A busy little café with limited seats but decent food options, including some vegan menu items. There was a strange separate queue for food and hot drinks which was confusing but we got there in the end!

Standard national trust Cafe food n prices. Only one till was open so the queue was long and slow. Ordered lunch at 2pm and some items were already sold out. I've been to at least 5 different national trust cafes/restaurants, this one is the worst so far...

Two stars are for the coffee ,sandwich tasted stale and offish so that was left . Prices are on the steep side . Two girls serving not a smile or kind word between them . I guess they didn't want to be there neither did I after my experience. My advice take a picnic.

A very haphazard slow service yesterday, cooked food arrived while I was still in the queue waiting for coffee, this made hot food lukewarm. To add insult to injury the bacon bap was over cooked strip bacon clearly yesterday’s bacon or been held under a heater. Never had this level of service from a NT cafe/ restaurant before

Nice place to ear. Good food and friendly service. Cost are a little high but that is the National Trust and as long as profits go back to running the site then OK.

Very enjoyable but could have been vastly improved by the ejection of that couple with their multiple small dogs that exercised their painfully loud and piercing barrels at the least provocation. At least I'm lucky not to be living within earshot of them and their little darlings. Seriously though, the NT should deal with situations like this.

Nice food. One complaint is all the wasps hindering everyone, and nothing being done about them. Terrable really. Hence the 3 stars.

The place is in a beautiful location. However, that's about as good as it get. I ordered a coffee which was OK and a brownie, which was very dry, so was much of a treat, this might have been forgiven if the staff were friendlier. The staff are not very welcoming, in fact, I felt a little ignored. A real shame.

I don't normally eat in their food outlets because food choices for those not wishing to chow down on animals & their byproducts is pretty abysmal & sure enough that was the case 😭 you'd think by now given the state of the world everyone would try that bit harder🤔 I'll pack a picnic next time there's nothing worse than having no choice. On the plus side everyone is super friendly, I don't envy them their jobs. Will still go back as always.

Foods quite nice. Staff worked hard but the queues were very long, not good if you have back or knee problems. Slow service unfortunately. Rather noisy but it was lunchtime and terribly busy.

We had a Christmas meal which was very good. You have to prebook if you want the Christmas dinner and this is a set 3 course meal plus coffee and mince pies. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

With the woolyard cafe closed and the weather rainy, we were concerned we would be eating outside with our 2 dogs. Thankfully, the Orangery allows dogs now - but is it temporary?

This was a very pleasant place to sit and have a lovely warm drink, the staff were very helpful and when our nearly 4 year old grandson wanted to get involved with the ordering process they took the time to listen to him.

4 of us came here for lunch. It is the worst food we have ever eaten. The Victoria cream sponge was stale and the “cream” was only on the outside of the cake not spread through the layers. Coffee was terrible and the ham and cheese bap was not a bap but a stale bread roll with greasy horrible filling. It was inedible. We asked for a cheese toasted sandwich but not an option. Save yourselves and do not visit!

Station is generally clean, spacious, lift available most of the time at least at one side of the platform at late evenings, but could be more advised when closed.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, the food was an hour late, which was frustrating. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the chicken was raw, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the flavors were completely off, and it didn't even resemble what we had ordered. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.
