Die Pinsa war sehr lecker und der Teig „fluffig“ Wir haben getrüffelte Pasta bestellt 34,- + 8,- Pfund extra … war einfach überteuert. Die Paste sehr gut.. für mich etwas zu AlDente aber schlicht viel zu viel Pfeffer der den Trüffel Geschmack einfach „getötet“ hat. Alles in allem lecker ja .. mit Einschränkungen, Ambiente schön in der Foodhall. Komme ich wieder? Nein … für den Preis erwarte ich super Pasta. Schade

Me and my wife yesterday went in Levant Harrods and we had a amazing experience. The service and the food we recived was outstanding. Thank you Levant Harrods we will back very soon.

Diabolical! Upon arrival, a member of staff who appeared to be a supervisor asked me and a guest (from Lebanon) to wait in the queue. It took them at least 10 minutes to clean a table after the previous guests had left. We were left waiting, there was no-one else in the queue or in front of us. The supervisor (who thinks he owns the place) appeared to hold a slight arrogance. Food was mediocre, small portions and over-priced. Yes, I know it's Harrods, blah, blah, blah but even at these prices, it's daylight robbery for the quality of food received (better sticking to Ishbilia or Beit al Zeytoun). Service charge plus a cover charge? What a joke. What's the service charge then for? This place has changed brand names from The Lebanese Bakery to Levant Bakery, same product. It was better when it was The Lebanese Bakery and even better when Harrods had the Mezzah Lounge. The place is being hyped up by bloggers on social media who are not experts in Lebanese food and are given a free meal; of course, the bloggers are going to give shining reviews and say "it's amazing". Levant Bakery - get your act together and perhaps invite "real" people who actually understand Lebanese/Middle Eastern food to review your products and services. Otherwise, I suspect, you will probably change your name to something else within the next 12 months.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Levant. The food was delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our waitress, Anisa, was exceptionally kind and attentive, making our visit truly special. Highly recommended!

My visit to Levant Restaurant in the heart of Harrods was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Eating at Levant was one of my best experiences with Lebanese cuisine. Every dish I tasted was full of rich flavors and authentic spices that reminded me of Lebanon. The service was exceptional, the crew were friendly and professional, doing everything they could to ensure my experience was perfect. I highly recommend Levant Restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic Lebanese cuisine in London.

The food and service were amazing!! Sadly though we came back for a specific dish (Kofta) but we were told it was taken out of the menu. Hopefully it will be back soon!

They have a wide variety of Exquisite Cuisine for all class of people from starters, to main course to deserts and even you will be able to find some good hot and cold drinks there too. So a must visit place for everyone who is fond of some really elegant food. Cheer to the team!!

We had to wait a long time for our food. When it finally came, the eggs were too salty. Plus, people kept staring at us as they walked by, which made things uncomfortable.

I recently dined at Levant Harrods, and I regret to say that it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, things started to go downhill. Firstly, the service was incredibly slow. We waited for nearly 10 minutes just to get our menus, and another 20 minutes before a waiter took our orders. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and clearly not fresh. The dishes were poorly prepared, with overcooked meat and under-seasoned vegetables. The hygiene standards were alarming. The cutlery was dirty, and the table had not been properly cleaned from the previous diners. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar, with sticky floors and an unpleasant smell lingering in the air. To make matters worse, both my dining companion and I ended up with food poisoning. Within hours of our meal, we were both experiencing severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. This clearly indicates that the food handling and safety practices at Levant Harrods are grossly inadequate. In summary, our experience at Levant Harrods was nothing short of a disaster. The poor service, unappetizing food, and serious health implications make it a place I would never recommend to anyone. Dining here was a regrettable decision, and I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these critical issues.

I visited Levant on Wednesday 29th May and what a wonderful experience I had. The food was incredible - the creamy halloumi dish was unreal, loved the flavours! Also, it was my first time trying Kunafah - such a fab dessert dish, so many flavours and textures. A big thank you to all of the staff, especially Anisa, who was so kind, hospitable and amazing at her job. Can't wait to return :)

Where do I start? The staff, food and just everything were amazing. I would definitely recommend their merguez and baked eggs and also their date cake and Vanilla Ice cream. The date cake and ice cream was massive and I struggled to finish it. The Mint tea, homemade lemonade and Rose water speciality was amazing and went well with the food. I definitely have to come back and try more things on their menu. If you are at Harrods or even in the area you have to come and give it a try.

Service was fine. However there was not much variety in the plates, while the flavours were average. We expected more. Pita bread was plain, eggs plate was served incomplete due to lack of ingredients (but charged full price!), halloumi plate far too expensive for what it offered. Hopefully the restaurant will improve in the future.

Such a treasure in Harrods! The halloumi dishes were particularly good and I loved the home made ayran. I got way too much food but couldn’t decide and enjoyed it all. The service was friendly and I loved the atmosphere. This time I ate at a table but would return for bar service to watch the cooks. I don’t normally eat Lebanese food much but after coming here I’ll be back to try the rest. Their version of a tiramisù is one of the best deserts I’ve ever had!

Very rude manager at the Levant Bakery refused us a table and said they were all reserved, but I called beforehand and was told that it wasn’t possible to book, that they only accepted walk-ins and that there weren’t any private events that day. I was very disappointed as I made a special trip with my family to eat here.

We can’t stress on how our lunch and service was yesterday afternoon. 👌🏻👌🏻✨ perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the rose water sherbert, beef shawarma, zaatar and kunafa. Would highly recommend these. It was our first time. Staff recommended carbonara and Gnocchi. Both were very delightful. We ended our dinner with Tiramisu. I love the passion of the chefs. It was busy but the staff were very calm.

You can’t fault the staff. They are wonderful, attentive and polite. The issue is with the food. I took my mum to London for a short break for her 70th birthday. She chose to go to Pasta Evangelist but we were so disappointed with the food, especially considering the price. I had the spaghetti with tomato sauce and burrata which wasn’t particularly exciting but there were limited vegetarian options. The sauce tasted like tinned tomatoes. I couldn’t detect any herbs or seasoning. Also my mums risotto was very bland. We shared a focaccia margarita and although the bread texture was lovely the actual flavour was bland. It was again reminiscent of canned tomatoes with unseasoned cold burrata dumped on the top. Very disappointed that my mums special birthday meal was such a huge letdown.

The place is also child-friendly there’s a lot of food options for children that they would like. The staff are incredibly kind , polite and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The karak is sooo good me and my sister always get it with the Nutella dessert.One time they took my little brother to see the kitchen when he asked he had a lot of fun !! DEFINITELY DEFINITELY check the place out u won’t regret it !!!

Very ordinary food. The meat pie is a bit bitter. I did not like it. The yogurt is excellent. As for the samosas, it is generally bad. I will not return it and it is very expensive.

Arabic cuisine lacking authenticity – pricey and flavorless. The chicken taouk resembled a Caesar salad in an open sandwich, while the samboukas, stale from prolonged display, were cold, tasteless, and excessively dry. Disappointing experience for the money spent. Never again that’s for sure.

@thelevantbakery is some of the best Lebanese food I've had. I wasn't too sure if it was my type of food but the beef shawarma was pretty remarkable. Being in Harrods nothing is cheap here so at £28 it is quite pricey - everything in Harrods is. That said, there's no compromise on flavours or quality. The dessert, roasted grape and vanilla mascapone was unique and enjoyed this through and through. Loved how different it was to a usual dessert and do recommend you try it. Overall a great brunch spot and I was very impressed. You can find @thelevantbakery on the 4th floor of Harrods.
