Terrible place, avoid at all costs! Went for a 50th anniversary function, room itself was dirty and very dated, furniture was broken and too much was crowded into too small a space. There was not enough room for party hosts to lay out buffet, as all that was provided was covered pool table pushed up against a wall, right next to one of DJ's Speakers so terribly loud. Room was far too small for the "allowed guests" which considering it was advertised for 100 and there were only around 50 - 60 people there was no room to move. Bar Staff were rude and aggressive, mostly absent from function room bar, so getting one of their massively overpriced drinks was a chore. Dj provided was awful, asked party host to tell guests to "f@#& off, as he was tired " at end of function, and music was at a level for a room 3 times the size, hes had to be asked to turn it down as people couldnt hear anything. Owners were Rude, Standoffish and refused to return function deposit as this was apparently an additional cost for Dj. So quoted price doubled effectively All in all awful pub, avoid at all costs

We hired the function room for our family party. It couldn’t have been better. Very accommodating staff from the moment I booked until we left the party. We hired the room, a disco and a buffet all for a very reasonable price. The room had its own bar and we were very pleased with the price of drinks. More than enough seating and room for the young ones to run around too. The disco played some great music and the buffet was enjoyed by all of us. Plenty of parking space too. I won’t hesitate to book our next get together here. Thanks for such good service!

32 Station SquareOrdered the new sticky Korean fried chicken bowl with coconut rice. The meal turned up let’s say as dry as the Sahara desert, politely asked the manager (Matty) on at the time if this could be rectified and he said “it looks sticky to me” even the picture has more Korean style sauce on it as seen,and I said also I had this exact meal a week ago and it was far more sticky but he wouldn’t budge and after a fashion the only option was to BUY more sauce. Ridiculous. Not my best experience of Wetherspoons Lowestoft

The PierVisited today.. how sad I used to run the clock house , which was a vibrant place for locals and friends of Southwold to visit We worked hard to look after customers always making sure they were happy with the products we happily delivered. Coffees were made for local customers as we saw them walk up the pier, making them feel special and valued….. not today, staff totally uninterested, unmotivated, no leadership It made me feel very sad to see this special venue so badly run I was also grubby, uncared for… let’s hope the new owners do something fast, before the season starts

10D The Britten CentreThe staff was friendly and easy to get a laugh from. they work well as a team and the cakes and huge pot of tea was welcome after a few hours of shopping.

London Road, Beccles NR34 8TT EnglandTerrible customer service we had with our elderly parents we all was Embarrassed with how we was spoken to vile infact you will no longer have our Business shame really as we normally spend lots of money in ilthis place definitely will not be back and will be telling everyone who we know not to come to your place, maybe try talking to your customers with a little more respect do you know that goes a long way being nice and kind to people Especially with a business. Awful experience.
