Chips cold, hard and looked like reheats family couldn't eat any of them. Sorry want be ordering again

Must admit really disappointed, regularly order from here but tonight i ordered my partner a scampi supper and paid £6.95 and for some reason they sent chicken nuggets, seems like a strange substitute and not really excusable as my number was given upon ordering and i never had an explanation... not great unfortunately.

The food tonight was not good dry and cold when we got it we were disappointed we didn’t eat it

I ordered an onion pizza but the base of the pizza when i put it in my mouth made my tongue burn with spices!! That should not happen ... could not eat pizza as i cant eat spices!

Hard dried out baked potatoes and pasta was bland. Food is usually good but on this occasion it was terrible 🙁

Received my order late got updated on app to say order left the shop at 18.55 arrived at 1940 fined shop several times got very little assistance when the driver came she basically threw the order at me no apology for being late Really bad overall won't be back

Wrong juice Pizza chips and can of juice deal asks you if you want salad and a sauce but thats twice it’s never came with salad and sauce?

Pizza topping had slid of the pizza into 1 corner had to scrape back on deffo the drivers fault

Ordered chips pizza crunch and sausage they got the order of the pizza wrong sent a half instead of full but phoned shop and they sorted it out straight away really friendly staff couldn't have been any nicer when i phoned and they also gave us more chips when brought other half of pizza thanks so much

Ordered 2 spicy chicken burgers which were stale and certainly not edible they have both went straight into the bin what a waste

Enough food for 3 or 4 and fantastic price

Red velvet cake was a cheap frozen cheesecake= avoid! Chips were hard. Won’t order from here again. Everything binned and ordered from Alfie’s

Not impressed with food, very dry

Mini fish supper, smoked sausages supper and curry sauce, all fab. The suppers were nice and hot and arrived 30 mins before the Just Eat stated time...brilliant! Will order from here again!

Fritters were a bit too greasy for a 5 year old so in bin but everything else ok

Not sure if chips had been reheated or oil not warm enough when they were cooked as they were a funny colour and very mushy but definitely not of a good standard, most of it ended up in the bin. Not impressed!

Highly recommend the Olympia . Food was top class. Highly recommend the spicy chicken burger. Best I have ever tasted. Fish was also amazing will definitely be ordering out here again.

The fish and chips were dry and tasteless definitely not Haddock as advertised extremally disappointed .

Phoned twice and was told both times it was out for delivery, showed up an hour late, I don't really want food that's been sat in a car for an hour

Good quality food delivery fast and reliable

Food always hot, not greasy. Chips are great. Proper chippy chips. Ordered a cappaccino too which was really nice.

Food was very poor quality ordered the chilli cheese dog expecting it to be chilli con carne on it not chilli hot sauce so couldn’t eat it at all chips felt like reheats in my opinion burger wasn’t great either didn’t have the sauce on it that was part of the options. Don’t think I would order from them again really disappointed.

This used to be a great chippy. I think there may be a change of ownership, the food is not the best! Special fish was falling apart. The gravy had a weird BBQ flavour and was cold. We collected and only have a short drive home and it was luke warm at best. Disappointed!

I really want to fault them but I just can’t every order has been amazing fresh and warm,pizzas are just amazing proper ones not just a base in a packet. And tried the milkshake tonight too. Can’t wait to next order lol delivery driver was so pleasant and we’ll mannered 100% Keep it up guys

Was class was nice and hot the sausage was prefect wasn’t too soggy or crispy was just right and staff were really nice .

This restaurant has went right downhill it used to be the best in wishaw!! The food was stale and tasteless with a grease that actually coated our mouths. The restaurant had advertised a 50 minute wait however when order was placed changed to an hour and a half bearing in mind we only live 5 minutes away. Definitely won’t be ordering again unfortunately

Food arrived early. Food was hot and very nice as usual. 8ce cream was cold. Always good service

I've been ordering from here for while now it used to be the best chippy in Scotland . But recently the food has been let down the food has been very cold and very greasy. Not a very happy customer

Really disappointed that is the 2nd time my order has been late more than 20mins.

First of all,order was placed around 7.10pm, the estimated delivery time was 8.20pm. 8.25pm came around so called shop for update to be told it was the next order to go out....an hour passed and still no sign. Called shop again to be told it had JUST left. Order finally came at 9.30pm, an hour and 10 minutes late. The two munchie boxes were fine but the onion rings were soggy and cold, the fried pizza was inedible. Probably wont order ever again, the wait time was too long and overall experience was poor.

Kids meal chicken nuggets were burnt. Burger salty as ... rotten

My meal was very disappointing as I had ordered and payed for gravy and a tub of cheese which was missing I phoned and complained and was told that it would be delivered shortly ,I waited all night my food got cold in the wait so all in all wasted food and a waisted Saturday evening ,won,t be ordering again

Although I was given an estimate on the delivery of my order, it came at 6:30pm which was fine, the food was delicious and the delivery service was great too. I would use this place again. Thank you.

Specifically asked for the food to made fresh on the just eat slip as when we ordered before it wasnt fresh and had been reheated. Comes last night and the chips are lukewarm at best and the other stuff in the munchie box was overdone. The fish was so crispy and hard it was inedible. Not impressed, takeaways are expensive and spending hard earned cash on below par food especially in this pandemic is just a joke.

Probably the worst food I’ve had in a long time, the chips were terrible, I asked for brown sauce on my hamburger, there was basically half a bottle on it. Ruined the burger for me and the coleslaw had a horrible aftertaste, we only ate some of it because we were so hungry. Shame, this used to be a really good chippy as well! Going downhill for sure.

Have ordered from here many times as The fish is amazing it’s fresh and the batter crispy but this time it was dry and the batter was soggy and tasteless ☹️

When I ordered my food it said it would be delivered one hour later but it arrived 15 minutes early 👌 The best special fish in Wishaw 🙌

Half of the order arrived then had to phone as the order was missing items. Which arrived at least 20mins later when everyone else had finished

I use to walk in the shop and there a great bunch of people to be served, can't asked for more, great place, people, food

Ordered from here before and enjoyed it. Tonight however it was inedible. Both myself and partner found it tasted funny Chips were definitely not fresh. Fish had a funny taste will not order from here again

Although the order came earlier than predicted it was hot and delicious, throughly enjoyed it and I would get another meal from here again.

Phoned in order, speedy great service, not too thin base, chewy and bready, good toppings not too thinly cut, lovely pizza sauce.

Fresh food, very filling, would gladly order again.

Sausage super was lovely as always my bf tried the macaroni however said was bland and dry and for £4. 70 was a small meal wont be getting that again. All in all service is always quick and will order from here again

We order from here regularly and today is the first time we've been really disappointed 😞 we ordered early so we were one of the first deliveries after they opened on just eat. The food in the munchy box was either food that's been reheated or food that's been sitting for a while. The chips were reheated, the restaurants just opened. Nothing in the box was fresh, everything was really hard and crispy. Hopefully this is just a one off as we've never had any complaints on the food quality here before. Will try again and hopefully have a better experience. On a positive note, the delivery was quick and the driver was really pleasant.
