Things missing off our order so I called up and they would not replace the missing things. Do not order from here

Food was lovely and tasty. Lovely staff and food arrived on time and hot. I’d definitely recommend it and i regularly use new orient along with family and friends.

Ordenado y entregado a través de Just Eat y entregado un poco tarde, pero no me puedo quejar de la comida aparte de las porciones eran muy generosas. No puedo entender las malas calificaciones y espero que no impida que la gente pida ya que la comida estaba deliciosa.

The worst in Exeter delivery is a joke 1 hour and 20 minuets and counting I have no idea how long the food has been waiting but what an absolute fiasco NEVER AGAIN

Been here many times, and always had a good experience, order got mixed up once in like 30 times, but they made a fresh order and had it delivered with more prawn crackers and a free drink to say sorry, but 99% of the time I’ve been very happy. We have loads of guests round and have a take away and all been very happy.

I specified no onion in a fried mixed veg with boiled rice meal, as onion makes me very ill. I could not see any onion until I ate it and tasted it. They had clearly just picked the onion out! I was in excruciating pain for 2 days with stomach spasms and swollen intestines.

The chips here are often hard - not always freshly cooked. What sort of a fish bar doesn't sell Fish and Chips. Not recommended. We have to travel further for Fish and Chips, but it's worth it

This is your local Chinese come chip shop. However the Chinese food is big standard and as a chip shop it's really gone down hill. They no long sell real chips, they are frozen, bought in, fried oven chips rather than cut potatoes. Husband went to get dinner for the family this evening, 3 people wanted fish and chips, he was told they no longer sell fish and the word 'fish' has been blacked out from their menus. Poor food, poor service, VERY SLOW. Don't waste your time.

Had a delivery from here as a random choice from the menus around the house, and as a Chinese we'd recently visited were not picking up the phone. Anyway, overall it was quite underwhelming. The House Special Chow Mein was very bland and lacking in flavour, the Spare Ribs weren't very tender and the sauce was very sweet. The best thing was the prawn crackers. Prices weren't all that cheap either. The delivery was quick but I wouldn't return, there's got to be better options in Exeter.
