We enjoyed a delicious roast on Sunday - a decent serving with a good variety of veg as well. The service by Stephanie was great too!

Excellent Service and quality food. The waitress/person who served us worked especially hard.

We went to old brewery for Sunday lunch yesterday it was amazing the food was excellent the staff so friendly and looked after us. It was busy everyone seems to go here it was a lovely sunny day so the outside was packed out this place is a must to visit you won’t be disappointed. We had the Sunday roast and a fish and chips all absolutely amazing oh and the sticky toffee pudding too was amazing. Thank you

Great roast..great service. A very enjoyable place and experience.

Overall slightly disappointing. Clearly completely under staffed, those on duty trying their best but clearly struggling. Had to find our own menus as none supplied, dessert menus never arrived so we left without having them. Meal was twice interrupted by glasses being dropped by staff passing our table so we had to vacate to allow for clean up.

Stephanie was great, really attentive, made sure we were happy, had a great time and would come again! Lovely cocktails as well, bar staff all excellent!

It's a nice pub with a nice atmosphere. It's pet friendly for those who wish to bring their dogs along with them. The staff were friendly and patient, and the food was ok. Not the cheapest place to go, but it's like most pubs/restaurants in London where you'd be hard pushed to find reasonable prices, especially when they're located by a tourist spot.

We took a chance on popping in for lunch whilst exploring the Naval college area; the lunch menu was excellent- good portion sizes and delicious, particularly the battered sausage and fish goujon sandwich. Great venue inside or out and the service from Stephanie was friendly, attentive and prompt. Can highly recommend!

It was very quiet on the night we visited, but the service and food was nothing short of excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

The Old Brewery is a gem of a place to meet friends in Greenwich. Airy, spacious, away from the crowds of the area. Food and service terrific.

Food was good, we ordered a starter which never arrived so we just removed it from the bill. Asked for tap water but that also didn't come so had to ask again. We needed a high chair but unfortunately they only had a toddler one, nothing for under 1 with a tray so we couldn't use it. It was OK but I wouldn't come back again

We visited as a last-minute choice. £3 entrance fee to look around, no rush, you can take us much time. You can also buy a yearly pass to visit The Old Royal Naval College, they often have different exhibitions throughout the year. The painted room is amazing, we actually came to see the Mars Installation. We visited during the week around 12pm. It was nice and quiet.

Most of the staff are friendly, food are nice, atmosphere is also nice especially in summer time. Came here and grab some beer or food. Also they have heaters around the tables at outside. It’s nice in winter.

Excellent. Asked for a quiet table to accommodate an elderly family member. I am very grateful that the staff member I spoke to was able to help with the request. As a result the group has a lovely experience. Excellent food and service. A big thank you to the staff involved. We will definitely return.

Booked for Sunday Lunch, had been here before so expectation had been high. Shown to a table near to the kitchen did not realise there was a side door from the garden nearby, so every time it was opened- a very cold draft was felt. Roast choice was pork,beef or chicken. Did not fancy any of the starters, so went for a main course, chicken for my wife and I and my son had the beef.On the booking I had explained my wife has allergies, Gluten and dairy, I do not know why I bothered as the staff where unaware. Food and drink ordered, arrived fairy quickly- but it was not very good, first it was swimming in what they probably claim as gravy- which had a broth like consistency, some greens, a couple of whole carrotts, then a mix of chopped carrott (why?) and not sure if it was swede or parsnips? (clearly frozen) the pieces were so small you needed a spoon to eat them. Roasts were soft, the Yorkshire pudding ok. Service was non existent, no one came near to us until the plates needed clearing- and they add a service charge for that as well. One other point to note they allow dogs, and there were a lot.I will not be returning.

The outdoor table atmosphere and fish and chips here are fantastic. It's really delicious, so be sure to try it. Who said British food isn’t delicious? ㅠㅠ I also ordered camembert cheese as a side dish, but it was very salty so I couldn't eat much of it. But it was a good side dish. The perfect place we were looking for at lunchtime and right off the pier as well. The menu was varied enough for everyone’s needs and the food was quite tasty. My companions opted for a traditional fish and chips that looked perfectly cooked and not overly greasy. It was served with good sauces and a tiny bit of mushy peas to complete the experience. I chose the special, which was a beef fillet pie (of the shepherd’s variety with mash on top rather than crust beneath). It was excellently seasoned and absolutely delicious. The dessert options were also well rounded. I had a spongy Christmas pudding that substituted a bourbon butter ice cream for the alcohol soaking of the pudding. Also quite good. Two of us opted to have the cask ale on menu. It was perfect: smooth and easy to drink with good flavor and not too high an alcohol content for lunch. The service was also spot on. The friendly and helpful Frankie was also clever and good-spirited enough to roll right along with our cheek and punchiness. The food arrived quite quickly as well. If I had to pick one complaint—and I don’t—it would be that the pipe-based tables don’t allow much legroom for four. But I’m picking nits there. The place was wonderful.

Came in Sunday evening for some dinner, it was quite busy but the service was still very quick, there was good music on in the background as well! Frankie A looked after us and she was very nice also, all the staff seemed very friendly and helpful!

I booked the Restaurant in advance for a party of 30 People who were attending my brothers wedding the following day. The service I received from.the original booking, to the service on the actual night was Outstanding. The food was exceptionall and the pre-order of the meals in advance meant everything ran smoothly with everyone loving their meal. Came here for Christmas lunch on Christmas Day. Was lucky enough to find booking availability just 2 weeks before, almost by chance. But I'm glad it happened because the food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and generous portions. Plus, the staff were incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stephanie, who tended to our table. Interior and atmosphere great too, we you'd expectel from an Old Brewery.

Very nice experience! we ate very well, fish and chips at the top very successful vegetarian dish, the beef and pork dishes were very well served with small vegetables The Christmas pudding was very good. I recommend this restaurant where the decor is super nice!

Keen to find a central spot for us all to have a family reunion in the run up to Christmas with us all coming from all over the country, it was recommended to me…..and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Considering it was Saturday in December and it was so super busy, the staff were so welcoming, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us! Frankie and all the gang were exceptional! They got to know me through the advance booking process so by the time we arrived it was like we were old friends (ha ha) and we had a few different requests as I’m sure you can imagine as a party of 14, but all responses to email were timely and helpful and all our needs were catered for! Even on the day we added dishes in and it wasn’t an issue or any trouble at all. The food was excellent as were the drinks! The afternoon overall was wonderful and to be together as a family before Christmas in such a lovely environment was a memory to be treasured! We will definitely be back! Thank you Old Brewery X

Came in for dinner Saturday night, I had the roast turkey which was very nice! Shoutout to our waitress, Frankie A, who looked after us very well! She knew a lot about the history of the building and answered all questions we had about that and the menu, and also gave great food and drink recommendations to the whole group!

We had yesterday a luch in this amazing place. From the atmosphere to the welcoming of the staff, everything was simply perfect. We had a very tasting King crown turkey with triple cooked fries and chocolates brownie. I highly suggest if you want to have a great lunch in a very nice place. The high ceilings allows you to enjoy the time there with no so much noise. Perfect for children.

Waited ages for food and didn’t feel like there was much thought to the roast a bit rubbish tbh! Service was good and they were. Apologetic about the wait. The decor inside is amazing though and really great location

Great service from the start, menu choices are excellent like good pub food but extra choices including new things to try eg tongue & cheese croquettes. All courses arrived in good time, hot and big portions. Friend from California was hugely impressed with everything, especially the Japanese (?) waiter guy who gave exceptional service. Looks great venue for summer outdoor eating but was everything we needed on a wet Sunday!

Hidden gem near the park. Went here for Sunday roast and the beef was DELICIOUS! my friend who’s veg also enjoyed his veg roast too . Dog friendly and the atmosphere was great. 2pm on Sunday wasn’t too busy

My fish and chips were absolutely fantastic! Our server Stephanie was very friendly and attentive. When we questioned her about the brewery equipment that is in the building. She told us all about how it had been an active brewery. What a lovely venue, with great food and lovely service. I would certainly come back here and would recommend it to friends

We left after being ignored by the waitress for 15 mins while they busied themselves wipng tables and collecting bills from the few other diners there

Arrived at 12 and was the first, by 1:15pm we had ask where our food was as people came after us and been served. Food came immediately but was just warm, the pork was very tough and had to re order. Pork can back better. Music very loud for a Sunday family lunch. Had to wait a long time for table to be cleared. Then charge high rate of service charge? I used to go often but haven’t been for a while. Not sure we will be back. Wasn’t that busy at first but by the time we left it was getting busy. Food was bland compared to last time and seemed over priced.

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. However, when we asked for the table to be wiped down, the staff member mentioned she was busy and suggested we grab a napkin to do it ourselves. I understand Sundays can be hectic, but it’s not the customer’s fault that the pub was busy. Even though the food was great, we wouldn’t return due to the service provided.

We had a lovely lunch in the old brewery. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the crumble topping was a bit bland and needed more effort to make it crumbly with sugar and flour.

Coffee Hut in Garden used old coffee beans to serve my coffee. Old lady with blonde hair serving there cuts corners. Beware.

Went in, for 15 minutes the person at the bar register just shouted and complained at the register because he couldn’t figure out how to do make a discount so i just left and didn’t bother

Great spot with a lovely view but £3.50 for a bog standard tea is ridiculous even by London standards. Unfriendly staff didn't really make up for it either.

I had an incredible experience at The Old Brewery in Greenwich! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection, and the drinks selection was outstanding – a great variety of craft beers and cocktails to choose from. A special shoutout to Alex, (Who i shared the same name with 😁) who provided exceptional service throughout the night. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, Alex really made the evening memorable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic dining and drinking experience in Greenwich!

If you’re after a proper British pub experience, **The Old Brewery** is an absolute gem. We popped in for Sunday lunch, and from start to finish, it was simply splendid. The **Sunday roast** was nothing short of exceptional—perfectly cooked, with all the trimmings you’d expect and then some. Every bite was a delight. A special mention has to go to **Sopheena**, our waitress for the afternoon. She was absolutely brilliant—warm, attentive, and charming. It’s rare to come across such impeccable service these days, and she truly made the experience all the more enjoyable. The drinks were spot on as well, with a lovely selection that paired beautifully with the meal. Whether you're after a well-pulled pint or something a bit more refined, they’ve got you covered. All in all, an outstanding experience. We’ll most definitely be returning!

Really above and beyond service at the start of a busy lunch hour, with staff going out of their way to accommodate a food request for my mum - fantastic fresh food (and huge portions) and made her London trip really special, thank you.

Nice place & excellent location, but perhaps the most unhelpful & rude staff I’ve experienced in London. Definitely turned me off for future visits. Wasn’t even that busy but they seemed put off to help me at all.

The Sunday roast (chicken) was delicious. My husband had a burger and said it was very good, too. A great find near the Cutty Sark.

Food was good. I chose the dish of the day and it was well cooked and a very good portion. The pie and root vegetables was delicious and the Caesar salad with a portion of very tasty chips. I would highly recommend. Spacious and liked the ‘no pressure’ on our time at the table. A breath of fresh air

We had a very pleasant time with friends in a lovely setting.

I heard it was the best fish and chips in Greenwich, so I went in. It was delicious. I was planning on just having a draft beer, but I asked the staff for a recommendation and ordered another beer. I really had the best time relaxing. MeanTime, recommended by the staff, and PRAVHA, which I ordered, were both good. It was a really happy time in the outdoor space.

Great bar and cafe option for a break in Greenwich, inside the old royal naval school, very close to Greenwich pier, on the banks of the Thames. Charming garden, lots of tables to sit at. I missed waiters serving the table, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Other than that, I highly recommend the experience.

A very nicely converted old brewery serving cask ale and a wide range of drinks and food. It’s been going for over six years and has got a good formula. Lovely high ceilings and blessedly quiet as it’s a cavernous space. Our server, Stephanie, was attentive and efficient.

Stephanie was a helpful server and food was high quality! I have coeliac disease and they brought out a folder with all allergens clearly indicated. Fish, chips, sausages, gravy all gluten free.

A good place to drink and eat after visiting Greenwich museum. You can seat outdoor in a nicer weather. It’s not cheap but reasonable price in Greenwich.

Our go to place for a quiet drink by the river, or for a big family party.

You have to have at least one order of fish & chips when coming to the UK. This one was great, very crispy and the various sauces other than just tartar sauce was nice to try as well. The patio area is very clean and you can order from the table with QR code and food & drink come to your table. Not a lot of conversation from outside staff, but women at the bar very helpful on choosing a new cider.

We came for a lovely dinner over the weekend, our server was Frankie, she was so great and also really funny! The food was amazing I had the gnocchi and Frankie was great at recommending drinks with all our food as well! Definitely recommend!

Food is pretty average. Service was slow inside, which is cavernous. Probably a better place for outside dining.

Visited the Old Brewery for Sunday lunch and had high expectations. The pork roast was pretty poor. Cold Yorkshire puddings and warmish veg. I asked for some hot ones and the waitress just bought more cold ones and said that's how they come! Also they missed one of the 6 orders so we had to wait for the fish and chips. Plenty of staff around that just hung around the service area rather than checking on the tables. Unfortunately a mediocre Sunday roast.

Excellent restaurant and a great place to meet with large groups of friends or family. We had the most Amazing experience with my large family. The service was second to none. All the waiters were kind, helpful, and very patient. The food was fresh and flavoursome. Just a very wonderful experience all round. Highly recommended 😊

We dropped in for a little late morning refreshment, coffee for my wife and excellent real ale for myself. The staff were friendly and helpful, with quick efficient service. Well worth the visit.
