Served frozen crap bhindi gosht, brought to the table cold, seekh kebabs were border line off as well. The place was empty now I know why.

I called for a take away and right from the start they were friendly, trying to get me the best deal and it was ready waiting on me when I arrived . When we got home ,portion size was good and then we had dinner .....can I say the food was Fabulous , spiced onions ,pakora and chicken patia all Fabulous !! 😊😊 We will be back x thank you 😊

Used to be great but gone downhill pretty drastically. Was gifted some gift vouchers, manager was unwilling to provide any change or a smaller value voucher as change. Went back tonight and got the most watery, bland curry I’ve ever had.

Top class food and great service! One of my favourite restaurants!

Having heard the restaurant was under new management, we thought we’d give the place another try. Very impressed with the lunchtime Thali lunch. Was back tonight with a bunch of my friends who thought the food was delicious . Well looked after by a lovely team of staff. So now my friends will be coming back with their friends too. New Thali lunch starting next week, so already booked in to try that out too.

Had a fabulous meal, service was great, staff were great, owner introduced himself and told us he had just taken over restaurant a few weeks ago, I wish him good luck in his new business adventure. P.s Little cup of complimentary spicy soup is a lovely idea

The food taste is absolutely delicious and the service is amazing. Must go point for the peeps looking to have something very special.

Excellent service We had biryani kebas lamb curry and mixed grill Very delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed alot and were really impressed with the large selection of fresh food available at a good price.

First time I have been in Paisley. I decided to look for a indian restaurant and this was the closest. The food was fresh, piping out and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend the Bhunas. It is pay and display parking outside until 18.15..

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a una cena de citas por la noche y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra comida. El curry estaba delicioso, el pan Naan era perfecto, el arroz estaba bien - el arroz hervido se veía mejor que mi Pilau - entrantes eran muy buenos y el postre de gulab era delicioso! Solo un punto de retroalimentación - realmente no vale la pena derribar una estrella, pero era un poco molesto - pedimos nuestras bebidas sin hielo, pero se les dio un montón de ella, y nos ofrecieron los pappadums (como en todas partes lo hace) pero no se les dijo que tenían un costo asociado a ellos! Como dije, no vale la pena darles una mala crítica o incluso quejarse, solo vale la pena tener en cuenta para la próxima vez. Probablemente volveremos pronto y nos quedamos tan impresionados, que probablemente vamos a llevar a mi mamá!

Staff here were very welcoming and the place had a classy yet comfortable atmosphere. Prices were reasonable. Ordered take out, took slightly longer than expected (not a horrendous amount of time), and the wait was very pleasant due to the nice staff and lovely atmosphere. Mushroom bhaji (GF requested) was lovely, and the take-away main portion size was great. Will be back😎

Llevé a mi novia a Phat Bhuna para una comida y OMG fue fantástico. Yo tenía el pollo tikka y ella tenía el pollo mantequilla y ambos estaban cocinados a la perfección. Necesitaba una pequeña tumbarse después de ella, ya que era una gran porción. El personal era muy atento y agradable. Gran relación calidad-precio y sin duda volveremos pronto. Gracias Phat Bhuna por una gran experiencia.

Too quality and service. Don't believe the bad reviews on here. Go for yourself and check it out. I've eaten out of here the last 5 years. Owners are lovely and definitely not rude.

When my buddies and I visited there yesterday, the food and ambiance were fantastic. My fave dish is, oddly enough, chicken tikka masala, and the staffs are fantastic cheers guys 😊

Curry is hot but the naan is cold...when I told regarding this.. the guy at the counter wouldn't listen and kept saying it's came straight from kitchen...felt like we are lying

‼️PHAT BHUNA - RAW CHICKEN‼️ Ordered a butter chicken curry through the website last night (12th of August) instead of just eat (huge mistake) I ate around half the curry when a bit of chicken had an odd texture I then cut in to that piece and a few others to find it pink and RAW on the inside. I have been up all night being sick. I contacted the restaurant as soon as they opened today (13th of August) and spoke with a manager. When I advised that I was served raw chicken and now was sick because of it he said it wasn’t possible as you “can’t undercook chicken tikka” which is a lie, any chicken can be undercooked. He then said as it was my first order through the website I wasn’t a “valued customer” and wouldn’t be getting a refund. He then said I could have ordered that from another restaurant or cooked the chicken raw myself then put it in their curry sauce which is just ridiculous. I send over the pictures to their email address to which he showed the chef and who said “leg pieces are very difficult to cook, not all chicken will be perfect some bits will be pink” took no responsibility or even apologised once during the call. Customer service is absolutely appalling, I have been a customer through just eat for over a year and have never had a bad meal. Never again. I have since contacted food safety standards & Renfrewshire council. Positing this so it doesn’t happen to others.

No dogs allowed. Already the second restaurant I tried to visit here. Haven't had these problems yet! Answer to their answer: my text is correct. You have a sticker at the door that dogs are not allowed. So I turned round instantly.

Previous review. Couldn’t help not write a review regarding no pets allowed. This a lovely restaurant where staff, food and ambience is beautiful. Proof is in the photo below . They allow guide dogs and assistance dogs but no pets allowed. Obviously the woman cannot read! Keep up the good work phat bhuna. I’ll be back ! Amazing!! 🤩

Dined in last Tuesday........service ok, place ok BUT I was served wrong meal (chicken balti butter, and not lamb balti butter). They charged me for the chicken (which I did not eat so took home to hubby) and not the lamb. I won't be back.

Great food fresh and good service. Waiter really tries hard to ensure you have a good time. Needs wee bits and pieces done, fire alarm is still broken. They could do with a handyman to tidy a few jobs up too.

They do justice to the food they serve. The portions are great. May get more items in the menu, not a complaint but a suggestion. Service wise, very excellent.

Excellent meal again! I had the pre-theatre menu which is excellent value for money. Chicken Chaat, lamb curry and a peshwari naan. My husband doesn't like spices at all, I know what's wrong with him! He got the fish and chips and said they were great. The service is always fantastic from the owner to the always smiling waiting staff. You are always welcomed like a friend. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place for the food but the length of time you have to wait for a delivery is ridiculous. Place an order get a time then have to call to ask where it is, half an hour late isn’t a good look.

Heard so many people talk about it- no idea why! No atmosphere, staff are pretty rude actually and stare at you when you walk in like some kind of cowboy movie when a stranger walks into the Saloon. No welcome, everything seems like an effort. They even answer their phone saying 'Hello?' Instead of introducing the restaurant. Anyway- the food isn't that great. Run of the mill stuff, but the stuff that's meant to be spicy really IS. It doesn't even taste nice or enjoyable- just an uncomfortable spice that leaves your insides burning, and I like spicy food! This was just unpleasant. Don't think we'll be back after trying it more than once and not having the nicest of experiences really.

Visited with my two sisters- who really enjoyed their meals. I am vegetarian and found the vegetables in my curry were lacking in quality, and the curry was spicy but lacking in taste. The starters were tasty - loved the vegetable pakora- and the waiter was friendly and polite.

75% of the time, the food is brilliant. The atmosphere and staff are always pleasant. The only recommendation I would offer would be that occasionally, the quality of the food slips. So try to maintain the quality! But we'll worth trying.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery had company in my house and everyone went home hungry abso terrible service horrible attitude from so called manager I asked if she could guarantee Me the half hour she said i would be waiting after the 2 hours i already waited she told me she will just cancel my order. Friends had the same attitude I had off her as well. Abso no people skills . Won't be using phat bhuna cambuslang again !

That was bar none! the worst tandoori mixed grill i have ever tried smallest portion of chicken and lamb ever !! The curry sauce tasted like lentil soup the nann bread was cold and the meat was dry as a bone ! Pakora ?? Tasteless !! Whole lot went in the bin total waste of £20 . Would advise people to take your custom elsewhere !

Food was really good. Management should work on the service attitude of a guy who will be standing at the bar counter who shows zero interest in the job or serving or replying to customers. Maybe doesn’t reply to Asians properly? As this happened twice in the last 2 weeks.

Went to Phat Bhuna for lunch £8.95 it comes on a thali, metal tray with metal bowls containing all the food. It comprises; veg pakora, the curry (I had the lamb saag), boiled rice, pakora sauce, poppadom, spiced onion, daal, raita, small salad. Good quality saag plenty of tender lamb. Naan bread £3.95 extra. Service very good. Filled to the brim I now look like a phar bhuda.

Went for the good value pre-theatre menu last night, had the poppadoms, the chicken and the vegetable pakora and 2 curries plus rice and nan to share. Decor is lovely, rich teal colours. Real linen napkins are a nice touch. Food was tasty and service was friendly and efficient. There was plenty of melt in the mouth chicken in my mughlai korma. It was all going so well until the bill arrived and we'd been charged £7 for poppadoms, spiced onion, mango chutney and pickle?!!!! This is very steep. They are all priced separately, so if you're only interested in the spiced onions, just say so!

From service to food a faultless experience . I even almost finished it which I rarely do. I wish I lived closer to The Phat Bhuna.

My husband, my brother and I went here for the first time and had the best Indian food to date. The atmosphere and decor was comfortable as the lighting was very relaxing. Overall we had a wonderful experience accompanied by excellent service. Would recommend to those who want to enjoy a peaceful and delicious dinner for good value.

The lunch thali is great value at £8.95 The lamb saag and lamb bhuna were very tasty and good portion size. We ordered naan too which was excellent. Great service. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing place, thali lunch is unbeatable for price and quality. I have been going for years now usually at least once a fortnight. The best curry's I've ever had, garlic naan is incredible. Also if you go for dinner get the prawn butterfly to start 🤌

Food was excellent, restaurant was frozen, I was glad when they brought out the hot plates to put inside my jacket to heat us up. It was that cold they brought out more heated plates to serve the food on. They had radiators, but chose to use a to bar heater to heat up a restaurant about half the size of a 5 a side picth. Even the waitress was standing in front of it. She did come around often, her service was very good. I would go back, only if I didn't have to sit with my jacket on to eat my food.
