Great space, repurposed building like many Wetherspoon properties.

Didn't eat. Dirty tables they were cleaned with a dirty cloth so sticky. Staff behind bar didn't know what they were doing. Building is beautiful and usually I love a wetherspoons but would avoid this one

Converted theatre that has been restored, it looks great, service was quick, nice food and a really nice atmosphere.

Nice place to eat and wonderful building, just a shame the table we sat at had the last person's food left in the table for over an hour. They definitely need to stop cutting the amount of staff and hire more people. Lowered the score to 2 stars as as asked the man that served us clean the table and all they took were the last person's plates, the left all the empty bottles of sauce and left over coke too.

Just a standard spoons in an extravagant setting. Also all three coffee machines broke so minus one star

Wetherspoons with a great setting that's well preserved. Very clean considering how busy it was and food was spot on and arrived quickly. Very efficient staff and great vegan options.

So dark and dingy, disabled access was chronic and toilets were a climb as small elevator was out of action yet again, very poor.

Only called in for a coffee well 2 really as you can have as many refills as you want. The food other customers were eating looked good 👍

Just had a couple of drinks here.

Every time we eat here the foods never piping hot and is always looking warm .

The staff were very friendly, the beer was good and the food was very Weatherspoon - will not offend but will not delight. For fans, one well worth a visit.

You cant beat the drink prices as the surrounding bars prices are just a joke....the building is great with loads of seating. BUT the food is just shocking...my table and at least 3 tables around us left there food.

A magnificent place to visit they have kept asking much off the old theatre as possible

Disappointed with this place. It's a stunning, renovated theatre house and is absolutely cavernous inside. However, much of the food that we ordered was not available, and the food that WAS available was average at best. This was a weekday afternoon, with not many customers in at all. Wouldn't be in a rush to come back here.

Great place,sadly queue jumpers at bar spoil it for me needs a queuing system so some cheeky buggers don't just walk up to bar and jump queue they purposely don't look round,

This is the best Wetherspoons I have ever been in. What a building..!! The architecture is quite superb whether you be inside or outside across the road. Quite a spectacle for Wetherspoons I would have thought and hats off to them for taking on and maintaining such a stunning piece of craftsmanship. Throw in great beer, a superb atmosphere in there and that really made my weekend in Llandudno.

A very nice Wethies in a very iconic building. Good fast service. Nice and clean (with the possible exception of the Gents above where the stage used to be). Overall. An enjoyable visit.

Excellent refurbishment job. Really lovely venue. On a Saturday afternoon in March the place was packed. Service for food was still good. The staff were excellent, buzzing around clearing tables and delivering food and drinks to tables.

Very quick service and very polite staff

This used to be our go to for a meal when in Llandudno. We both love the building its stunning. But the food....it used to be pretty good, but on our last visit it was disgusting. So much so we didn't finish it. We went asked if it was ok so didn't bother to complain. The chicken was cold the bacon was uncooked. Will not be returning.

Wetherspoons in another amazing building. Really spacious inside. Beer as usual cheap and cheerful. Staff were friendly and polite. Tap beers and real ales available. Tried a different real ale than usual, very enjoyable. Overall a great visit.

The food tasted odd - My entire group has gotten food poisoning :( Lovely inside though but don't have the food if you don't wanna get sick, I won't be returning here again Also, not the best place for people who struggle with stairs!!!

Wetherspoons have designed this beautifully. It still looks like a theatre. The prices are always affordable in a Wetherspoons pub. I didn't go to the bar to buy drinks, but my husband did. I was informed there was a male bartender who was quite rude to customers.

The queue system was shocking to get food. People nearly kicking off due to others pushing in. Food basic but okay.

Very busy on some occasions, the time for breakfast at the moment on Sunday has changed to 10AM.......there is a notice on the front....lots of people turning up and finding this out...not sure how long for or why anyone else know why??? Use the app...so much easier and it tells you if they've run out of anything , been here quite a few times and never had any problems,

Highly valued place for architectural past and attachment to local history. Food good as should be, service good. But place it is awesome. So nicely adopted to current needs. If you like witherspoon offers this is the place you should have meal and blend with local spirit of the Wales.

If they cleaned tables between customers it would be great.. always tables covered in dirty glasses dishes and half drank drinks and half ate food..

With a Weatherspoons you know what you are going to get. The building has been beautifully restored and is very atmospheric. You can't beat drinks prices. Also popped in for hot choc and tea which are bottomless cups for around £1.50, I couldn't tell the difference from a hot choc I'd paid over £3 for. Always check out a spoons when we're out and about!

A standard Spoons experience but in an amazing venue. Food has always been good at this place and it is a genuinely nice place to sit.

My nephew and i visit the Palladium whenever we visit Llandudno, our last visit was on 30th Jan 2024. We both ordered the large mixed grill, along with 2 large soft drinks. The food arrived in 10-15 minutes and neither of us could fault it, quite simply delicious! It's a beautiful building, with a nice relaxed atmosphere, really friendly, efficient staff and great food. What's not to like! We'll done to all at the Palladium, we'll definitely be back!

Good service, Fabulous decor, Normal climb to the toilets, Poor choice of real ales (one dark,one IPA), both well kept. Good disabled access and inside space to park wheelchair. Handy for bus stops.

Awful food, sent it back and when it came out again it was equally as awful. Nice building a d friendly staff. Would happily drink in there but will never eat in there again

We use Wetherspoons as a reliable choice wherever we are. The Llandudno pub, The Palladium, is the first time we have come out feeling disappointed. The vegetarian all day breakfast isn't available here so I ordered a vegetarian lasagne with a side of chips. The portion size was very small, the side of chips was already on the plate - the lasagne was so small there wasn't need for a separate plate. I don't see why vegetarian options should be so small compared to other choices.

It's such a shame used to be a lovely building. The last 2 times I have been in there I have chosen not to eat. It's dirty most of the empty tables were dirty the seats in the booths are stained, the menus are scruffy and feel grubby, makes you want to wash your hands once you have put it down. We decided not to eat as it put us off. Maybe a new manager is needed as last time I was there it was the same.

Great tasty breakfast. Hot chocolate was lovely, too. My only criticism of this venue is the lighting. It is rather dark.

Went here with my 3 year old son. Ordered food which came with drinks. Food arrived with no drinks. Asked several times for them. Got to the end of our meal and still nothing. Couldn’t leave the table with being on my own with my son. Saw loads of drinks piled on the bar as we left with no one serving.

Wow .I would love to ask the cook why he sent out burnt burgers,onion rings,chicken wings that were massively over cooked .Visually when making the burgers that we're black and hard why he thought it was edible?? .I also noticed the fish being served on next table looking very brown ,the batter looked nuked ! Clearly the oil in fryers needed changing.My meal was changed and 2nd attempt was good 👍. Daughter refused to eat hers.Bar staff did agree and refunded 1 meal.Terrible experience unfortunately.

Beautiful building. No pizzas when we went for some reason. But as usual for wetherspoons decent food for a decent price. Nice people inside too!
