Excellent food as always. Food was piping hot. Chefs platter is excellent value.

Best curry we’ve had in ages. I had the South Indian garlic chilli chicken and my partner had a chicken chasni, both excellent. The regular pakora is more than enough for 2 people, big portion which would do 3/4 people. Will definitely be back.

My top curry restaurant. Thought I would try something different Chicken Maryland and chips. Was disappointed the chicken was tough, bread crumbs soggy. Really didn't enjoy it. so I will stick to the fabulous curries from now on.

Watered down… great curries but you can see the water at the bottom of the tray…cmon don’t cut quality to save a few pennies…

Set meal for 1 can feed two and a half people easy with that much pakora and sides. Patia was great, lamb was soft and had good flavour, naan and rice were fresh and hot. Driver went above and beyond to get me food hot after a missing address line.

Fuimos por el buffet pero a diferencia de otros buffets donde la comida sale toda a la vez, cocinan y sacan la comida en pequeños lotes. Lo mantiene fresco. La cervecería está a la vuelta de la esquina del restaurante y yo vengo regularmente después de un turno, la comida y el servicio es excelente.

Food was very good and ably served by a friendly team. There weren't many in which meant atmosphere was down but that shouldn't stop you going. The location doesn't wow but its set in a lovely old period building. Through the main door, a downstairs relaxation area with a pool table! Then up a sweeping dextral stair to to the main dining area....which is large yet retains a sense of intimacy. Then sit down and enjoy the service...

Good speedy quality RESTAURANT food. Lovely staff when you phone and delivery team. Don’t eat myself but buy my wife her Saturday Dinner. I am happy as she is. Very dissapointed in chicken pakora, really doughy, batter was falling off away from chicken. 1 piece was all wet batter. Ev else was nice.

Visit: Sunday evening for dining-in. My family and I had a wonderful dining experience at Koh-i-noor in Paisley. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond, especially in accommodating and engaging with our young boys. They were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the menu and specials in detail, which we really appreciated. The food was of excellent quality, with each dish full of authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. The restaurant's interior was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our meal. The table service was professional and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, Koh-i-noor provided us with a memorable dining experience, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Entrega a domicilio la comida es la mejor en Paisley. Hemos pedido un par de veces desde que nos mudamos de casa siempre se ha visto abrumado por la calidad de la comida y la cocina. Siendo mayor solo puedo envejecer comidas pequeñas y pedir almendras extra. Esta noche me dieron una pequeña bolsa de arroz gratis ya que una bolsa llena es demasiado para mí para comer. Los repartidores son a veces el personal, son tan educados y ordenados con modales encantadores. El curry era muy agradable, patatas fritas queso y salsa de curry era agradable, el pakora de pollo no era muy agradable la masa estaba muy empapada. La primera vez que uso este restaurante y sin duda será la última vez, además de que fue entrega tardía.

Came here for a quick dinner and wanted something close to the airport hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The curry was delicious and naan fresh and soft! Recommend it !!

I have loved the food from here for many years but tonight was horrible! The pakora was way too spicy, not normal for this restaurant and the chicken chat was also too spicy and very very salty! We couldn't eat either of the 2! That's the second time in a row that the food has been inedible from here and sorry to say that that will be the last time! Very disappointing!

Small selection however the focus is on quality not quantity. Fresh and high quality food. Highly recommend.

Food was nice and spicy but when you order poppodoms and spiced onions, you expect to get what you paid for instead of 1 smashed up at the bottom of the bag and currys had leaked over the bag but tasted good overall

Ordered whilst staying at the airport. Food was lovely and there was plenty of it. Delivery driver very friendly, just feel bad in this day and age I never seen to have change for a tip. Will definitely use again if I’m in the area.

Got a chicken korma and it was spicy. Which isn’t supposed to be. Plus the two curries were extremely watery and we ended up with our food swimming in water. The only thing we really enjoyed was the vegetable pakora.

Best Indian meal - consistently - and another fantastic dining experience at the Koh-I-Noor in Paisley. I moved from Glasgow to Paisley around 22 years ago and since then have occasionally visited this special place. Like I said to the owner during my recent, impromptu visit (23/12/23) I've never had a sub-standard meal or dining experience here - not once - in that time. Every time I've eaten here I've greatly enjoyed the food, no matter what I've chosen from their menu. My utmost compliments to the chef. Chicken Tikka Masander, fried rice. Peshwara nan. Chicken Tikka Massaledar, fried rice, Peshwara nan. Can I just add as a footnote - and I am a genuine customer - anyone offering a '1-star' review for this restaurant - especially after having apparently dined here previously - is either bogus or has a malicious sense of righteousness. That type of dodgy reviewer would be cutting-off their nose to spite their face, for they'll surely exclude themselves from a truly wonderful dining experience served by exceptional, mannerly and professional staff? This is my go to Indian restaurant for takeaway as its always nice. Ordered a chicken tikka karahi tonight but when I got home and ate it, it was far too spicy and we didnt enjoy it all because of this. Its not normally like that so not sure what happened 😔

Food brilliant staff brilliant a place to go for good food

I have been visiting the Koi I Noir for decades now and it's still very good. Recently visited on a Saturday for the buffet. The staff are always so friendly. The starter platter was fresh and plentiful in choice. The buffet selection was good and again, very fresh. The restaurant itself hasn't changed much in the near 30 years I have been visiting but it is still a very pleasant comfortable dining experience.

Best curry available superb restaurant

Having had a great xmas meal here and a recent carry out we decided to go for my usual of fish pakora as Im not a fan of re fried chicken pakora, we cooked our own chicken and got a large south indian sauce and a jaipuri sauce. We included onion rings and naan bread. To my major disappointment the onion rings arrived in a soggy batter as did the fish pakora, I tried a couple of pieces but the majority went to the birds. I thought my night couldnt get any worse until I tried the south indian sauce, I asked my wif to try it as she has a preference for additional salt, her description of "I think somebody spilled a kilo of salt in that" summed up my own thoughts of excessive salt, I couldnt eat it and it went down the drain. The naan was ok as was the jaipuri sauce, the koh i noor had a bad day, either that or they have changed the cook, with quality like that many will do like me - not in a hurry to go back, these reviews are helpful, if you dont know you cant fix it

Last night four of us attended this restaurant for dinner, we arrived early and it was empty and then as the time went on it did get busier. Service was attentive and prompt with drinks and our food. The Mushrooms in Sauce was well presented and very tasty, however we found the vegetable pakora stodgy, we prefer them light and tasty! The mains came all well presented, warm and very tasty. Worth a visit if you are in the area, certainly one of the better Indian restaurants in the area!

The Chasni and the Chaat are my go to when i order from here. I have never actually been in for a meal here so that's something i need to address but for a delivery it is absolutely spot on

Good food in a nice environment, the chasni was superb and the chef’s special sweet and sour chicken was dynamite but the korma and the South Indian garlic chilli chicken was pretty average, first time I’ve been so not sure if it’s generally hit or miss or was this a one off? But definitely would go back and go for the buffet if you visit at the weekend!

Myself and three friends visited 19/12/22 for our annual Christmas curry. As it was a Monday, the place was quiet and there was no buffet, but the normal menu had plenty of options. The food, I have to say, truly was absolutely delicious; the Balti I had was the best ever and the orange sorbet for dessert (inside the skin of an orange) was incredibly refreshing. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended.

My hubby & myself visited this beautiful restaurant for our Anniversary on Saturday night at 6 pm on 19/11/2022 We both wanted to try the Buffett as lots to pick from plus it’s reasonably priced too The place is spotless the staff were all clean & smart dressed and very polite & helpful.We tried everything that was there it all tasted delicious especially that delicious dish they gave you along with the starters I had to ask what it was as it tasted delicious the girl says it was garlic and mushrooms. We both really enjoyed it and we will definitely be back we were both full up myself I was that full I came home lay on my bed & fell asleep for hours & now I’ve been wide awake since 3am ha ha ha Sorry I’ve no pics to post we were too busy eating the delicious food every single thing was gorgeous So anyone that’s not tried this beautiful establishment you definitely won’t be disappointed foods gorgeous & most importantly it’s spotless so are all the staff they were clean tidy & so polite too We will be back soon Thanking you all for a lovely wee night at your beautiful restaurant we really enjoyed all the food everything was perfect. Would recommend the buffet option on a Friday and Saturday. Started off with pompadoms and spiced onion, then a large mixed pakora with garlic mushrooms. Good variety main courses and a large selection of sweets from the refrigerated cabinet. You can get extra pompadoms and mixed pakora at no extra cost. Staff are very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Love this place and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I have been a regular for years and found it great value for money and one of the best Indian restaurants in Paisley.

Takeaway was disappointingly salty. Spiced onions were a very small portion. Not really worth the bother. Prob best to stick to their buffet.

The last time we visited was 2009 it was excellent then and the food is still brilliant now. We visited the buffet on a Saturday night. It was very busy and we had booked a table in advance. We only had a few minutes to wait. There was a good selection of starters, main courses and desserts. It was a pleasant evening with very enjoyable food. We will certainly visit again.

I have been using this fabulous Indian restaurant's delivery service for twenty years. In all this time I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. The food is of the highest quality. I think I've worked my way through the menu now, last night I had the most beautiful lamb curry with fried rice and a beautiful nan bread. Please use this restaurant, you wont be disappointed.

Been coming here for 10 years and it was the first place my now fiancé and I had our first date! The food is always ten out out of ten and the staff are unreal!

This restaurant is in a fairly run down location but very professionally run, very clean , attractive and spacious. Easy parking. Brilliant food, the best Indian food we've had for ages. Really good selection of starters and curries and accompaniments. Very good value for money. We had a great meal. The restaurant was very quiet when we were there but it was a shame as it was so well laid out and ready for people. We had the best pakora and poppadoms and onion bajis ever. Highly recommended, but I think no lift, and main toilets downstairs so check with staff beforehand if mobility is a problem.
