So basically you gave 3 pubs in twerton all swanky pubs and you get barred from one no other than the reason the landladies best mate / customer works in a care home where she experienced whistblowing then illegally couldn't keep her mouth shut so I was barred for nothing other ghan supporting the people I was caring for . Then assaulted by barman at centuruan ( outside building) which he eill ve done for and then my shall assistance dig shuhtzu who has gone to crown for 3 years issuddenly accused by the (bar lady ) lol the one who has spiked me twice accuses jy dog if being an ankle biter lol ffs funny thing is that 3 times I had scratches from the pubs kitten which I have photos of but she instantly followed eirds by your barred from fleece lol so I get barred fro. 3 pubs for safefaurding dementia patients being abused lol good luck guys your all sick and wouldn't give you another penny 😂 the bar thing was more of an anklebiter than my dog

Nice family people and a welcome pub.

Nothing glamorous or outstanding but they do offer the best prices around. Pool table and darts in the back room. Garden outside that gets good use in the summer. Not a place for food, inside is pretty quiet and friendly. the outside can get a bot rowdy but all good fun with a younger set.

New Landlady recently taken over and recieved a significant refurbishment. Cracking little family orientated pub, very welcoming and friendly with brilliant facilities. Has several screens to watch all the best Live Sports, a pool room, skittle alley that also hosts county level darts, fruit machines and a fantastic beer garden and smoking area. Hosts live music every week and always has something going on. Above all has a great community feel, the landlady and staff are very friendly and anyone is welcome. The prices are also fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone wether you fancy a quiet day time pint or to have a great weekend out. Fantastic British Pub.

Apparently I'm banned from there even though the last time I went in there was nearly a year ago I don't drink alcohol very much hardly ever being diabetic and yet I'm a troublemaker apparently and yet the landlady it's never met me never before tonight and yet I'm banned and yet that young person in there the one with the blonde hair that's pretending to be a man she was the one that got me banned if anyone is a troublemaker in there it's her and loads of people in the local community have said the same. Also have been told that they're getting rid of people people that they think don't fit for whatever reason regardless if you've done anything wrong or not. ??

Is one of a couple of pubs that are near where i live.As I enjoy walking I tend to use pubs that are some distance from home. Called in here on my way home Thursday to see what it was like as new tennants were quoted as running it. Was quiet so served quickly but limited choice of beer. Reasonable pint of beer and cheap-possibly the cheapest pub priced beer in Bath! No sign of food or menu . There is still a skittle alley which is situated upstairs.

About 7/8 woman all arguing amongst there selves getting quite hairy at times land lady done nothing to dort it out.but value for money drank oint and left pub.

It literally doesn't get better than this. Places to sit, places to stand. Outdoors and indoors. Pool table and someday a pool. Warm when it's cold. Cool when it's hot. And change from a fiver when ordering two pints (depending on the pint).

We have been going to the crown for 25 years, and have seen some very good landlords but also some idiots !. Thank god for Andy and carol, you have really turned it around . Great people , atmosphere is amazing , love it. We have got our very good local back.

Loud arguments spilling out onto the street right through the night. No atmosphere and see a police car outside far too often.

Just been in the Crown after they have reopened from having a refurb and I must say what a difference it looks so much better the furnishings is lovely the music is really good definately will be coming again that's for sure we'll done to the New owners for what you have done it looks really good I am impressed

I rarely came here for years even though I was local, I popped in to have a drink with an employee, and the pub had changed...... For the better, the atmosphere... A great landlord, good beer, no idiots, the only pub I would come to in Twerton. It will be totally renovated shortly. Give it a go. The landlord is doing the best he can with what he's got..... But once its renovated and made more open plan..... One hell of a pub. Also has garden and pool table + skittle alley

Awful pub, no atmosphere, decor is grubby. Went there on a stag do but not out of choice. Seating is grubby, drink choice is average. It's got a beer garden which is a pkus.
