Whether you prefer it mild, medium, or hot, there's a heat level to suit every palate. And the staff was so friendly nature and good at service.

Food is verey good. The staff serviece is excellent.

I will highly recommend this gourmet peri peri restaurant because they have good food, friendly customer service and budget food deals.

I took my friend out for a meal, we were served by a male who didn't smile at all. His attitude is very bad for the business. He didn't even greet us, very impatient. And the food was not cooked well and cold. I've been coming to the restaurant since it opened but after today you have lost a valuable customer. So disappointed abouth his sevice.

I am a regular customer of gourmet Peri peri and ordered from Uber eats. I ordered a 1.5L Diet Coke but was given a small can instead. Absolutely not a big deal, mistakes happen all the time, gave the benefit of doubt to call up rather than immediately ask for refund through the app. I call and explain what’s happened they said they’d talk to their manager and call me back, which is fine and fair. After 10 minutes still haven’t heard anything back so I call them because it’s a simple thing of wanting my drink, which they could check on the Uber eats app given that I gave details of what I ordered to sort it out. Again same thing on the call “talking to manager I will call you back.” I didn’t want to bombard their phone so I just wait to see if anything arrives at my door. Then nothing for 30 mins at this point I’ve already finished the food, we didn’t even want to necessarily order food we simply wanted to order a large drink as it’s 12:30am so we had to just add some food on the side to get it delivered. I then called after 30 mins and absolutely the same thing, even this time I was immediately hung up on. At this point it’s their closing time and it’s clear they never even bothered to sort out a simple mistake on their behalf. Nothing ever turned up, I don’t appreciate getting lied to and wasting my time. Lost a regular customer now over a drink.

Good chicken and well priced but service really could be improved. Guy got the order wrong TWICE. First did not serve me a drink next we noticed the side was given as rice instead of fries on our takeaway order. Had to return to the shop to get this changed.

I believe the restaurant doesn’t know the difference between sweet and sour sauce and “salsa and sour cream”. Description says salsa and sour cream but neither were part of the dish. Just a load of sweet and sour sauce. Very unpleasant but good ingredients other than the sauce. Wife threw up everything after eating because of exaggerated amount of sauce.

Ordered delivery on Uber eats, lovely, fresh, hot food I had garlic and herb chicken wraps lots of flavor, my boyfriend had chicken rice box peri peri medium was tasty and well cooked, I also had sides and a milkshake all very nice, will definitely order again. And recommend

We had ordered lemon and herb but garlic and herb turned up instead which we do not mind it was just not what we ordered.

lovely as always ...they didn't have the extra lamb I wanted but gave me 3 lamb chops instead ...really friendly...loaded fries are the best about atm

Food was cold and a very small portion of chicken. Taste was good though.

The Chicken breast was dry basically over cooked. I've order this a few times always enjoyed it. But it was like chewing saw dust it was so dry. It's a shame I've always recommended this peri peri place to my friends and families.

Delicious food with good portion size at a reasonable rate . Totally worth the money and definitely gonna mention them for the varities they gotta offer. Nice , cozy place with utmost hygiene and clean toilets .The customer service is remarkable

I recently dined from here and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish.The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.Especially the Lady staff.very nice,friendly and throug out the meal she was attentive with out being intrusive.they are true asset to the restaurant and i highly recommend dining at here .

Great portions, hot spicy food, recommended!

I placed an online order through Just Eat on Friday night for x2 wraps and x1 peri-peri fries. The food took well over an hour to arrive and when it did the fries were not delivered. When I contacted the store to report the issue the staff I spoke to were rude and didn't believe me. The conversation with the staff was unnecessarily difficult, for what could be deemed a simple mistake. Quality of the food was fine, but the poor service made what should be an easy convenient process frustrating and annoying.
