Probably the best cafe in essex. Superb breakfasts and service with a smile. Happy to taylor for variation to menu. Easy parking and a real feel good factor. Our waitress was friendly and lovely. You would be giving yourself treat go. We will be returning.

I was there this morning. Their wonderful coffee and homemade banana cakes were incredibly delicious. But the service was above everything else, thank you very much for your wonderful service and your wonderful smiling face (especially the lady with short hair 10/10)

My wife and I visited The Orchard Cafe today and had the best breakfast. The quality of the food was excellent and portions plentiful. The owners were very friendly and the cafe is immaculately clean. We will definitely be back :-)

Food was OK but why put catering sausage on a plate of good food , to me that's being cheap , better to put a proper sausage on the plate , for this reason I will continue to drive 4 times the distance to a cafe that gives what I expect

A proper cafe, not a "coffee shop" but most definitely not a "greasy spoon" either. Poached eggs like "mum" used to make.

Lovely little cafe 5 mins from Brentwood town center. Very friendly & chatty staff, food was beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Lovely food, lovely people, quick service and a nice chilled atmosphere.

Everything is affordable and delicious. The produce is quality. The sausages were fresh, the beans were Heinz ; I also learned the eggs are free range. The portions are also fantastic for their price. Furthermore, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Finally, the parking is free and there is also an outdoor area for when the weather warms up. Would 100% recommend.

Great place to go for breakfast or lunch. Bacon cooked to perfection, poached eggs are runny inside. Their bread pudding is also reminiscent of my younger days and well worth the price paid. Great service. Hidden gem.

Always so welcoming, happy and helpful. Even if you are just walking past! Food is great and it's lovely sitting outside with the view of the trees. Much nicer than sitting on the high street. Been a couple of times when it's my daughters birthday and the staff have always made her feel special. ❤️ So pleased and happy this cafe survived the stresses of Covid times!! So deserved. Lovely staff and cafe.

We found this lovely little cafe by chance and believe it or not it was 10 mins from where we live, the food is out standing.the service just a good and the home made bread pudding well it was unbelievable, never ever have I ever tasted bread pudding like I use to make myself it out of this world superb and I will be going back. Lovely cafe please visit you won’t be disappointed 👍

Food ok but not as outstanding as some of the glowing reviews suggest. Badly heated and noisy due to lack of any soft furnishings. Atmosphere of a station waiting room. There are much cosier cafes in the centre of Brentwood.

Visited the cafe less than I'd really want to, but nothing wrong with the food. Order the fry up on most occasions and it is good food. Bad for the blood flow, brilliant for the heart.

Friendly, willing to start early (actually they are about to start open at 6.30), happy to change things an pay attention to allergies, are about to start stocking gluten-free bread. Good Old English sausages and nice bacon from local Wicks farm. Free range eggs apparently... And ground coffee.

Came back to Brentwood for the first time in a couple of years and decided to visit this cafe again… Lovely to see the same familiar friendly faces! The chicken and bacon club sandwich with chips was amazing! Lovely new decor Thank you

This is a lovely little cafe with nice, friendly staff, serving a great breakfast. We arrived within 10 minutes of it opening, and it was at full capacity within 30 minutes. I noticed a sign that says you can only have a table for 30 minutes. Personally, I think that should be more like 45 minutes to ensure you don't have to rush. Saying this, we were not rushed out, and I'm sure we were there for longer than 30 minutes.

Café in the Park was closed so we went here instead. What a treat. Lovely staff, good food, very clean. We will be back.

My first visit and was made to feel comfortable and very welcome. The service, refreshments and food were exceptional. The way the staff took notice of my little 4 year old granddaughter was praiseworthy. I will definitely support them again when I am back in Brentwood.

I drove down from Bishop’s Stortford to experience The Orchard’s Breakfasts that I had heard great things about through a family friend and my god it did not disappoint! The Big Boi certainly lived up to it name! Apart from the food and hot drinks being amazing and very very tasty, all the staff were extremely kind, attentive and really accommodating to all of their customers. The owners have created a really warm, friendly environment for their locals to enjoy and I will certainly be making many trips up there to enjoy their outstanding service!

One of the best cafes I’ve been to! The portion sizes are insane, and the food was cooked to perfection. The best part about the Orchard Cafe is the staff though, they are super friendly and accommodating to all of their customers. Unfortunately I don’t live near here but I will be making the drive regularly just for one of their breakfasts! Highly recommend!

Our class came back for another maths lesson ! They all had amount of money and needed to choose an item from the menu , then see if they could afford it and also work out the change. Once again the food was excellent, service and helpfulness of the staff amazing.Next class back today Thank you Diane

I have a local refurbishment job round the corner to this cafe and I will 100 per cent be visiting again and often. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The home made bread pudding is amazing.

This little gem is tucked out the way and I just love going here to hide away. The food is so lovely and the staff are very pleasant. Always looking forward to going especially when the sun is shining and you can sit outside and watch the world go past.

Our class of special needs children visited the cafe as part of a maths lesson . Each child had £5 and chose from the menu , needing to work out what they could buy and how much change they would get. The staff were amazing, giving the children time and encouragement. The set up was completely COVID secure and tables were set up outside for 15 . Each child received exactly what they order and thoroughly enjoyed their food , as did the teachers . They all paid separately and were given a receipt, which was time consuming for the staff but they made no effort to hurry the children.
