The Palm Courtyard Cafe in County Durham

This shop is absolutely disgusting how they treat customers they don't listen to orders I pacifically said no mushrooms they got driver to drop it off mushrooms was all over the sausages bacon and eggs when I stated I was allergic to them. They then shut shop straight away so couldn't ring up and complain also every number they have on Google to contact them is not an existing number. Just eat has refused my money back and there is no way of contacting this company who are clearly not taken their orders seriously. Can I actually have someone contact me from shop has I would like to know why loads mushrooms was put all over my food when clearly says no mushrooms so I could not eat any of my breakfast has they put mushrooms all over the meat so could you please contact me so we can stop your workers from doing it to others and ripping people off

Lovely and clean, has outdoor seating 😊 lovely breakfast, tremendous cakes and good price, lovely staff.

lovely little café right next to the park so ideal for picking up a hot drink and a sandwich while the kids are playing.

Had a lovely breakfast with a quality latte. Staff were friendly and inviting. Need to try the cakes next time and they look very nice. 5*

Me and my. Friend went for a birthday afternoon tea its was beautiful sandwiches quiche sausage roll an assortment of tray bakes and sandwich.cskes .. Everything was fresh and tasty and plenty of it . All for the price 9 95 each I including tea ..I've been for many afternoon teas but this is up there with the best

Had a full English breakfast 👍best cuppa by far and refil 👏🏻didn't have room for cake so you can takeaway Happy days 😁staff are friendly make sure everything spot on free parking Happy days

Lovely area and fabulous sun trap. The service was great and the food was amazing. Lots of homemade selection. Friendly atmosphere. Great location as near a park. Dog friendly too.
