Lovely place. We only had drinks but the atmosphere and DJ set were great

Excellent service, very friendly staff, the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend the pizza. Desserts were delicious, strawberry cheesecakes, and chocolate brownie kebab. Will definitely come back, and I would recommend eating here. Thank you 👍

Lovely food. Good choice and friendly service from staff. We dine here roughly every three weeks and it is an excellent place to meet up with family.

The food is fine nothing spectacular. The waitress suggested 3-4 tapas dishes per person but this was definitely an upsell as 2 would be plenty! The toilets were disgusting someone had been sick earlier and in the 2hrs we were there the toilets weren't cleaned, it may have been because it was a Saturday night and they were busy but the smell was vile and certainly put people off there food. Won't be returning.

Absolutely amazing couldn’t fault it! The manager here was so professional and even had good banter. The food was so good and the drinks were on point. Both upstairs and downstairs were friendly and welcoming. Missed a familiar face on the bar that night though. The lovely manager must have given her a night off.

Fantastic Food, Great Flavours and a superb variety too . Serving 9 people 9 different dishes and all piping hot at the same time takes a special kind of skill which the chef here has mastered to perfection, Staff are so lovely and very welcoming too , would highly recommend, this was my second time here and will certainly not be my last for sure , Thanks a million .

Booked in advance for Boxing Day with me and a friend for a table for two. Turned up and sat down to be given a list of what I can only describe is everything off the menu you were not able to serve. We both ended up having pizzas. Could have really gone to fairy pizza or Shiraz across the road! We both tucked in to our pizzas and side of Cajun fries until we realised there was maybe about 3 tubs of Cajun spice poured on them. If we wanted spice we would have gone to Bollywood for a hot curry. We were sat down eating when we we heard a table of 6 complaining they had put a £20 deposit and no food on the menu. Waitress was very apologetic and proceeded to say because It was Christmas you’d had to freeze everything so it would last. The table then complained about have no chicken thighs and said she would ring the manager. After she spoke to the manager she then went back to the table and said “really sorry we have got chicken thighs and also croquettes which she probably sent someone to co-op to supply as we were told they didn’t have any. If you can’t cater then don’t advertise! Simple!

£7.50 for a cocktail served as picture. Freezing cold in bar, everyone had coats on, this place has gone to pot. 😔

Nice drinks good offer but took ages to be served spent longer at the bar

The only thing that stops this place from being perfect is how busy it is it's that good it's too popular

Good selection of keg beers, spirits and cocktails. In and out seating. Tapas on some nights. Live music sometimes. Haven't eaten here yet.

Went on a family birthday was asked to pre order food for the party of 10 which I was fine with.When the main course food arrived steaks were very tough and cold so ended sending it back. Garlic mushrooms had no taste and cold Tapas was nice and plenty of it

Not visited the area before, was recommended. The venue was well presented and clean. However was more for a younger age group. Very busy and noisy. Food was nothing to shout about and in my opinion expensive. Won't visit again.

We went on a Sunday early evening, and it was just what I was looking for. Quick, decent food, not busy, not noisy, and friendly staff. The range of gluten-free options was a big plus. We'd been a bit apprehensive because it is always full of the younger crowd, and we are a middle-aged couple and my mother in law, but was a nice bite to eat, no kids or blaring music. Will be back.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in wickersley. The staff where extremely rude and clearly felt as though they where better than every customer in there. When we booked we specifically asked for a table in the corner as I have bad anxiety and feel extremely awkward however the guy who sat us sat us directly in the middle of the restaurant where everyone could see us and walk past us. He didn’t even let me finish My sentence before rudely interrupting me. He knew we requested this and the restaurant even said when we booked this wouldn’t be a problem. Another thing that happened was this same guy screamed at the waitresses infront of the whole restaurant making everyone feel extremely awkward. It’s disgusting how this place treats there staff and customers. It was so awful we left straight away and only had our first drinks. There’s so many other better places in wickersley to eat so I’d definitely avoid this place and go elsewhere!!!!

Went in the afternoon for a cheeky pint and pork scratchings with the dog after a long walk. Nice to sit outside, staff took a bowl of water out for the dog and a decent pint of Moretti. However £7.10 for a pint and scratchings in, let's be honest, Rotherham is London prices. C'mon!

Shocking. Staff here are appalling. We refused to eat at the restaurant as we were so off put by the service and attitudes at the bar as well as the manager. Lacking severely in customer service skills. Don’t waste your money

Only had cocktails and I'm very glad they were 2 for £10! But they were very nice. Over the rainbow was a fun one.

We went quite early in the afternoon for cocktails so wasn't busy. Small bar so gets pretty full as the evening comes. But really enjoyed it, lady serving was fabulous and said she'd only been there a month...so weldone to her.

Party of 5 for Christmas food and drinks. The food is a very good standard, especially given the pice.

Very attentive staff, gorgeous food, we went for tapas Tuesday, and lovely drinks, I'm pregnant so had a mocktail. It was quite chilly but other than that we had a fab meal. I had the Halloumi fries, Patatas Bravas and beef brisket, all were lovely but the Patatas Bravas were amazing. Thank you!

Ate here last night, lovely food, at decent prices, good service also. The restaurant upstairs was a little cool & lacked atmosphere but overall good..will go back.

Drinks was nice. The service, not so much, two girls working behind the bar nothing but rude face like slapped arses, speaking about members of the party as soon as they was behind the bar- yes we heard. If you can’t be nice don’t work in customer service.

Dropped my wife off yesterday lunchtime as she was having food and drinks with work colleagues and went in while she waited for them to arrive. First time we have been but won’t be going again. Staff disinterested and rude. Moved us from one table as it was reserved from 5pm although it was only 12.30. Sat at another table to find it was dirty and the seats were covered in hairs. I ordered a coffee and the member of staff who served me couldn’t even use the coffee machine correctly so I ended up with a cold espresso. I would have given them no stars if it was possible.

Terrible cocktails. Just a syrupy goo in a nice glass. If you are blinkered and easily fooled by 2 for £10 offer do yourself a favour and go to Morrisons and buy £10 of fruit shoots. Very, very disappointing.

Really slow bar service. The drinks where great but the bartenders where so slow. They spent more time talking to each other rather than acknowledging customers and keeping track of who’s next. At one point despite there being six behind the bar only one boy served me and my friend for two separate orders while the others stood around talking. It’s a shame the service was so bad as it’s a lovely venue. I used to work in a cocktail bar and the first thing we was taught after learning the cocktail spec was timing. We had to be quick and know the cocktails off by heart but unfortunately these bartenders where running round like headless chickens on one occasion pouring my drink back into the shaker three times to redo it because it was short. On more than one occasion customers who arrived at the bar after me where served first. On average I spent 15mins waiting at the bar to be served and an extra 15mins waiting for the drink to be made. We ended up leaving and going to another bar. Also would like to point out that we arrived midday and the bar wasn’t busy at all. A maximum of 5 customers at the bar at a time with 6 bartenders serving

Worse tapas I have ever had in my life. All was BURNT! If I am to serve this to my family or friends, I would be ashamed.

Nice place very quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Cocktails averaged £7 each . Only 1 staff member on the bar but she was friendly and helpful .

Food was absolutely amazing so so delicious but they need more staff it took 20mins to get a drink. After our meal we waited for someone to fetch the bill but didn't happen then a staff member said of I'll get the card machine before we had even received the bill.

Came for a meal with a group of friends the other day. We were very disappointed with the food and service. We were given a 2 hr slot but even tho we were waiting for our food for 40 mins and waiting for drinks we were asked to go downstairs even tho a couple were still eating there pudding. The portions were small and seemed to be pinged We won't be going back.

Visited the pub around 10pm and the place was very lively with great atmosphere.

We had my granddaughters christening here. The owner was very accomodating, let us put banners up etc, the food was lovely and service was great. Lively little place to visit for food or just drinks.

Great cocktails and bar staff friendly however bouncers deliberately provoke people for a reaction then throw you out had to witness this twice on a Friday night

We visited as a group of 4 friends for bottomless brunch. Daniel was brilliant , we could not fault him. Kept our glasses full throughout the visit, the food was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back soon. Thankyou Daniel

Great atmosphere and classy. Nice outside seating area. Good range of drinks, not the cheapest but worth it for the surroundings. Great staff too.

Great cocktails and tapas with friendly & happy staff

To be honest I was a little disappointed with the experience this time compared to previous visits. Unfortunately whilst I understand it was busy, and the staff were polite and friendly, we had to wait around 45-50 minutes for our food. Even with the wait the Spanish bread was still missing the oil & balsamic vinegar; I chose not to mention this as by the time the servers completed a check back we were already over half way through our food. The brownie itself was also a little disappointing; it was my first time ordering a dessert, but I found it to be quite dense and chewy. It was a shame as previous experiences have been amazing, and the majority of the food is up there with some of the best tapas I've had, however I feel on this occasion those factors mentioned let it down.

Initially, thought waiter was rude. While taking my drinks order, someone walked in and, I was asked to 'hang on' whilst the couple were seated. Nice restaurant. Food really nice but slightly over priced in my opinion.

Have to say so much better not fighting at the bar, love the table service. Would pay extra to keep it this way. Molly and Rhiannon were looking after us and did a brilliant job. Had a right giggle so thank you. Hope yr boss appreciates you both xx

Awful experience little dictator outside with his clip board stole the magic from my night if anyone is going to kill fun from after Covid this is your guy! he walks around like he is king of wickersley I honestly felt like I was having of a drink on death row but they get their drinks quicker !!!!!!

Doormen seem to have some “I’m superior to the rest of you” attitude. I don’t like and won’t be spoken to like he did. Complained on messenger. The complaint was read but no reply. Says a lot I guess.

Lovely wine bar that sells amazing cocktails. Staff are always friendly a must place to visit.

Been for tapas a couple of times and have to say we absolutely love it. Great selection all well sized for the price. I’d certainly recommend the mussels and chorizo. Nice cocktails too.

We really enjoyed the great selection of Tapas in the Olive Lounge. Located in Wickersley, its a nice area for a few drinks and has a good selection of quality eating establishments. I would recommend for a nice evening out at any time of the week!

Excellent night tapas tuesday well recommended

Visited on the tapas deal, we had 12 dishes between us asking for the chicken again and every one was amazing. Reasonably priced wine, fab night ..... during these covid times the staff are doing a great job keeping positive and great service

Not very covid secure at one time there was a group of 11 at a table and no social distancing, the door man was seating people next to each other, toilets were very untidy and dirty, service poor we had to wait aged to get drinks

Top quality food with fantastic professional friendly service. Concise mouthwatering menus which we have numerous favourites. The modern ambiance of this first floor restaurant is relaxed and inviting. The menus offer great choice with the Tapas selection being interesting and varied.Service from the floor team including Pedro and Dan is attentive ,professional , quick but personal. Good value top quality food and great service-well done.

Visited on a bank holiday Sunday. Used to come here all the time. Turned in to abit of a youth club scene

Outstanding food. Big thank you to Johnathan the manager for sorting out the table on the evening and making sure our stay was enjoyable. Tapas Is amazing. You won’t find it this nice anywhere. I will deffo be eating here a lot more often.

Spent a few hours with friends at The Olive Lounge.Great staff and very well organised and the food was just BEAUTIFUL.We had every tapas from the menu and every dish was just incredible.You must try this place.You wont be disappointed Thanks to Jonathan and the team.We will be back.

Visited on a Wednesday government 50% off all dishes where absolutely divine:::my only gripe was 3 small meatballs for£8 was a bit steep although they were lush glad I didn’t pay full price certainly visit again.
