The Palace Instanbul Bistro in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Had Sunday lunch. 2 roast beef and 1 roast lamb. The meals were very generous, 5 different fresh vegetables, roast and mash and Yorkshire pudding. Can tell it’s made by a chef and not pulled out of the freezer! Excellent all round!

Having never been to Nuneaton before, we had no idea where to go for a coffee and a bite to eat. We parked up and walked through an alleyway and The Palace was the first place we came to, so we took a chance and went in. We were greeted by a very friendly gent behind the bar, and took some seats nearby. We both had a latte whilst we decided what to eat. My hubby had a 'Palace special' hot sandwich - which basically consisted of a full English breakfast in a sandwich, and I had a ham, cheese and pineapple toasted sandwich - which was absolutely delicious! We had excellent service by the very friendly staff, and managed to had a little chat with Jason when he came to clear our table and take our payment. All in all, we had a very lovely experience, and if we ever find ourselves in Nuneaton again, we will definitely pay The Palace another visit.

Atmosphere is beautiful! owner and staff always remember you, and are very kind. Make the entire family feel welcome. Food is some of the best, an english breakfast is usually quite greasy, but you will find no grease on your plate here! Service is always prompt and no long waiting times. Could not recommend this place any higher.

I've shared this because my partner ordered some food and a couple of apple juices and it came to £26. Wasn't very happy when got what we thought was our order to turn out to be for somebody else. Two completely different orders and we're not allowed out money back even when supplied the order number and pictures of the wrong order. Complete jokes I swear leaving us like this! Do not order from here they will rip you off

We have used the Palace several times now and absolutely love the place. The food is superb, the staff are all lovely and the whole place is just so welcoming. On our last visit I went for the Palace breakfast and it was enormous! (But also delicious!) Whether you are in need of a meal or just a cup of tea and a slice of home made incredibly tasty cake, the Palace is definitely the place to go!

First time my partner and I have eaten here, and I must say it's our new favourite place to eat in Nuneaton. The food is excellent, the prices are very low, and the restaurant is clean and extremely unique. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.

Such a lovely place, great service lady who served us was so polite.My hubby had the Palace breakfast which was amazing and very well presented. I had hot chocolate which was really hot and the cream on top was so nice. 10 out of 10 for service quality food and good price thank you we will be returning

Called in with a few friends, a bit lacking on drink options, not a problem, the food was great, very friendly staff, well worth a visit or an order online, not the cheapest but, as above, great food.

We visited on the spur of the moment. We were curious as the building used to be the HSBC bank. We were glad we went. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the chocolate milkshake was heavenly. It wasn't over busy when we went, as it was towards the end of what would be considered lunchtime. We will definitely be going back!

We have had lunch here a few times, the all day breakfast is tasty and good value. The staff are very friendly and were happy for us to bring our 2 guide dogs in training, even providing a couple of bowls of water.

My daughter and myself called here for breakfast /brunch,we both decided to go for the Turkish breakfast which was just lovely nice selection of items and the bread was just beautiful.The staff are just so lovely and made us feel very welcome we will definitely be back.

We’ve had an amazing evening at the palace. The food was absolutely delicious and very appealing. The staff is really friendly and always there to help. They have an open kitchen as well so you can see your food being cooked which is amazing. The chef was also really lovely. 100% recommend!

Had a lovely meal, lasagna was so tasty, one of the best, service was really good, all staff were so nice , my husband had a Turkish dish which he said was very nice, not cheep but worth every penny, we will definitely be returning.

Been here several times now due to the outstanding customer service and how beautiful the food is. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much.

First and last time in here ordered a cappuccino got just a normal coffee,had the special wraps wasn,t much lamb in it was mainly salad and the meat had no flavour to it staff just walking around on mobile phones disappointing.

Very welcoming staff. Excellent Selection in the menu I was really torn on what to have. There were four of us and we all agreed we will be coming again. Love the ideas they are proposing to develop the restaurant further. Personally I am a very fussy eater and won’t suffer poorly prepared food. No worries here. Everything we ordered was freshly cooked and delicious. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Had dinner here on Saturday 17th December. We were so looking forward to it but were very disappointed. It was a freezing cold night & the restaurant was freezing, no heating on. I had lamb kleftico & the lamb shanks were small, more fat than meat & the small amount of meat there was did not fall off the bone. My husband had the mixed kebab which was very fatty. The service was okay, they were polite but not outstanding. Probably won't go back.

Me and my friend had a breakfast on Sunday morning and it was brilliant value for money. The waitress couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel really welcome. Will be returning for an evening meal for sure as the setting is also very nice.

The WORST Turkish restaurant ive ever been too,TERRIBLE service, forgot one of the mains ,was like a Karen's diner and was freezing cold inside to the point everyone had to wear coats....also there was ment to be a belly dancer that never turned up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We visited this restaurant two weeks ago with my family. We were a large party but we were accommodated very well. The start we’re really professional, kind and attentive. Lovely greeting on arrival, efficient and friendly service. The food was exceptional, we had bread, salad, olives and dips for starters, all really fresh and tasty. We shared a mixed platter for our main, it was beyond expectations, great selection, so well cooked, so tasty and left us pleasantly full and content. Coffee and baclava to finish a great evening. Will be back with family and friends soon.

My husband and I had a lovely meal this evening. The menu was great with so much choice, we were given a complimentary salad, bread and dips, while we chose our main course which was so tasty. My lamb shish was really good and my husband enjoyed his mixed kebab grill too . The meal was ended with a complimentary Baklava and Turkish tea. I was very impressed with the whole evening and look forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent meal in The Palace, been a long time since we've had a high quality Turkish establishment in Nuneaton. The Chef is a genuine Award Winning Chef. Faruk Yavuse has served dignitaries throughout the UK and the Mediterranean and the quality if his skills come through in his dishes. Looking forward to returning very soon!!

Went Monday night with the wife, was welcomed in by the owner who was very happy to see us. He said as it’s Monday night no need to book just pick any table you’d like. Once seated we started looking at the menu to see what we’d like to eat. A waitress took our drink order while a waiter brought us complimentary fresh bread with a number of traditional olives and dips which was absolutely delicious with a salad. We ordered our meals starters and mains our starters arrived once we’d finished those our mains arrived a short time after. The presentation of the food was outstanding and the food itself was fantastic really fresh and well cooked. This was our first visit to the restaurant but definitely won’t be the last everything about our experience was first rate the food the service and the restaurant. The people that work here obviously love what they’re doing and it shows. This is a fine establishment to go for a lovely meal out and relax it’s a definitely a 10/10 if your looking for somewhere special to go then this is it. having discovered the palace Istanbul by accident, my self and my partner have eaten there 3 times now and each time the experience has got better and better. the staff create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere without being pushy or trying to rush you into ordering your food, and the gift of breads, salad and dips is a nice touch, just as you receive when you are in Turkey. The menu is big enough to offer a good selection but not too big to confuse you and when your selection is brought to you, WOW!!! The portions are huge and i can honestly say probably the most authentic Turkish food i have had outside Turkey itself. A 2 -course meal for 2 people cost less than £45 and we would recommend the palace to anyone who likes good food
