The front staff was amazkng and respectful especially Yasin and Shimon. 100% will recommend this to famiky and friends and they treat you as family.

Great tasting food. The ghost chilli wings were a hit with everyone. Buttermilk chicken burger was nice. Cheese burger was the best in the world according to my son. Only the bulgar rice seemed a little jaded. Mosque round the corner with prayer space for men and women. Green door for ladies, other door, up the steps and left for men.

Kind staff, great food, cool environment. Genuine 4.5/5 from me.

not really a review writer, but i thought i need to write this. This place when they frist opened their branch, they were great. the service was on top, food was excellent etc, but alas recently they are just going down hill. the quality of their meat (lamb and chicken) is going down everyday, their protion size has decreased to such extent, is that even if you order extra meat the protion size is still small. they done this very cleverly. thhe boxes they use know in their branches is become very small, not everyone will notice this. when you open it is full to the top but the box is so small you can't put much in there. If you want real donor kebab then goto any turkish owned chip shop, or best donor on barking road.

Highly recommend going here IF you want food poisoning. This place is ran by Bozos who can’t read simple order instructions.

I ordered a doner mix with garlic mayonnaise sauce, and I received a spicy one. I can't eat spicy food, how could you see an order sheet in front of you and add the wrong sauce? And my advice, don't pour the sauce into the dish, you can put it in a separate vessel, then maybe the dish can be saved. As in my case it won't work, because the sauce is completely mixed.

Please make sure the kebab is still warm , just cos it's ordered from uber eats doesn't mean you should give cold food!!

Ordered online and didn’t received everything, but i was charged for! Also the number was given it was nit answered . Imagine u pay for something and u don’t get it. So embarrassing in front of ur friends and they never answer my call. Would never buy again or recommend someone.

Ordered a Lahmacun Wrap with fries but it had no Doner in it and was charged £8.95 for this. Madness!

The food is amazing from here I love the chicken Doner with chips and salad it is delicious and more than enough for one person I would recommend everyone to try out this restaurant

Good place to have food if you compare it to other doner kebab shops in high street. A few popular items were discontinued which was a bit disappointing for customers.

Their buttermilk chicken burger is wonderful, just wish the patty was a lil bigger as I feel like I'm just biting on the burger bun at some points. Generous portion of chips too

Great food, our new favourite spot for Doner. Their Doner and chips is nice especially with their sauces. Their gourmet burgers are also quite good too.

Place is nice and clean not crowded, quick service.The decor is in decent sultan theme. Ordered chicken doner wrap, portion size is good but chicken was bit hard and I didn't like the base sauce taste also. Main draw back of the restaurant is that they only accept CASH.

All lamp doner package, meat has a great flavour and meat is juicy along with mix vegetable and sauce mix.

Decent place for a kebab. I have tried them several times and cannot fault their food. Very tasty and fresh 👍🏽 I have just two issues, 1) I think its a bit pricy. Yes, it could be jusy me, poor me. £6 for a wrap is a bit much i think. Maybe knock off a pound and fifty per meal on the menu? It would still be a bit pricy but would be fairly priced i think. 2) You can only pay by cash, which means if you don't have cash on you. You would have to go out and find ATM. Otherwise good food and good service.

Empire burger was average at best. Chicken donner is mostly fat, lamb donner tasteless. Dont believe the hype by the influencers, you will be disappointed! NOT A FAKE REVIEW, GENUINELY POOR ALL ROUND

Went inside to order, the person taking my order does not understand English and can hardly speak English. For some reason they don’t have a paper menu. Customer service was not great. The food was nice.

Can't go wrong with ottoman, the best doner in London. The mixed wrap with chips will always be my favourite. But y'all really need to start accepting cards in 2020 lol Edit: feels like they died down quite a bit since. Very far from the best doner place in London I'd say. Still no cards accepted in 2023 what a joke.

The Ottoman Donner is my regular place to eat. The food is amazing and service provided by staff is outstanding. Also there chilli sauce is to die for. To some up I would say it’s the best DONNER place around. Would highly recommend this place if your a DONNER lover like myself. Definitely a 10/10

The staff is very nice and friendly, the food here is amazing, I ordered for a group of 8 family with a mixture of bread, rice and chips. I enjoyed the mix Doner with rice, with the sauce and salad. The chicken burger was recommended by the front staff, which was delicious. Overall the customer service is great, food is amazing and atmosphere is very clean and tidy.

Decent quality fresh fast food.

Hands down, this is their worst branch. Extremely stale rice that has gone off (had this happen twice) with real poor quality bread and salads. The doner is always served super cold as well. I'm not sure why they say it's prime cut when it tastes and has the texture of rubber. Very poor quality food. Avoid this branch. Cannon Street, the OG, is much better.

Stellar wraps at affordable prices, excellent service, fresh fries, ample sauces, and a good balance of taste. Clean and warm interior, with good music taste. Will be coming back whenever I’m back in the area.

Bulgur rice and doner combo is a must try. The portions of doner is not enough, box is filled with more chips and salad than doner. More galric sauce.

Best doner I have had in a while, the chips are crispy and succulent and the meat was tender and juicy. The Staff was very welcoming and the shop felt like a safe environment to be in also The portion size was very generous and overall in my opinion this shop is the best doner shop in Manor Park 💯💯. .

Didn't like the kebab. I realise they were cold but as the rice was hot i managed to eat them. Normally, customer prefers fresh cut kebab from the roller grill. Pre cut meat is testless. It was my second time and probably last time. As they are getting busier, they are not caring about the quality of the food and also customer service.

Such a lovely place local to us. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is always on point, never disappoints. Love their doner and chips meal boxes. Their milk cake is so surprisingly good. Defo recommend , a winner for the family as they have something for everyone :)

Not impressed with this place (Otoman Doner) at all, don't understand the hype, ate there 3 times and food wasn't all that doner is uncooked like heated in the microwave or something. I prefer my go to Turkish doner Eastern Delight Barking road E13 👍🏾
