u make sure u advertise this correctly 4 future

Wrong times advertised. Not open when we got there at 9am

Is a nice place for a coffee etc just a shame the space for tables isn't a bit bigger. As a bit cramped.

Had lunch with Son & Daughter in Law. Good place for sandwiches/toasties, cakes and light meals. Parking was fine, there were a few spaces and coffee shop not overly busy.

A disappointing breakfast: the quantity of food was okay but the scrambled egg was tasteless, ditto the sliced mushrooms. A nice but tired and tough sausage. A cold halved tomato. A sad slice of bacon. However, great and quick service from the friendly waiting staff.

Good food served by friendly staff in a pleasant environment. Inside seating can sometimes be in short supply at busy times but there's extra seating outside. Well worth a visit

Enjoyed the coffee. Thought the bacon sandwich was mediocre. I really dislike soggy gristle and the bacon unfortunately was full of it. Love the cake I have had here in the past though.

The coffee was far to hot impossible to drink so was the hot chocolate .the cappuccino had no froth on and lots if chocolate so you could not see how bad it was. bad service chatting to other people rather than listening to me.

Good value cafe in a garden centre. Light and airy eating area and a good menu of drinks cakes and lunch bites (sandwiches, jackets, soup etc). Good homemade quality and good prices.
