Chase Hotel in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Never had a bad meal until today I had the millionaire burger and my daughter had plain cheese burger both were overcooked had a refund for one burger as I ate my meal but my guts after I got home warranted a full refund

Great pub for watching sport. Good range of beers. Good food and value for money. Arrived late afternoon and ordered steaks from the competent bar staff.Was served by the attentive and professional Karen who returned to ask if all was OK.

Lovely pub. Came for the quiz on Thursday and had an amazing time. Matt brought our food out and was very helpful. 10/10 would come again!

I had a fantastic experience at The Chase Hotel pub, and a big part of that was thanks to Bruno. He was working front of house when we visited, and his service was outstanding. Bruno was quick to run food and serve drinks that we ordered through the app, always with a friendly and professional demeanor. His efficiency and positive attitude really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend stopping by the pub at The Chase Hotel—you'll be in great hands with Bruno!

After a previous disappointing experience, we were graciously given the opportunity to revisit the establishment following a conversation with the management. During this visit, we opted for the burger and chick 'n' mix, both of which were served promptly and were delightful in taste. The pricing was reasonable and the desserts were particularly exceptional, to the point where I would consider returning solely for dessert and a cup of tea.

Was just asked was everything ok?. In answer to the query, yes. I've just had the best ribeye steak I've had in a long time, highly recommended. The chef knows his meat

Ordered Rump steak (medium well) with salad. The salad was good. The steak was burned. Part of it to actual charcoal and it smelled burn. Inedible. I did get a ‘sorry luv’ for it.

Our visit this lunchtime was not a pleasant experience. We arrived and decided to order drinks on the app. Our drinks were left on the bar unattended until we eventually had to collect them ourselves. When we had the same issue for the 3rd order, my wife visited the bar and asked where our order was and was abruptly and rudely rebuffed by the older female member of staff on duty about how she was the only one at the bar. When the 3rd order eventually arrived, it was wrong. When the same member of staff was approached about this by my wife she received the same abrupt response from the same female member of staff. When the same member of staff delivered the correct drink, it was just plonked on the table with nothing said, all three of us thanked her but were ignored, and when called out on her lack of response, an equally abrupt and sarcastic “your welcome” followed. This member of staff had zero customer service skill and needs to learn some respect for both her customers and her elders. Thankfully the manager on duty apologised and put things right by way of a refund, can’t fault the service by the manager, but this member of staff’s attitude does not belong in the hospitality industry. UPDATE: One week later we are still waiting for the supposed refund, refunds don’t take this long especially to Apple Pay / they either didn’t do one or yet more staff training required!!!!! Fed up of being fobbed off and being asked to email them.

Large pub six of us had a very nice meal various choices on menu good service would go there again.

I go to the Chase as its convenient local pub. Food is what you expect from a pub chain. Drinks are a little expensive. Atmosphere is a bit hit and miss, next to college, so lots of youngsters. Lot of TVs for live sport, but never enough bar staff regardless what's on.

Had a lovely meal celebrating my grandsons birthday. The staff were great and very helpful. Putting in lots of effort to make my grandsons birthday special. The food was lovely and really good value. We'll definitely be back

Good place to go even if you just want to eat with the family. The main food was decent but desert was definitely a highlight. Overall a nice place.

The chase is great value, good food. The servers are lovely and we always feel very well looked after. The servers, Leah and Molly and chefs, akis, Ivan, Harry and Hannah were awesome

Stayed for a night but didn't eat here. Room was very nice and a good price. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The pub is somewhat corporate which isn't to my taste.

Worst meal I have had here in a long time. Had a burger and it was very dry. It’s cheap food and you get what you pay for but usually it’s very good here.

Disappointed to say that The Chase has gone completely downhill. Always visited and enjoyed the food in the past but our meal last week was horrendous. First of all £80 on a meal for 4 and I’ve never left a restaurant feeling more hungry! We waited for 45 minutes for the starters and probably would’ve waited longer if I hadn’t mentioned something to a waitress. I know 45 minutes may not sound like a long time but it wasn’t like the restaurant was busy! Majority of our food was left uneaten as the standard was just so below what it should’ve been. We ordered the ultimate feast starter which firstly they had no garlic bread so should’ve really got something else in place as we paid full price, the chicken wings were the most vile chicken wings I’ve ever seen / tasted, it was clear that the food was not fresh just simply frozen then possibly heated in the microwave. One meal was the Tandoori Temptress burger which was the blandest burger you’ve ever tasted the onion bhaji on there was absolutely disgusting. The onion rings used to be phenomenal at the chase but now are clearly just store bought mushy frozen ones. To say we won’t be returning is an understatement so so disappointing.

I went here with family today. Place is spacious and pretty nice looking. The food was average. Nothing special about it, but it also wasn't awful.

Stayed in hotel for 2 nights , lovely clean room and comfy bed. Couple of niggles... only 1 coffee sachet and 2 tea bags in room on arrival-had to ask for more as we'd travelled over 100 miles, and wasn't going to last us very long. Also no toilet brush in bathroom, never know when you're going to need one! Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Staff friendly and meals very good. Would recommend and would stay again.

Staff are really helpful and happy to chat. Food is very good and very quick service. This is now my third stay for work. Rooms are really nice. Breakfast is superb. Not a big fan of the connecting rooms as you can clearly hear the person next door. But room rates are very reasonable and I will definitely be staying again.

Came here tonight for the England game and the atmosphere was brilliant, all the staff including the security were amazing and friendly even given how busy they were. Food was amazing, had the flamin grill steak and it was probably the best steak I’ve had in the last 6 months. The staff in here are very welcoming and very helpful. Thank you for the hospitality and for accommodating during a very busy night. Will return again

We ate from the two mains for £13.99. I had the sizzling gammon with jacket potato and my husband had his favourite fish and chips. Both were excellent, served to us with very little time to wait, and overall a good experience.

Kira was amazing, attending our table all night, saved my friends phone and was professional throughout 5 stars to her!

Stayed two nights b&b, reasonably priced with good beds, very clean room and an excellent choice of breakfast. Meals are also available from lunch time till 8:30pm and are good quality. I would happily recommend this hotel

Fantastic service. Very clean and staff were very friendly and efficient! Beds were so comfortable, had a great night’s sleep. Food was delicious. Lovely location, walking distance to town and train station but very quiet and surrounded by beautiful grounds. Will definitely book again soon! 😁

Great food. Speedy helpful service. Fair prices. Comprehensive menu. Plenty of room. Will go again. Been again today. New menus and prices gone up by quite a bit. For instance the seniors deal has gone from 4.99 to 6.49 which is a big jump. Still very nice food.
