A fabulous lunch with friends. The view across the river is worth it on its own! When booking ask for a window table if you can.

Ristorante dell'omonimo hotel, raffinato ed elegante con meravigliosa vista sul Tamigi. Cucina raffinata e servizio di eccellenza. Prezzi neanche tanto alti rispetto alla location. Si consiglia una mise elegante

We visited the restaurant at the Petersham hotel one evening for a special meal out . We ate from the Festive menu (£55 per head) with a bottle of Italian pink rose wine. The food was wonderful - very tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and the ambience excellent ( including a a fake snow fall !!). . Despite the high bill , it was an excellent evening , and one we intend to go again.

The Railway

08/01/2020: I enjoyed a couple of decent pints in here whilst on a trip in this area. The pub was light and airy
15/12/2019: Appropriately named as located next to Teddington Station, the Railway offered a warm reception when I walked through the door. There is a good selection of straight beers on tap. I had a lovely piece of battered hake and chips. The fish was great but the chips were a little tired. I will give this place the benefit of the doubt as the service, ambiance and company were all first class.

10/01/2020: Popped in the Roebuck on arrival in Richmond for our stay at the Richmond Hill Hotel. Didn’t expect too much as we just picked the closest place to the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised.
22/10/2019: A group of 8 of us had lunch here on a Saturday lunch time. The pub was busy but not exceptionally so. We ordered our food ranging from a toasted sandwich to full meals. It took about 20-25 mins for the food to arrive and they had missed one so one had to wait a further 10 minutes.
