Quite a good-sized carpark, although as this is a popular place they could do with more spaces. Wheelchair friendly. I went with a group of four, and the chair had already been removed to make way for the Wheelchair. Being a vegetarian, I didn't find anything striking on the menu. For starters, I had breaded mushrooms with a garlic dip, one of my favourite dishes. Then I had macaroni cheese. For me, it didn't taste like cheese, and it was insipid. It had no colour to it. Then I had biscotti cheesecake. All the staff were friendly and the meals came to the tables quickly, but for me they don't have enough vegetarian or vegan choices.

Came with family and friend ,delicious meal. And great value. Friendly staff and very efficient. Thankyou . Will come again.

What a lovely pub with a fab garden was so lovely to be out and enjoy the sunshine with a pint , the pub was very busy but the staff was were just fab, we never waited long for our drinks. thank you would highly recommend.

3rd week in a row back at the Bull and Anchor came for food and the bingo this time. Had the kids they had never been to the bingo before and Hayley accommodated a prime seat for the kids to be able to get the full atmosphere of the crazy bingo. Food and service as always fantastic. Thanks Hayley!

My food was lovely but I feel so bad for the chefs that have to work in the heat I just hope there staying hydrated and cool as it’s very hot

We can fully recommend the Bull & Anchor for the friendly service, the food is always well cooked and piping hot the Monday to Friday classic offer is very good value.

We visit weekly mix between couple and family. Always great food great service friendly staff quick service 5 stars. Amazing.

Friendly pub to come and have some food and a drink. Came with my mum and daughter. My daughter has anaphylaxis allergies. The staff were great helping us find the right food and to make sure nothing was cross contaminated. My daughter was worried to eat some where new and they made her feel calm and relaxed. She said she likes it here and would definitely come again. Which is a huge thing for her. Thank you for all your help with my daughters allergies and making our visit a good one.

Shocking food is terrible small portions coming out wrong.not coming out as described in menu..wouldn't recommend to enybody.if you want Childs portions this is the place for you..I had scampi 6peices 8 chips and a teaspoon of mushy peas..substandard food..

Had the best gammon meal ever , tried it for a few weeks and was always the same quality ,this week decided to try the Fish and chips and I was not disappointed,same amazing quality and value for money the staff are always pleasant thank you.

Really good place for food lots of choice staff friendly nice atmosphere. Only negative stay away from cocktails paid £12 for pitcher cocktails only got 3 glasses out of it and basically was watered down fruit juice. Way to much ice in it and hardly any alcohol wasn't worth money stick to bottled or on tap drinks. Plus toilets need new locks on doors

Lovely, clean pub, friendly staff and amazing value for money. No wonder it’s fully booked most of the days! We’ve eaten here a few times and I can confidently say they make the best burger I’ve ever had. Steaks are amazing too. Yum!

Live in Devon but travel upto Coventry alot for the home matches....always use this lovely pub. Came up for a family meal, food was lovely and the staff went the extra mile for us...even booking a taxi for my Mum.....Will definitely continue to use this little gem!

Good local pub. Although service is very slow and confusing. There really should be a better or separate system for ordering food so your wait at the bar is not excessive to order a drink.

We visit here on a regular basis, mostly for bingo and quiz nights. These nights are well attended and the pub gets very busy. Staff are always polite and helpful, even at their busiest, we are often addressed by name, and are always made to feel very welcome. Hayley is especially welcoming and never stops! For the price food is usually good and catering needs acknowledged. Drinks are drinks, can't complain. The pub is always packed out on event days at the CBS arena, and is generally busy regardless. Sports often are shown on tvs and there is a pool table for use. All in all a cheap, friendly local with good atmosphere.

Staff were really polite, I was with a rather large private function and all the staff were great, funny and polite. Really good service.

We went here for a quick lunch, between client visits, they had a deal for two light mains for£ 11.99 we had a hunters chicken with salad not fries, and lasagne and salad, I asked how long food would be, about 20mins was the reply, but it actually came in 5-10 minutes.. The portions were not huge but the food was well cooked and tasty.

Lovely vibe, always welcoming. The staff are really friendly. The food is exactly what you would want from a sizzling grill style pub and there’s always something on the screens. We go in regularly and the food and service is always consistent.

You get what you expect here. Great food, service and a pleasant place to eat. It's a pub on a busy road, so you're not going to get a great view with an amazing atmosphere. But if you're hungry and passing, call in, you won't be sorry.

Friendly staff, great value for money and geverything came out of the kitchen piping hot. Our table of six had no complaints and would return again for another meal.

Nice little pub with a good variety of drinks on tap with a nice garden as well for the summer time but an annoying £1.50 pool table fee with an option to pay by card as well

Been going here for a few years Recently introduced family and my partner to it and can honestly say I’ve converted them.Friendly staff and great food which is also good value never disappointed.

Asked for a rare steak but came out done, quite tough considering it was sirloin.

Lunch was very good today I had lasagna which was home cooked, husband had hunters chicken which was extra special as it came as a sizzler with added onion very tasty definitely will be back prices were excellent value 2 meals for £11.99

We have been visiting the bull & anchor regularly now and this has become what we would say our home for eat out dinner !. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful they are a great team . The entertainment is fabulous where me and my family can play a game of pool watch live sports and eat good food . Highly recommend!

Was visiting to watch the football on boxing day, had tables booked for 10 of us . Ordered food and drinks through the app and they arrived very quickly and hot ( not the drinks) A very busy pub but a great atmosphere for us away supporters. Highly recommended.

I have just returned home from this old established venue having partaken of a wonderful Christmas meal. My sister and I were so pleased when we visited last year and had no hesitation in booking again this year. We were not disappointed. As before the food and service were of a very high standard and we were made to feel most welcome. It was well worth the money we paid and indeed we will not hesitate to book up again next year. Thank you to all concerned for making our visit most enjoyable.

We attended last night as a festive party of 17. When we arrived we was greated by staff which was lovely and also our table was presented beautifully. Our meals was an absolute 10/10. Compliments to the chef. We had a great night and will definitely be returning
