Good food but long waiting time and not the best hygiene

It's not a place you will never be satisfied with, everything is great and the meals come without any delay, I recommend it.

The food was good, but the price a little bit too high. Because you can find some of the restaurants have same quality and amount of food ( Full English breakfast) have cheaper price.

Having overdone it a bit the night before I was in need of a good breakfast. I've heard people say time and again how good the food here is so I gave it a try. I had the standard full English and it was huge. More than enough to soak up the remainder of alcohol from last night. The food was really well cooked, very tasty and the egg was the best egg I've ever had... perfectly cooked white (I don't like snotty white) but the yoke just oozed. I think I may still be a little drunk I've never talked so much about a breakfast! In a nutshell, great food and lovely staff.

Seen the low rating for here and it put me off ordering but when I was walking through town I stopped in, food was really tasty all the staff were friendly, portion was pretty good as well. Ordered a takeaway full English and didn’t disappoint wasn’t really greasy like some places. Portion was really good massive sausages, will defo use again 👌

Lovely place to eat, but I didn't go to the terrace this time but accessible via stairs. Nice and spacious, the tables are spaced apart, not all cramped together. As for the food, it's worth the money, I had a BLT, lots of bacon, and thick crusty bread. Served with a small side salad and salted crisps. My partner had the chilli con carne jacket potato. This was a nice big potato cooked well and fluffy inside. We will definitely be coming back here for food another time. The ONLY thing I will criticise is the radio, which was very distorted and not a good signal. However, it's a very minor thing, so don't let it put you off coming here. We happened to have sat right under the speaker.

The first time my son and I went there, it was friendly and there was plenty of space especially for wheelchairs. Food was lovely nom nom! Am full still! Would go again next time

Ordered what I thought was a normal breakfast my god I was wrong this thing could feed an army I struggled to lift the plate. I will definitely return definitely a stand out from the rest of the eateries in Nuneaton Town.. 5 stars.

Delicious food, amazing staff and friendly atmosphere.

I've been to the palace many times the food is superb especially the lamb roast plenty of lamb and vegetables you definitely get good value for money! The staff are always pleasant and accommodating and the atmosphere is very relaxing would definitely highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Nuneaton for good food service and value!

Had a lovely lunch here with friends. Sat outside and felt quite continental! Service was very friendly and the food was delicious.

Three of us had lunch at The Palace today, sitting outside in the sunshine. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Two of us had lamb stew which was delicious and the other had a mozzarella salad, again delicious and very fresh. We would highly recommend The Palace.

Had Sunday lunch. 2 roast beef and 1 roast lamb. The meals were very generous, 5 different fresh vegetables, roast and mash and Yorkshire pudding. Can tell it’s made by a chef and not pulled out of the freezer! Excellent all round!

Having never been to Nuneaton before, we had no idea where to go for a coffee and a bite to eat. We parked up and walked through an alleyway and The Palace was the first place we came to, so we took a chance and went in. We were greeted by a very friendly gent behind the bar, and took some seats nearby. We both had a latte whilst we decided what to eat. My hubby had a 'Palace special' hot sandwich - which basically consisted of a full English breakfast in a sandwich, and I had a ham, cheese and pineapple toasted sandwich - which was absolutely delicious! We had excellent service by the very friendly staff, and managed to had a little chat with Jason when he came to clear our table and take our payment. All in all, we had a very lovely experience, and if we ever find ourselves in Nuneaton again, we will definitely pay The Palace another visit.

Atmosphere is beautiful! owner and staff always remember you, and are very kind. Make the entire family feel welcome. Food is some of the best, an english breakfast is usually quite greasy, but you will find no grease on your plate here! Service is always prompt and no long waiting times. Could not recommend this place any higher.

More crust than cod, crutons from salad soqked in oil

I've shared this because my partner ordered some food and a couple of apple juices and it came to £26. Wasn't very happy when got what we thought was our order to turn out to be for somebody else. Two completely different orders and we're not allowed out money back even when supplied the order number and pictures of the wrong order. Complete jokes I swear leaving us like this! Do not order from here they will rip you off

Good portions, good food, burgers are lush.

We have used the Palace several times now and absolutely love the place. The food is superb, the staff are all lovely and the whole place is just so welcoming. On our last visit I went for the Palace breakfast and it was enormous! (But also delicious!) Whether you are in need of a meal or just a cup of tea and a slice of home made incredibly tasty cake, the Palace is definitely the place to go!

First time my partner and I have eaten here, and I must say it's our new favourite place to eat in Nuneaton. The food is excellent, the prices are very low, and the restaurant is clean and extremely unique. The staff are super friendly. Will definitely be visiting again.

Such a lovely place, great service lady who served us was so polite.My hubby had the Palace breakfast which was amazing and very well presented. I had hot chocolate which was really hot and the cream on top was so nice. 10 out of 10 for service quality food and good price thank you we will be returning

Called in with a few friends, a bit lacking on drink options, not a problem, the food was great, very friendly staff, well worth a visit or an order online, not the cheapest but, as above, great food.

Waited for ages and delivery time kept on changing but food was good

We visited on the spur of the moment. We were curious as the building used to be the HSBC bank. We were glad we went. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the chocolate milkshake was heavenly. It wasn't over busy when we went, as it was towards the end of what would be considered lunchtime. We will definitely be going back!

We have had lunch here a few times, the all day breakfast is tasty and good value. The staff are very friendly and were happy for us to bring our 2 guide dogs in training, even providing a couple of bowls of water.

My daughter and myself called here for breakfast /brunch,we both decided to go for the Turkish breakfast which was just lovely nice selection of items and the bread was just beautiful.The staff are just so lovely and made us feel very welcome we will definitely be back.

We’ve had an amazing evening at the palace. The food was absolutely delicious and very appealing. The staff is really friendly and always there to help. They have an open kitchen as well so you can see your food being cooked which is amazing. The chef was also really lovely. 100% recommend!

Had a lovely meal, lasagna was so tasty, one of the best, service was really good, all staff were so nice , my husband had a Turkish dish which he said was very nice, not cheep but worth every penny, we will definitely be returning.

First and last time in here ordered a cappuccino got just a normal coffee,had the special wraps wasn,t much lamb in it was mainly salad and the meat had no flavour to it staff just walking around on mobile phones disappointing.

Very welcoming staff. Excellent Selection in the menu I was really torn on what to have. There were four of us and we all agreed we will be coming again. Love the ideas they are proposing to develop the restaurant further. Personally I am a very fussy eater and won’t suffer poorly prepared food. No worries here. Everything we ordered was freshly cooked and delicious. We will definitely be booking again soon.

The Palace breakfast was missing one egg. The vegetarian breakfast was missing the sausage. Toast was floppy, fried bread was also soggy and not up to expectations. I won't order from here again. I feel cheated.

Me and my friend had a breakfast on Sunday morning and it was brilliant value for money. The waitress couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel really welcome. Will be returning for an evening meal for sure as the setting is also very nice.

Had dinner here on Saturday 17th December. We were so looking forward to it but were very disappointed. It was a freezing cold night & the restaurant was freezing, no heating on. I had lamb kleftico & the lamb shanks were small, more fat than meat & the small amount of meat there was did not fall off the bone. My husband had the mixed kebab which was very fatty. The service was okay, they were polite but not outstanding. Probably won't go back.

The WORST Turkish restaurant ive ever been too,TERRIBLE service, forgot one of the mains ,was like a Karen's diner and was freezing cold inside to the point everyone had to wear coats....also there was ment to be a belly dancer that never turned up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We visited this restaurant two weeks ago with my family. We were a large party but we were accommodated very well. The start we’re really professional, kind and attentive. The food was delicious and served promptly with no waiting. It’s refreshing to have a Turkish restaurant that’s family friendly right in Nuneaton.
