Probably the best takeaway food I’ve had. Prawn toasts need more prawns on them, but awesome flavours and good quality ingredients. Will be ordering again! The sea bass was amazing!

Wow! What an amazing Thai meal we’ve just had. We live a stones throw away from the restaurant, but because of having young children, we decided to have a takeaway. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but it certainly exceeded all my expectations! The food is delicious, very good value and my husband and I both agreed it’s up there with the best Thai food we’ve ever had! The duck tamarind, tom kha, red curry, chicken satay, squid and coconut rice were outstanding. We can’t wait to order again to sample more dishes.

We stopped by for a quick meal and was very impressed with this restaurant. Food was brilliant with authentic Thai spices. Service was very good as well. We were also lucky to catch live entertainment performed by Mary Red. Amazing voice she has.

One word - Outstanding! From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed with cheery, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and relaxing decor, and a really nice vibe and buzz. The menu is very impressive and comprehensive, and Kirsty our fantastic server was amazing at offering advice on the menu and went above and beyond throughout the evening. As for the food - we were absolutely blown away by the quality and attention to detail. The staff were always on hand if our glasses needed re-charging and nothing was too much trouble. All topped off by a great vocal / guitarist which the whole restaurant enjoyed. To sum up, great staff, great food, and our new local go to for a fantastic night out.

A delicious meal all of our food had vegetables in it with the meat which you don’t get in most take away best meal I have had in a long time 10/10 can’t wait to try another

I've been looking for local Thai delivery for years and then found this place and it's a real gem! Some of the best Thai food I've had it feels more like the real deal than a Friday takeaway. To top it off, a couple of weeks ago they got one part of my order wrong and no quibble delivered it to me within 15 mins free of charge. Great service.

Visited on a Saturday night and we was one of the only people in there. The dishes which you would usually expect to come with rice, didn’t therefore my partner was left with just beef and the waiter didn’t recommend rice with it… Always check. The portions were very big and to be honest you could get away with sharing, because we left a lot of ours. Drinks were lovely, a few to choose from. And the beers were all served lovely. The only downfall would be the atmosphere in there, I can’t talk for any other day however for a Saturday night it was very quiet… 😊

Had a lovely date night recently, food was delicious full of flavour. Staff were very helpful.

Having had a great meal from here before, I was looking forward to trying something else from the menu. The duck spring rolls and chicken satay were good, and my wife enjoyed her red chicken curry. However, the sesame chicken special was disappointing. The sauce was very watery, and the chicken was so dry and tough it was inedible.

Lovely restaurant and atmosphere, however chicken was incredibly dry which ruined the meals. This was for all chicken meals. This was disappointing as food had not been like this previously. Restaurant offered 20% off which was very nice but unlikely to return.

Food was the worst I’ve ever had from pacific the red curry was way to salty and the jasmine rice was not fresh and fluffy seem like it was cooked the day before and microwaved it was very stale and chewy. The Thai prawn crackers where also not fresh and very chewy and soft not crispy like they should be. We have been eating at pacific for a very long time and the quality of the food has been dropping of late. I won’t be returning my custom.

The food was nice, but it was well over an hour late. And I had a toddler to feed. At least, I think the food was nice, but I was so beyond tired and hungry at that point, I couldn't really appreciate the taste. I would like at least some of the money I paid for this order refunded please.

What a great place to eat and spend time with the family. Our first visit but we will definitely go back. Amazing food and plenty of it! The restaurant is tastefully decorated and modern. There is plenty of room between tables and the service was great. Lovely staff. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Pacific, food was awesome and the staff were brilliant. Then at the end of the evening we were given a glass of bubbly each to celebrate our 31st anniversary.

Good quality food, possibly the best Thai food in the area, delivered on time. Would recommend and use again.

Really lovely, we will definitely be ordering again. Two spicy stir fry’s full of flavour and spice. Spring rolls must be freshly made, hot and crunchy look great and taste great. Only criticism is it was luke warm on arrival but the flavour was fab.

A very quiet evening when we went, 4 of us. The meals were good and the service was good. Reasonably priced 👍

Excellent food and service, friendly atmosphere for a good night out.

My partner decided she wanted to go here for her 31st birthday meal. I emailed over to see if they had anything for our 7 year old to eat and if they did anything for birthdays. The response was a little vague answering that they can do plainer versions for kids, so I wasn't expecting great things. However, we went in anyway last night (Monday). Obviously, it was quite quiet (being Monday), so we got to pick where we wanted to sit. My daughter of course wanted to sit next to the big fish tank. We ordered our drinks and food, ordering chips for our daughter, the waiter then said he could do some chicken nuggets if we wanted, which was great. The food was absolutely fantastic, I had the lamb shank, which just fell off the bone and everyone else was happy with their choices. At the end of the meal we were too full up for dessert, but the waiter brought over a slice of fudge cake with ice cream, whipped cream and a candle in it for my partner. It was a very nice touch to finish off the night. The cocktails were also really good. We will definitely be returning.

Very disappointed with my first visit to the restaurant early on a Friday evening. We were recommend this eatery by a friend who had joined us for this visit, they also were disappointed too. The service to start with was fine, we were seated promptly and our drinks arrived swiftly too. We then proceeded to order starters and main courses. The starters took thirty minutes to arrive at the table and the mains then took a further hour, which considering there were only approximately thirty people in the restaurant seems to be excessive. We did ask one of the many waitresses how much longer our food would be, to which the reply was, they would go and find out. The waitress never returned so we were non the wiser. When the food did arrive I felt it was of a mediocre standard, the jasmine rice I had ordered was like sticky rice (one big ball), not at all light and fluffy as it should be, non of our party was very impressed with their food. From comments that was over heard other patrons were experiencing the same. Finally to add insult to injury when we checked the bill after leaving we discovered we were charged a ten per cent service charge for a party of three!! for our shocking experience. All of the party has stated they would not be returning.

Don't listen to those clowns who moaned about the wait on a Saturday night!!!! This place is first class and the quality of the food is amazing. Had a starter and main and I was stuffed. Really good mix of flavours rather than just heat. The staff are very attentive and I will certainly return. It was our wedding anniversary and they even brought out a slice of cake and ice cream!!!!

Really quite disappointed. Although the staff were perfectly pleasant and the food was reasonably good it took over an hour between our appetisers and mains being served as apparently they prioritise delivery over those who actually go in to eat. They also added the service charge to the bill which, considering the time it took to actually receive our food, came across as more than a little optimistic. When questioned it was removed and we were very kindly given a small discount due to the time. Again, pleasant enough but not sure I'll be hurrying back any time soon

The best Thai I’ve ever had - their pineapple rice is amazing and their Red Thai Curry is perfect! It can add up quickly but it really is worth it. I highly recommend 🍴

Sunday Buffet- Parent's 40th wedding anniversary meal:- What a lovely visit to The Pacific. We had the Sunday buffet , with freshly cooked starter options brought directly to the table . A good variety, without being overwhelming from the main buffet & friendly service throughout. Will definitely go again! Certainly nice to have Thai food on a Sunday, rather than always a roast dinner. The staff made my parent's 40th wedding anniversary lunch, extra special. MANY THANKS

First time eating from here. Fantastic food

This restaurant surprised me. Visited a few days ago for a bite to eat and some drinks with friends. Welcomed in with a smile and was sat down in the beautiful restaurant, only to be forgotten about for around 20 minutes. Okay fair enough, they were exceptionally busy at the time. So no further complaint. Our food arrived fairly quickly but undercooked for some and overcooked for others, so when we asked about getting it replaced or refunded, the response was rather passive aggressive and rude. This was essentially the surprise. So many ups and downs. Clean, lovely atmosphere, alongside subpar food and little care for good service. Very disappointed.

Lovely curry but lacking a bit of spice. Considering Jungle is one of the spicier Thai curries

Fantastic starters and mains. Had a prawn toast starter which whilst simple was really good and the sweet chilli dip was perfect. I had the lamb shank curry and it was amazing! Avoid the desserts though, banana fritter was flavourless, and vanilla ice cream was just plain ice cream, not a touch of any flavour. Also reckon the Atlantic ipa tasted a little funky but not enough I was fussed to complain. Service was fantastic and mains were so good that we'll be back :)

Unfortunately I was given a beef jungle curry when I ordered chicken, which was odd as even the container said chicken on it. It was still very nice though.

Delicious! We loved our meal - a little bit pricey but ample food for two. It was hot, fresh and well prepared. We often regret ordering Thai food to be delivered as it’s so hard to keep it warm, especially things like Dim Sum but we had no such problem today. What a gem of a place, as good as if we had eaten it in the restaurant and we will be ordering again - finally good quality and hot Thai food on our doorstep ❤️❤️❤️

Starter ok but mains poor. beef chewy and dry, prawns chewy and not cooked fresh, left the food. Lemon tea just tasted of sharp lemon. Very cold restaurant I love Thai food normally but this place spoilt my evening.

Dimsum ok but beef was old and dry the prawns were not cooked fresh. The lemon tea tasted of lemon only. Lager was ok. Restaurant was very cold First time there so very disappointed waste of money

Everything was great ,except one item missing ,rang restaurant spoke to a very helpful member of staff,who rang boss ,i was rang back and told to just say item missing and she would happily refund ,it seems just eat is the problem as just got message saying food on the way ,anyway it will get sorted and thankyou to the lady i spoke to ,very nice to speak to a restaurant that cares

The portions sizes are good which you would expect for the price, arrived hot . I ordered the tofu tod but it wasn’t deep fried as advertised, it was just bland watery tofu, very disappointed with that as it’s the main reason I ordered from here . Pad Thai was nice little bit bland but with the curry it was nice , my tofu one also had egg in which didn’t state it on the menu.. bland tofu but apart from that it was lovely meal and I would order again but will avoid the tofu dishes !

Really enjoyed the food and service, Lexi was very helpful as we hadn't been there before and not used to Thai food. It was very quite but again it was 1pm a wet damp Sunday. Will certainly return. X

We’ve had takeaway from here a few times now and it’s been delicious every time! Becoming a firm regular favourite - we will have to try eating in some time!

Freezing cold food.This restaurant should not be severing cold food.Is on course for food poisoning.the hot plates were cold.OH said the waitress I.ll turn them up.shocking. Won’t be ever coming back

Nice starter but some of us had 4 Calamari, some 5 and another 7. Then an hour and a quarter wait for the main course. A further 15 minutes for all of our party to receive their main meals. Curry had hardly any chicken and was fairly watery. We had a large party which was pre-booked. If you can't manage this size of party, don't take the booking. Very disappointing for a relatives 40th birthday meal. When our experience was communicated to the owner, she couldn't care less. No acceptance of the situation or apology. Sadly we won't be returning.

We went for dinner on Friday evening. Very nice welcome friendly atmosphere. We had drinks before sitting at our table. Nice bar fully stocked. There was a female singer very nice contemporary music not too loud. We ordered starters, main meal and a couple of sides no room for desert. The food was delicious and plentiful. Service was outstanding.
