Unquestionably the best pint of Guinness I’ve had outside of Ireland!

Very friendly staff and a lovely outdoor space with award winning gardens.

Don't serve food. Terrible beer, clearly haven't cleaned lines in months. Rude imbecile landlord drags atmosphere down. You'd be mad not to go to the other, better pub 100m away.

There are two pub's in Harlington separated by a 3 min walk. The Sun is now my go to pub in the village as the atmosphere seems more friendly and engaging! 👍

Went today with my wife. Well kept Timothy Taylor's Landlord. A very friendly place. Old-fashioned and all the better for that.

A lovely very old country pub. Full of charm, different levels, eclectic seating, low wooden beams, nooks & crannies. Recently revamped decor wise. Sells 4 real ales all top notch condition + usual suspects. Sky sports, live bands, the odd DJ, poker & quiz nights. Parking out back, nice garden , decent covered area & outside bar for the odd beer festival.

Visited at Christmas 4 real ales Timothy Taylors Landlord , St Austells Tribute & Proper Job ( pukka)+ Adams Ghost Ship(pukka)...pub has had a revamp & looks neat & tidy...live music, odd DJ, sky sports, eclectic seating in 2 bars , multi level & raised snug, no restaurant, car park, nice garden with a covered area, odd beer festival with outside bar...a vast improvement

I met up with some of my old teacher friends for the afternoon. My first visit to this pub. Very good selection of beers and this staff were friendly and polite. A few screens around the pub so you can watch sports. Didn't have any food so can't comment on that front. Seems like a very nice village pub to me!

The exterior of the building looks great after being redocorated. Flower baskets and flowers in the garden look fabulous, and the garden itself is of a good size. Further work is ongoing, I know - this pub has lots of potential.

Just been down for a meal and drink with my other half, brother and sister in law. Really good unpretentious food, good portion sizes and the ale is very well kept. Very friendly reception from all staff. We have lived in the village a few years now but the new owners seem to have made the pub very friendly and homely. We will be visiting more often than we used to now. I'd ignore previous reviews complaining about kids....what can a pub owner do about other peoples kids? There were none when I've been in but it wouldn't bother me if there was. I strongly believe pubs are for everyone from all walks of life its called socialising.

This place is more like a children's daycare than a pub. 20+ kids running around screaming at full volume, completely unchecked by their parents and the staff. Almost had our drinks spilt on multiple occasions, and couldn't hear each other speak over the constant screeching. The one positive - this place is easily avoided as there is another pub just 10 seconds up the road.

Relaxed old style pub. Low ceilings and dim lights creates a warm atmosphere to relax and socialise in.
