Pop in for Sunday lunch but you’ve gotta be quick or phone in advance as it’s well in demand. Great service and atmosphere.

Great bar with a great atmosphere. There was Blues brothers band on while I was there the had the place hopping

I was recommended the Sunday lunch and WOW it did not disappoint.. as close to my Mums as you could get.. in fact my Mum will have to add cauliflower cheese and cans of Natch to keep me interested.. I will definitely be returning.. Gert lush!!

The Packhorse has always been a family friendly pub. The food is brilliant, the staff are brilliant also. Very clean and tidy with a lovely beer garden.

Only started going back in here recently after many many years away. Pleased to report that THANKFULLY it hasn't really changed a great deal over the years. Still great staff and friendly customers with a fantastic atmosphere and with a huge raised decked area out the back (if it ain't broke don't try to fix it)!!!. Reasonable prices and the Sunday roast is excellent value. Thoroughly recommended.

Nice little pub, never been before so wasn't sure what to expect. But freindly staff an customers. Nice and cheap ,lovely outside beer garden with bar. Reccomend to visit

What can you say...the beer garden was such a surprise...on a hit summer day you could imagine you were in a Tiki bar on some far away land.

Love coming down here. Very friendly and always made to feel most welcome. And a pool table to have a laugh on. 🙂

1 of my favourite pubs to go too.... always made to feel welcome, lovely local people... bar staff are lovely..... they do a mini menu which is lush with a pint & the roast dinners are banging.... give it a try you won't be disappointed

Proper hard to find, traditional pub, with proper decent pub grub. Brilliant atmosphere, with super friendly staff. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

Best venue for underground music events, relaxed and great atmosphere. steps need anti-slip material applied to them and then it would be perfect.

Great biker pub with live music

Really welcoming people. Were offered free burgers and cake as it was a local's birthday. This was a nice surprise, had a decent burger and condiments, and brought us a nice bit of cake afterwards. Only came in to watch the match but was made to feel extra welcome by this. Pleasant surprise and would definitely go back. Only snag would be the lack of real ales but two pints of San Miguel went down well on a hot summer's day

It's a great biker bar, one of the last in Bristol. Not to everyone's taste but it is owned and run by biker's for biker's.
