The Phabulous Café in Southend-on-Sea

The place is amazing very friendly staff friendly to talk to good price for everything quick and it a good place for a lunch break

Wow what a fabulous place this is. My son is 27 and has autism so we decided to check this place out after hearing about it from friends. On arrival we were greeted by the waiter who showed us to a table and took our order. Our food came within minutes and was delicious. It gave me hope that there is something out there for our kids and proof that you can achieve anything with a little help. If only big companies would take the time and effort to train and support our kids in the work place instead of just thinking of the profit they could make, the world would be a more inclusive place for adults with special needs. This place was a breath of fresh air and we will definitely be back. Well done everyone.

What a lovely find this was! Great community cafe, very friendly, excellent menu. I'm veggie & opted for the veggie sausage sandwich. I asked for cheese to be added which was no problem, came with small salad and crisps. My friend is celiac and was able to have pretty much anything on the menu, made with gluten free bread (which I'm told was from the local bakery and delicious!). She went for extra crispy bacon, again no problem. Staff were very friendly and amenable, lovely comfortable cafe, highly recommended if you're in the area.

Nice choice of Sandwiches, drinks and more importantly CAKE Well priced, decent portions, all home made, supervised service and my friend was delighted with her hot chocolate and toppings and she is hard to please !
