Came here for lunch and wasn't disappointed. The pasta was cooked perfectly and was full of flavour. They have lots of options on the menu including seafood, and also have a great selection of desserts to choose from. As well as the main menu, they have a lunch menu (which is what we ordered from) with good sized portions at reasonable prices. Will definitely be coming back for another lunchtime visit.

There as part of a large group and had very good service. A feast of pasta and pizza just kept on coming and all was very tasty.

We went in and shown to our seat and we were given the menus. A few minutes later the waitress returned to say that there were no pizzas available as they were out of dough. I never heard the like where an Italian restaurant ran out of a basic ingredient like pizza dough. They must’ve had a busy weekend

Amazing food! Lots of choice and everything we ordered was tasty and a good portion size. The ice cream was also great. The staff were very lovely and helpful. So glad we chose to come here!

Read the reviews and there was a lot of criticism over the staff but we thought we would still give it a go and so glad we did , both waitresses greater us with smiles and both very polite , food was amazing would definitely come back 💙💙

Really bad service today from one of our favourite places. No issues with the young waitresses but all 3 chefs, food and the way they was hanging around the restaurant particularly after the boss had left. Hopefully it’s because it was a Tuesday and it’s not the usual manager and chefs maybe? Not sure if we’ll be back unfortunately and hope it was a one off

Good pizza, if we lived local we'd get very fat on takeaway. Service is quite fast, and the little patio/covered area out back is charming.

Very terrible service! Does it cost them to smile? I along with my friend went to this place to only have coffee. After going through the menu, we also ordered a starter along with our coffees. The waitress lady who took the order was like “that’s it?!” The expression was definitely not friendly. She didn’t smile at all and it was like she was literally waiting for us to leave soon. Even the receiving at the entrance was not good too. Overall experience was very disappointing. Fortunately the taste of food was good.

Terrible service, my friends and I were attended by a woman who I don’t know the name, but she is a black woman with red locks and with some tattoos on her arm next to her hands and she also had some neck piercings... she practically didn’t want to serve us because of our language that is not English!! She was super rude to me and my friends, attending us with a debauchery face It is realised that she has no patience with the Tourists who come to visit the city, she is a very snobbish person. But on the other hand, the food was very good, but the service is one of the main points for the customer to return to the restaurant, this is certainly something I will not do, I never return to this place and I do not even recommend it to any friend!!!! I hope the person in charge of the restaurant talks to this employee I described above.

Best restaurant experience in Luton. So good I forgot I was in Luton. They should have kept the old name as La Dolce Vita was a much better name.

Went for Sunday Lunch and the food was luke warm even after asking for it to be heated up! The service was not good and the main guy came across as very unfriendly as if he as if he was not enjoying his job. No customer service skills at all. Def will not be going back for sure! Shame as it is a nice place and maybe a change of staff may help! With the food being hot!

I visited here for a friends 50th Birthday Dinner and was not impressed. The food, while not bad, was simply nowhere near as good as other Italian restaurants I have visited, and the service left a lot to be desired. Despite our party putting in our food order days in advance, on the night they managed to get some peoples orders wrong, deliver some items that no-one had ordered, and managed to skip the Starters part of the meal completely. I am unlikely to return here.

Our flight was cancelled and we looked for a good restaurant to cheer us up, luckily we found it. The food was excellent!

Seriously delicious Italian food: full of herbs everywhere. Genuine meatballs and source both flavoursome, and a very creamy eggy rigatone al Julio. Serves mocktails and very nice ice cream as well.

I was here tonight and was really took back by the service I received calamari was under cooked, carbonara was awful, customer service was shocking the waitress was rude not welcoming and needs training in politeness I had to clear some of the plates away just shocking!! will not be eating in here again, also no baby changing facilities so had to change newborn baby in restaurant on a table! Food was not fresh u put Italians to shame! And you need a good cleaner!!

Most disgusting tiramisu you can get 😒 especially in an Italian restaurant. Lasagne was ok, but my partner felt sick all night after spaghetti marinara. This place is a disaster....terrible service 🥺

Went on a Sunday night and it was very quiet and they were just about to close but the owner was kind enough to let me in and let me order . The girl who served me was super friendly and helpful. The food was great. The prices were slightly more than I was expecting as I'd read the sandwich board outside but this prices are only before 17.00 Monday to Saturday and not Sunday ! My mistake .

I visited here a few weeks ago with some friends. We were quite excited as we all love Italian food! Pretty much from when we entered we knew something was off. The dimly lit restaurant and the shabby furniture was not welcoming and it only got worse from there. The food was repulsive and an insult to proper Italian food. Nothing was fresh and tasted all frozen and factory made and just heated up. The service wasn't much better the waitress that took out payment was rude and dismissive. Save yourself the money and stay far from this place!

Well pizza was OK. Table service OK. But the whole place is "sticky" especially tables. The restaurant needs some more attention guys.

Pasta and a drink was about £10 at lunchtime. The pasta dish I had was absolutely delicious. The Olive Garden is very conveniently located for the university campus. Will definitely return.

We had a pre wedding dinner at Olive Garden. Julian and his staff were brilliant, the food was great and the atmosphere buzzing. Thank you very much! We all had a great time and the private room is great for big groups. Highly recommend requesting a penne in garlic and chilli tomato sauce. Grazie Mille!!

This restaurant was so wonderful, the servers were so polite and friendly and the food was absolutely stunning. I didn't take any photos of my main but here's a photo of the cheesecake!!!

Dined here with two others, their food looked amazing and was very well priced, but when it comes to my order, it couldn't have been more of a clusterduck - I ordered the t-bone steak. The first t bone came overcooked (was more like charcoal) so as you'd expect this was replaced by another - which was cooked more to taste, but was so chewy and gamey I'm not sure how on earth it could be called a T Bone - especially since the filet portion had been cut off!! After raising the issue, it was taken away but still on the bill at the end - I was incredulous - how can you charge for something you managed to mess up twice?! After the poor waitress had to act as go between (the manager was 'busy' - having been a manager in the past I'm well aware of the connotation here - couldn't be bothered) They agreed to take half the price of the steak off and the waitress said to take her service charge off! In no way shape or form should a waitress lose her portion of the bill! Especially since they between them as a team had been exemplary - just let down either by the cooking or meat quality. It really didn't need to be an issue but after that my friends dining experience was ruined despite the pasta and pizzas being very good, and we left with a very sour taste in our mouths. Shame as there's clearly a lot of potential here, providing they up their game on the steak and management actually taking ownership of issues rather than using wait staff as go betweens

Got it delivered and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the seafood linguine and olives and it was delicious even with it being delivered, free delivery on deliveroo too!

An absolutely amazing Family-Run Italian restaurant with possibly the most friendly service I have ever seen for a restaurant. The main highlight was probably the best 8oz rump steak I have ever tasted in my life and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good restaurant.

Had a lovely time here but it was marred by the fact that I had my glass case in my handbag and now it’s gone with 2 pairs of glasses. That’s over £590 for them together. Well passed of!!!!f

Delicious food, good atmosphere but staff are very rude . It was our favorite restaurant until a server shouted at my wife after a polite query regarding the prices. We won't visit again 👎

The table was sticky, I was served 300ml of pepsi (for the price of 4L for a supermarket) and it was completely flat with 0 fizz. The seating area was a green house and entirely too hot on a 23 degree summer day (shouldn't sweat just sitting waiting for food). Pizza was disappointing, their home made sauce appears to be little more than passata, no oregano or basil or even salt. Also it was slightly burnt on the bottom. The whole thing was very bland, with almost no taste and I had to add a load of salt on top to make it edible. A Service charge was added to the bill...

Real nice place to eat in Luton

Had a tuna melt panini with a side of "fries". The cheese was not melted, the tuna was straight from the can, the potato wedges that were given, were soggy like the were from the day before and heated in the microwave, asked for sauce and never received it! A whole waste of money

My favourite place to grab some lunch with the girls! My favourite dish has to be the vegetarian lasagna! I love that this restaurant has a variety of dishes to offer.

You will struggle to choose a dish! So many lovely options. Decent prices Would visit again

It has lots of options: pizzas, pastas, stakes. I had a pizza - capricciosa - and it was really good. The place looks great.

Excellent quality and very tasty. I don't often have steak but this was so succulent, I'm pleased I did. A very enjoyable evening and service with a smile. I can certainly recommend this restaurant.

Good carvery - continuously made, fresh. Good pizzas🍕 also. Value for money is reasonable. Seating outside [sheltered] and indoors. They also have a function room available.

Ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and one ham and mushrooms. Both tasteless!!! Worst pizza that I had here. Frozen one from Asda taste lot better than tasteless pepperoni. £30 for pizza that is not as good as Asda one at least… not again. Resembling Italy is just the picture from the box, nothing else!

The inside of the restaurant is unexpectedly huge if you look at it outside. There main dishes are massive and 100% delicious.

Absolutely amazing, the food was excellent, 3 courses for £25 ,really great food, everything was hot ,they were serving 22 people in our party. Plus drinking and serving other tables of lots of people. Organising it was very good, highly recommended for future parties. We'll done to all.

staff were amazing; so so friendly but not in the way that felt like they were doing it to make you buy more, just genuinely nice. on the way out, five people separately wished us a very genuine thank you and goodnight. the food was absolutely gorgeous and well worth the very reasonable price. the portions were large and service was extremely quick thank you!

My first time visiting this place on a cold dark evening. They sat us in the outside covered section. It was so cold! The tables were freezing. The lighting was bright and white so didn't have that cosy feeling which you would expect from a restaurant. They should really put cloths on the tables and rugs underneath the tables with warmer dimmer lighting to make it more cosy especially in the colder months. But, not sure why someone like me who isn't an expert in this field has to make these suggestions....surely they should know this already which begs the question....who is running this place?! Also, looking around....like when did they last clean the place?!?! Everything was so dusty and there were SO many cobwebs on all the lighting!! The menu is also massive which leads me to believe the food isn't cooked fresh. In fact I had the lamb which was covered in a sauce which had a weird tangy taste to it. This all ruined the experience for me.

Didn't like this place at all so left after oysters. Asked for scallops and was told 30 mins to cook them absurd. Huge menu suggesting food is all frozen, staff rude or non attentive I do not recommend this place at all.

I always get the “pollo alla zingara” chicken with spinach and a creamy sauce with chilli. It’s absolutely delicious. I can never finish it and always take the rest home! My grandad loves the lasagne/steak. The thick cut chips are to die for aswell.

Authentic Italian food. Must visit for food lovers.
