Además no hacen café.

Probablemente no volveremos.

When we entered we had a sense of deja vu when we entered the building as we realised we had eaten in the restaurant before when it was a different establishment and I had not rated it favourably. However, to our relief it was a very good experience. We were welcomed warmly, immediately shown to our table even though we were early for our booking. My husband chose the fish and I chose a vegetarian dish, both of which were very good particularly bearing in mind the establishment is basically a pub they should be proud of what dishes they are serving. I would have one particular comment which was disappointing in that the food was well cooked and piping hot BUT was served on cold plates. The food and wines were all reasonably priced. We would return again in the anticipation that hot plates will be used next time.

The place can be loud with no soft furnishings to absorb noise. The fish and chips we had was very average, but the service was fab, even with a mixed plate of sweets at the end of the meal, and on the house. Nice beer too, and very near Sadlers Wells theatre.

Like many others we used this pub/restaurant for a pre theatre meal. We had good service, with very tasty main courses. The puddings were a bit disappointing though.. Lacked flavour. Good wine list and a nice space to be in. Definitely worth a shot and we'll go back.

Hadn't planned ahead for pre-ballet food and everywhere was busy, shared a table for six with another couple, was offered the pre-ballet menu, but they were happy to just serve us one course. Was very busy, fish and chips had just sold out, so went for the veggie ragu, which came with perfectly cooked long stemmed broccoli. Was given tap water on the table and they seemed happy that we did not buy drinks. Meal was worth the £11 price, service was added, but we were happy to pay. Service was speedy, they were aware we were on a set time frame. Would return. On another note, the couple sharing our table seemed unhappy, in fact I think their review is below mine, they got their soup quite quickly, if I wasn't happy with the temperature I would have sent back. They did chase their main, were told ten minutes, which was a shame, but it was a busy service. Didn't visit the loos.

Just wanted a light bite and a drink before going to the theatre. The food was appalling, cold soup ( what there was of it!) stale, cold bread and the service was dire! The ladies toilets absolutely stank! Obviously went on a bad day judging by other comments, but won't be going back!

We made our way to the Pearl and Feather before a Sadlers Wells performance. The top floor was full, so we ordered our drinks and went downstairs where we were the only ones there (that soon filled up to). Had four G&T's (there were four of us !), came to £22, not a bad price at all and they were really good. When it came time to leave, we were the last ones out as everyone else musty have been having a pre-ballet drink. Would return for sure.

We were going to Sadlers Wells to see Matthew Bourne's 'Swan Lake'. Although it was the 2nd of January, we felt it advisable to book. We walked the easy short walk down from Angel station. A warm welcome awaited us and a window table overlooking the garden courtyard. The pre-theatre menu is excellent value, especially as the quality of the food was so good. There is a good wine list, by the glass, carafe or bottle. We had a cheeky rich merlot. The pre-theatre menu has a good selection, including for vegetarians. We had the buttersquash soup and the pate for starters and then the fish and chips, which was one of the best I have had in London for a long time. The fish was delicious and moist and the minted mushy peas were again moist and tasty, compared to the congealed mushy peas I have experienced elsewhere. Service was attentive, we had no room left for dessert, and we left with plenty of time fot the theatre - excellent!

We have eaten here in its present and past incarnations and found it pleasant. Today however we had a very indifferent meal. My wife's squash soup was the best of the dishes. Her confit duck was floppy and lacking flavour. My cod fishcake was acceptable, but my fillet of sole was flimsy, slightly sticky and utterly without taste. We ordered chips which were good. Service was friendly. The place is superbly located for Sadler's Wells..But the food lets it down.

I recently visited The Coronet on Holloway Road, and it’s such a fascinating pub with a lot of history. It used to be a Savoy cinema, and much of the original decor is still intact. The high ceilings and beautifully preserved walls really give it a unique and nostalgic feel. There are also plenty of old photos displayed, showing its history as a cinema over the years. As it’s a Wetherspoons, the food and drinks are affordable and cheerful, making it a great spot for a casual visit. They’ve even got a lovely outdoor seating area in the garden at the back, which is a nice touch. It’s definitely worth a visit, even if just to admire the decor and soak in the atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out!

I’m never sure when this place is open, this is my first chance to try. Staff are pretty - very - grumpy, maybe don’t run or work in a pub?! Forever been curious but I’ve ticked that off now, not for me. Deffo not dog friendly as they have a cat, which is cool but good to know.
