My wife and I decided to try this place out for date night. We were sold as soon as we spotted the lobster offering. The restaurant is a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach with gorgeous wall art and stylish decor. The menu is varied and uncomplicated. Very tasty though definitely for special occasions. The portions are huge so you will be well fed but not uncomfortably. My only disappointment was they didn’t offer decaf coffee and had no lacto-free milk.

Decided to take my family for Eid Dinner and omg it was one of the best places we have been. Highly recommend food was excellent they ever prepared mash potatoes for my baby. Service was amazing Bianca and her husband own and run the place and it was awesome to support an independent business. Thank you so much for a great night

Visited for my partner’s birthday & the food was amazing. We both had Calamari as our starter, he had the Cajun Salmon & I had the Linguine Frutti De Mare. He found the Salmon to be beautifully cooked and my Linguine was delicious ! The service was a bit slow (for Starters) and I think that’s because they were catering to a very large group booking, after we got our Starters the service got better. I do agree with other reviews that the music can be a bit loud but it’s not something that would make me not visit again. All in all, lovely venue for birthdays, date nights etc or just for a few drinks. Would deffo visit again ! Also, they were out of Tiramisu Cheesecake so we had the Crème Brûlée one x

Best restaurant in MK in my opinion. Visited today again with my friend for a dinner. I read menu inattentively and ordered a dish with an ingredient which I can’t eat. I realised a mistake only when received the dish. Staff was so kind to change it for me. I truly appreciate it and believe that is a very good service. Thank you! Food is delicious, atmosphere is great. And I love that music isn’t too loud so it’s possible to have a chat while enjoying a dinner.

Amazing food and great atmosphere, this is one of my all time favorite places so good vibes and food. It’s perfect for special occasions and turns into a nightclub after 10pm. I took my partner here for his 25th birthday for dinner food is always on point, staff were amazing we got a lovely cake with Personalised message (such a touch). They really go above and beyond I’m actually back here again on the 16th for another birthday cannot wait ❤️

Went here for my birthday with a table booked on a Saturday night. Really good cocktails. Decor is stunning. At 9:45 we were told to pay our bill and that we would have no more table service. All further drinks were only able to be ordered at the bar. Music was ramped up to max and we couldn’t hear each other talking. Most guests were still sat down. We asked if we could move but there were no other tables and we were told it’s a “Club” so to stop complaining. Music was pretty cool and we might’ve stayed longer if there were separate areas for people to dance or chat and staff were friendlier, but the atmosphere changed as classy guests were leaving it became hostile and full of leering men and trashy groups. Shame. I think they need to decide if they want to be a bar, restaurant, or club and figure out how to make it work.

Really disappointed. Came for bottomless brunch booked a 3-5 slot. Told we would have starters, a main and bottomless drinks. Didn’t receive starters, were being rushed to finish our drinks and we were refused more drinks after an hour and a half. Waste of £35 may aswell have paid for a meal and drinks seperate. Would not recommend

My time today at The Oligarch was faultless. The food was great, and I didn’t have to wait at all considering it was Friday night. Our regular waitress Ioana was perfect as always, and always extremely cheerful and pleasant. As a regular, I will be coming again!

Been to oligarch last night for the first time the place was buzzing had a fillet steak must say was one the best I had for a long time service was very efficient they had a dj all night so end up staying had a great time definitely recommend it..

Ordered many different things. Would recommend the lasagna and the beef spring rolls starter. The decor is so nice in this place-couldnt stop looking at it. Music was too loud which was hard to hear my friends so we practically were shouting at one another😅 Overall 7/10

Went as a birthday treat with 3 friends. We all had 3 courses and everyone of us loved our food, the flavours and cooking of everything was perfect. Each course we were all exclaiming how good what we had was. I had scallops, tuna and lemon posset. Each dish looked inviting when it was served and tasted amazing. Staff were also super efficient and friendly. Some may want a quicker service but it was perfect for us, we enjoyed a meal over a few hours giving us a chance to catch up.

Made me reserve with credit card then asked me to confirm 2 days before which I did then cancelled on me on the day itself as they have two booking systems and didnt realise they had over booked. Was only 2 people. Rubbish service. Clearly prioritise their members over the rest.

I would not recommend this place. The customer service was very poor and the staff where blatantly rude. The food was decent, but personally it does not make up for the quality of the service. I will not be attending again!

So we went as a big group. Both me and my brother ordered the Kleftiko both of which were dry and I must say I had better lamb shank. We ordered brie wedges which are basically brie cheese covered in panko breadcrumbs it was lackluster. I wouldn't recommend either of the dishes unless you like bland food. Service was great and the waitresses were excellent. Now the restaurant is beautiful but the diners there were chavvy and it felt like it drew that sort of crowd.... All you can hear is two different groups of people swearing and cussing just non stop vulgar language and not once did the staff or security tell them off. Nothing screamed class about the place at all. Even the music couldn't drown it out. It was just shambolic, I don't understand why other diners had to put up with that sort of behaviour. Shame on the management.

We had a table of 13 booked for new year eve in the afternoon. We had an email confirming it was all booked. You asked us to pre notify our food and we did We also had confirmation to thank us for doing so. So the moral of this is that you are a business with NO customer service. You should have notified all your customers that had booked that you were not going to open. There were a lot of customers outside who had booked and had turned up. All i can say is please DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.

The restaurant was closed on new year's eve due to constant power outages since 2 days prior. We had a booking for 13 people. We were not informed of this closure, including other customers who were waiting outside. Unacceptable behaviour from the restaurant.

Went here last night for a meal, first time I have eaten here and what an absolutely amazing dining experience, Food was first class (I had the Salmon and my friends had the Steak & Lobster) everyone dish was lovely. Service was first class and a huge thank you to Alex and your staff for a wonderful evening.

I went to Oligarch to celebrate my birthday with a party of 11 people. We had a great time. The food service was very quick and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the starters and the main dishes were delicious. Had the lamb chops and they were excellent. Seafood mixed grill was also very popular and it was delicious . The service was great and so was the atmosphere. Cake time was the best !! Staff brought out my cake with the best song. Lovely memory on video.The throne seat was the highlight and took a picture which was fabulous.

We had dinner reservation but almost got turned away by management because they did not have our table sorted upon our arrival and they handed the situation very rudely and wasn’t apologetic at all despite it was their mistake. Food on the other hand was excellent so would only recommend to come fore lunch or dinner if you manage to get a table but wouldn’t come for night out because they stop doing coctails after 10pm and we were kicked out from our table by manager who come over and said “i need to close this table NOW so get up” which made as feel very uncomfortable…. We just left the place. Atmosphere was not nice at all.

Out for Christmas meal with work team. Scrumptious food, service was mehh until they got it together, after that very good. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went with my partner for dinner last night and we both had a great experience, we had the lobster frites and the seafood platter with a side of garlic mushrooms. Everything was incredible, especially the garlic mushrooms! Great vibes as well as the great food, highly recommend giving this new place a go.

Possibly the worst food we have ever eaten! The service was awful! We waited for 20 minutes for a drink after asking the waiter twice can we order drinks!!! When we ordered our food we ordered starters and mains the waiter came back to us after 15 minutes to inform us they didn’t have one of the starters and one main they were out of stock!, we chose a new starter a few minutes after the waiter came back to inform us that they didnt have the lamb chops one of the mains that we had ordered!! How did it take the kitchen that long to figure it out they don't have some of the items, surely the chefs should know what they don’t have. If you’re a foodie like we are I wouldn’t recommend this place. This is just an instagram place all pretty to take pictures and nothing else. Very disappointed!

Good atmosphere and nice decor. Ordered the special octopus as a starter and chicken thighs as a main. Food was just OK, nothing special. Portions are tiny, would probably feed a 5 year old but not an adult. I went home after spending £32 (for food only) and cooked dinner. Would visit again for drinks only.

Food was decent but overpriced for what you get. The staff were sooo rude and you could tell they did not want to serve our table. We caught a few eye rolls and whispers between staff after we’d request for something & in the end we were rushed out of the restaurant hurrying us up to pay. This just ruined our first time at the restaurant and I do not feel like I’d want to come back here again. We were a large group on a busy Saturday night so I can understand it can be a bit overwhelming. I would say though Julia was fantastic and had patience with us throughout. DJ was okay aswell

We had our anniversary dinner on Saturday evening on the 4th of November at The Oligarch. The food was excellent, The menu is not massively extensive, which is a plus because I find extensive menus overwhelming at times and the quality of the food becomes suspect. The service was very good, the ambience was good. My only gripe was with the DJ for the night, his performance was below par.

Pub looks classy and stylish but thats where it ends. Staff were very impolite. After asked where is the toilet waitress just pointed directions and went off without a word. Meal was whetersoon quality if You like it this way sure but why pay 3 times more for it.

Second time visiting Oligarch. Brunch menu was good the first and main dinner menu was better. Ideal location. It is easy to take visiting colleagues there. Both seafood and grill menu options were very tasty, well presented, and made to a high standard. Cocktails and wine were sublime. Desserts should be illegal how nice they were. Service overall was excellent. Ioana, our waitress, was particularly a godsend. Very friendly, helpful, with superb recommendations. I can understand the quality of the place with people like that working there. No doubt I and others will be visiting again.

Dined at 6pm, it was too dark to see the food and extremely loud! Ordered fillet steak and lobster on the menu for £45 but was informed that it was £10 extra for the fillet despite it stated on the menu for £45. The menu price is for a sirloin steak. The stool chairs were very uncomfortable. The food was okay but the atmosphere completely ruined the experience

Came here for my 22nd birthday expecting an experience. I got and experience all right. Not a great one. Lady wasn’t very friendly. The food we wanted on the menu they said wasn’t available even though we were there at a good time. The food took ages to come out and when it did was the portion size big enough for a child. As a full grown man this was not enough. Banging carbonara though. Would only come here for pictures. Order 2 of everything
