Hands down the best Shisha/Hookah in UK! Super friendly staff. Awesome seating area, especially if you have work to do from a cafe. Could not ask for more!

Hands down the best baklava I’ve ever tasted. The presentation is beautiful, and the food is consistently high-quality yet reasonably priced. The customer service is exceptional—professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. You can really feel the sense of community here. PALM is a true gem!

My wife and I had a lovely meal here and were seriously impressed. She went for the burger, which was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I had the mixed shish — beautifully grilled, full of flavour, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. For dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding and some baklava — both absolutely delicious and a perfect end to the meal. The prices were very reasonable for the quality, and the portions left us full and very happy. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which added to the whole experience. We all left with full stomachs and big smiles — can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend The Palm to anyone looking for great food and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.

We visited on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant has just been renovated. The Palm has an extraordinary ambience, peace, calm, music at a nice level, still able to hear others during conversation, the staff also service was outstanding, very observant and attentive but not over baring, just right, we shared our mains and dessert . For starters we had Calamari, main - Lamb chops with rice, salad and fries, dessert- Nutella pizza with chopped strawberries and bananas, all of the food looked , smelt and tasted devine, the sauces too so on point. A delight to all the senses. I would highly recommend.

Wow! What a turn around. As Antep it had become tired and the quality of the food was variable. We went back to the re-branded “palm” tonight and we were blown away by the improvements both to the physical space in the restaurant but even more so the standard of the food. Really well done! Keep it up!!

What a transformation. The investment, time and effort that has gone into Palm is very impressive. They totally get hospitality. Such a nice vibe, incredibly friendly team and absolutely top notch food across the board! This place is only going to get better.

Simply Exceptional. The most tender, succulent and juicy lamb and chicken I have ever been served, anywhere on the planet... Lovely team running the show and homemade desserts too. Just faultless across the board. I recommend the Turkish wine by the glass which was a revelation, reminding me of a rather expensive Pinot Noir.

This restaurant has changed for the worse after the brand change from antep to palm. The new waiters are abrasive, and quite pushy in trying to make you order starters. The service is also really poor now, they forget who ordered which dish and end up serving things to the wrong people at the table. They also get confused with the dishes themselves e.g. they said "this is the meatballs" and it ended up actually being falafel, you can't make this up. The menu is smaller than it used to be under antep. Some of the good turkish food options are no longer available. The portions are significantly smaller but the prices higher. Take a look at some of the old trip advisor photos and compare to the new photos where the starters cost around £10, it's ridiculous how little you get for that. Don't get baited by the fake influencer reviews.

For the first time, my family and I visited Palm Restaurant and had a fantastic time. The restaurant was very busy The starters were served with delicious bread and they were very delicious. 😋 main course was delivered after 35 minutes and the cocktails were excellent. The staff is very welcoming I will definitely come back soon. I want to thank you for the treat as well. I appreciated the dessert after the meal.

Awful! We actually thought we were part of a TV prank show it was that laughably bad. We arrived as a waitress was walking out in tears. Front of house girl was beyond useless and asked us if we wanted to ‘Give it a shot and hope for the best’. After fifteen minutes of being sat no drinks orders were taken and we weren’t acknowledged. None of the tables had food on them except the larger bookings and all of the staff were arguing and visibly stressed. We ended up going to Eat Greek around the corner which was fantastic!!! I’ve never been anywhere like this! Shocking.

Be careful when booking same day online. Their system doesnt register your booking so if you can go in or call, do that. 6.30pm booking on Mothers Day Eve. We ate bread for 2 hours as every time we asked how long until our food would come they gave us bread. We left shy of 2 hours with no dinner as service was piss poor. They have over advertised and cannot cope with bookings. It was super busy. Went to Eating Greek on Church Street and ate within 20 mins. 5 stars to Eating Greek who took in all the Palm customers who were starving.

Booked for 6:30 late to get in , servers were nice and warned us of a slight delay,starters arrived barely. Bread did not arrive until about 8 pm I had to leave at 9 pm BUT most of my party hadn't even received there mains at all and ended up leaving around 10 pm without food! I normally do not write reviews but thought that this needed to be said , hopefully service improves in the future. (Influencer reviews don't give a clear picture)

We arrived at 6:30 p.m. and were seated fairly quickly, which was the only positive experience we had all night. From the moment we were seated, it took over 30 minutes for the waiter to come out and take our drink orders, despite repeated requests. We had to ask for bread multiple times before any of our main courses or starters were taken. We waited over three hours for our main courses to arrive, and during that time, we were not offered any additional drinks or food, except for several plates of bread. When the food finally came, some of our orders were cold and missing. Many of the tables on our side did not receive their orders, and most of the orders that were correct were sent back to the kitchen because they were either wrong or cold. Several other tables around us experienced similar issues. Many people had finished eating before their orders arrived, which were then sent back to the kitchen because they were either incorrect or cold. The waiters and staff were overwhelmed, and we were repeatedly told that it was the kitchen’s fault. Overall, our experience at this restaurant after waiting for four hours was extremely poor and shocking, considering how they can manage to run a restaurant with such poor customer service and lack of communication.

Our booking was only 15 minutes late, not too bad , unusual for a pre booked table but we were looking forward to the food after all of the influencers reviews which were thick and fast on several social media channels, this place had a lot to live up to after the Antep Legacy. On entry it was clear it was massively over booked with insufficient staffing levels. The team were quick with our drinks orders and did express there was a delay with food. Starters took about 45 mins, arrived before bread the bread and our table was half laid on sitting. The starters were good. The staff were running around like crazy so you had to sympathise with them, but the manager was nowhere to be seen, which was really poor especially for staff morale, a couple of the staff were clearly stressed and upset which wasn’t nice, having worked in hospitality I would expect more supervision and support. Only 1 guy was seemingly able to take orders. We decided to get our bill after our starters on hearing our 2 neighbour tables had been waiting for mains over 90 mins after heir starters. The waiter was unapologetic and quite brusque, he actually asked how long we had been waiting and told us he said there would be a wait. On balance we didn’t wany to wait any longer and after he kept sending bread to one of the tables, he must have been aware of the delays in service. On leaving a large table next to us was complaining on the wait which was unreasonable and that they had been waiting without any drinks service for over an hour. Hope the Manager who was formerly GM at SoHo house starts bringing some customer service to this Wolverton Stalwart or it won’t last long which will be a shame

Walked out after waiting 2 HOURS for our mains courses. We were the 4th table to walk out in the 2 hours we were there. Service was atrocious. After waiting 2 hours for our mains, we asked the waitress, politely how long the wait time was. She said “i don’t know, you’re stressing me out” and walked off. Other tables that walked out had been there before us and were waiting at least 2 HOURS. At least we got free drinks out of this but such a shame.

Abysmal. Booked a table. On arrival had to wait 8 minutes to get a table. 52 minutes later half of the starters arrived, the other half came 6 minutes later. One hour later no mains so we walked out - the 3rd table to do so. Avoid!

Absolutely abmisal. Table not ready on time due to too many bookings and not enough staff. 20 minutes wait between being seated and drink order. Another 20 minute wait to order food. Starter turned up 30 minutes later. Waited another 30 minutes, plates still not cleared. Table next to us had been there an hour prior and were being fobbed off with " main course will be ready in 15 mins" decided to not wait for the excuses and asked for the bill. When requested I got verbal from the waiter then turned it on me for showing him up infront of other customers. Please do not visit this establishment it was so much better when it was Antrep

DISAPPOINTED with this restaurant. My daughters took me here to celebrate an early Mother’s Day dinner. We booked the table at 19:00. Didn’t get seated until 19:10 even though we booked. Starters didn’t come for another 45 minutes. We waited almost an hour after that and still no mains so we got up and left. We were the 4th table to do so as others waited 2+ hours.

I recently had the pleasure to have a lunch at Palm Restaurant and was excited to try their offerings. I opted for the halloumi and prawns in red sauce, a combination I hadn’t encountered before. The dish was a delightful surprise, perfectly cooked prawns paired with the savory richness of halloumi, all enveloped in a flavorful red sauce that brought everything together beautifully. It was a unique pairing that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different. Additionally, I tried the grilled octopus, which was expertly prepared. The octopus was tender and packed with flavor, providing a satisfying texture with each bite. It’s clear that the kitchen takes pride in using fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation techniques. The Palm restaurant's burger is also a delightful surprise juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. Definitely worth trying for any burger lover! The restaurant’s decor deserves a mention as well. The ambiance is modern and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a meal with friends or a date night. It’s definitely Instagram-worthy, with stylish design elements that make for great photos. Overall, my experience at Palm Restaurant was wonderful. The innovative menu and chic atmosphere made for a memorable evening. I can’t wait to return and try more dishes!

Had alot of turkish mixed grills in my day - this one I had was by far the best. The meze super fresh and well balanced flavours. The starter bread was extra special too. recommend

My daughter stopped ordering deliveries from here as the food went down hill. I thought I would give them a try Again. I ordered 2 kids chicken shish with rice/cous cous The chicken was as hard as rock and as Dry as boots. Sat and waited 25 minutes and the food should have been fresh. It definitely wasn’t fresh it was old and stale, the kids couldn’t bite the chicken so I ended up having to cook them food. Definitely won’t give them any more chances

Came here for dinner with my 3 friends, the food was amazing, the decor of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the staff were super friendly and welcoming, they couldn’t have been more attentive. There is also a Shisha bar upstairs which lovely and modern , they do great cocktails and the once again the staff are great company and made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.

First time here. Overall a good experience. The food was delicious and the staff really friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the sense that there were just not enough staff members and we had to wait quite some time for our food.

Visited on their opening night in Feb. The space has had a beautiful refurb and extension. Very chic inside. Food is great and the mixed grill and meat dishes were cooked really well. Lovely & friendly team too.

The experience at Palm restaurant was bliss, l absolutely love it. The atmosphere is truly peaceful and magnificently decorated. Every detail has been considered. We would like to thank Mr Arez and our waiter Tayfur, who took care of us from the moment we entered.The meals tasted great, and the service by Tayfur was wonderful. Got a complementary appetizer, and I cannot express how wonderful the taste was. The meals were also fast to be served and delicious. I absolutely recommend this place.

Twice we have ordered from this restaurant for home delivery Within a month, we have waited for over 2 hours both times We gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again , yet the same outcome We’ve tried at leat 20 times to call with no answer, no way to email either We only live a 5 minute drive I definitely won’t be eating there again, or won’t be having a home delivery again This is beyond a joke

I use to love this place but last few times have been so disappointing. The salad use to be glorious but now it’s dry, full of onions.. no pomegranates. Just ugh. Couscous seem dry and lacks the beautiful seasoning it use to have

Ordered on New Years eve for takeout, first they couldn't find my order, then after over 40 minutes they bring out the food, 3 mains costing £70. When we got home we realised that the rice was missing in all 3!!! Tried calling over 10 times as I don't enjoy posting negative feedback but this level of service is unacceptable. No one answered my calls Ended up cooking rice ourselves and having to reheat such an expensive meal. Never again.

We had a really bad experience today. We ordered take away kebap, pide and 2 lahmacuns, and they said it will take about 15 mins. However we waited around 50 mins! And once we arrived home, we noticed that they didn't put the lahmacuns in the package. I was picking up the lahmacuns and they said "these are not yours, for another customer" but apparently they were our lahmacuns. We live 30mins away from the restaurant and they don't answer the phone number on the Google. So we paid extra for two lahmacuns we didn't get. Not only the experience, but also food (especially pide) was not good at all. The funny part is that there was only one table, and the staff number was more than the customers... I'm really not happy to give negative reviews to a Turkish Restaurant but we really had a terrible experience yesterday. Totally unacceptable, sorry.

Antep is a second home to me. Apart from the great food that I enjoy any time I visit this second home, the staff are excellent, very friendly and there is always a touch of personalness to you. They make sure, they treat you well. After each dining experience, you look forward to always going back there. For me, their lamb chops is matchless. I have not eaten any lambchops as delicious as this before, not even in the middle east where I lived for 12 years.

Visited here last night as not been in a long time so was expecting it to be same as before! But not the same ordered the Hot meze for 3 people very small portion mainly salad 2, slices of thin sausage , 2 slices halloumi , 2 falafel , 2 chick pea balls & 2 calamari rings little humus & a dip Definitely not a sharing platter Two mains were Luke warm not hot unfortunately and they weren’t busy Was shocked we hadn’t finished starter yet mains came starter cleared away quickly to place mains in front of us ! But they do do the best chips and a good sized portion these were so freshly cooked & balaclava was so good too . Glad we tried it can’t say we’d rush back again unfortunately

Excellent food, wonderful staff lovely meal and there were a lot of us with the restaurant full but still great service.

The last few months the orders online have been not very good. Dishes have arrived incomplete or burnt and an half an hour later than teh predicted delivery time. The dishes are also half the size they are that you get if you eat in yet they charge the same price. This place used to be amazing but literally in a small number of months the standard has really dropped.

My friend and I dined here as we were in Milton Keynes for work, and although it was not awful, we found the experience to be underwhelming. We were given a small portion of complementary bread; which was excellent but very small, especially in comparison to other Turkish restaurants where we live in London. We ordered one main dish and the mixed hot meze platter. The meze consisted of 5 different dishes and again was very very small...two fairly bland and slightly over fried falafel balls sat on about a teaspoon of hummus. It was only after we left, we realised that we were supposed to get six items in the meze not five. Service was ok, although the restaurant was almost empty.

One word ...........brilliant Visited MK from cheltenham and chose this restaurant from tripadvisor.co.uk. brilliant find ,great food,ambience and service. Shame you're so far away

We celebrated my Dad's birthday at Antep Kitchen after us all wanting to visit for a long time now. This did not disappoint. The food was 10/10, generous and so flavoursome. With lots of different options to choose from. The staff were probably the highlight of our evening. They were extremely attentive and thoughtful. And, when only mentioning in passing that we were celebrating my Dad's birthday, they went above and beyond with cake and a candle, which was a big surprise for us all. We are very grateful for this. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Antep Kitchen to anyone local and beyond for that matter and we will be certainly returning soon!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Having been a regular patron at Andep restaurant in Woolverton for the past two years, I can't speak highly enough of this establishment. What truly sets Andep apart is its exceptional service - the owner, Ares, is always present in the dining room, personally ensuring every guest's satisfaction. The extensive menu caters to all dietary preferences, offering both meat dishes and vegan options. My personal favorites include the lamb chops and mixed kebab, and their warm bread served with appetizers is simply delightful. Andep has become my go-to venue for all occasions - whether it's business meetings, family celebrations, or hosting friends and family visiting from London. It's wonderful to see the restaurant currently expanding, a clear testament to its success. Without a doubt, Andep stands as the finest Turkish restaurant in our area. I wish Ares continued success with his thriving business.

Had the cold mezze starter to share and whist it tasted really nice, it was basically just 5 dips. The accompanying bread was amazing though! For mains we had the chicken shish and mixed shish; both of these were delicious and so I can highly recommend them! We went at a quiet time, which is the only reason I haven't given the atmosphere a higher mark, as the music was nice and I imagine it's great when its busier. The staff were really friendly and very helpful so would definitely go back.!

I took my family for a meal tonight looking forward to a great experience as it was the last time we visited a while ago. I ordered mixed kebab that comes with salad and bulgar or rice. The salad was minimal not how I remembered no pomegranate or dressings nothing special and the meat wasn’t great, 3 pieces of lamb of which one I couldn’t t eat as it was just a lump of fat and the rest was a bit of meh… I spoke to the waiter about it and he said it was just basically the luck of the draw not in those words but that’s how it goes sometimes it’s better than others 🥴 I went to the loo and it smelled like a 1000 cats had been there too so bad I couldn’t hang around to wash my hands, all in all very disappointed and we won’t be going back

Ordered a pick up The quality of the food had changed since management change Not happy with vegetables kebab - first I order it with coscos but it came with rise They mashrooms were still raw They put it all in one container so the source was docked in by rice ( which I did twang ) and mixed with yogurt that again they put in the same container. Throw all out . They didn’t answer the phone when I called back to complain

I've visited a few Turkish restaurants in my time. None even come close to how good this place was. If I could eat that food every day I gladly would. The atmosphere and the staff were perfect. Rubbish, ordered food and it never arrived, ordered direct from their site, try to contact resturant and phone is picked up and then put down.

We went for an early dinner it was quiet but that suited us. All of us enjoyed our food, the service was amazing and we didn't feel at all rushed. We will be back!

An absolutely amazing find! You can tell that the owners and chef absolutely love what they do as the food was outstanding and super fresh. Everything we had was super tasty; babaganoush, houmous, falafel, freshly baked bread. You can taste the love and care in the food. I’ll definitely be back again when in the area!

this cannot be described as a cheap place to eat, but the quality of the product and the uncosted "add ons" make this "good food at a reasonable price". A true Turkish cuisine and my go-to place for food around MK. I've been going here for a few years now and have always remained happy. It has a top atmosphere and amazing service. If you want to play a joke on your friend, tell the waiter it's their birthday— you’ll be up for a good laugh!
