I bought 2 takeaways 1 sweet and sour chicken balls fried rice and prawn noodles and both of us was violently sick and still feel unwell today 19th of July and an after taste of oil in our mouths totally totally disgusting AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worse and saltiest Chinese I have ever had. Over cooked, solid batter, excessively salty, even the rice, excess oil at bottom , the curry sauce was like gloup and the chips looked at least triple cooked! Not one redeeming dish. Please don’t do what I did and waste your money, trust the negative reviews!

Maybe I just caught the takeaway on a bad night. Got chicken balls & thin noodle plain chow mein. Some of the chicken balls were overcooked with the batter crunchy. Chicken itself was good enough quality. The chow mein was very greasy with oil in the container after it was emptied. Service was very good. Would not go back but as I say was maybe just a bad night at the office.

Got a take away on Saturday as usual, usually everything is great, but the last 2 weeks the chips looked like reheats which is not good if they are

Food is roasting hot. Staff behind counter young girl black hair is absulutely lovely to be served by her. Very friendly staff food delicious

Really good love the place would definitely eat out if it again especially the satay sauce is absolutely amazing 👍👍

I just want to say that this is the best Chinese takeaway I have had in year will be ordering from here now on the best is the curry’s and salt and chili, staff is wonderful helpful and very nice 👌👌👌

great price for food and tastes great. Recommend the salt and chili munchy box, one of the best and full to the brim of the box, very worth the money. Delivery is super fast and arrives within 20 minutes always. Staff very helpful.

Food out of here is usually decent and never had anything I didn't like. Everything I've had was either freshly made or warm atleast. Although I have to say their salt and chili chips are the best I've had from anywhere the reason for a missing star is although food out here is good it's missing some sort of oomph and its a little slow

Incorrect order delivered and other order was 1\2 full of 1\2 cooked onions, usually good quantities of main ingredients but not this time, going downhill I am afraid!!!

I agree with th comment on the Wonderful Chicken. It's the best. Also their satay is amazing.

Local takeaway selling good freshly cooked food, it does exactly what it says on the tin.... icing on the cake though is a dish called wonderful chicken!

Best chinese food that i have ever eaten.... Never disappoints. I love " wonderful chicken " Have tried other places but always regret it.

The woman who takes your deliverys has some attitude when asked about a offer to do with the free chicken wings with orders over £20 when the order came to £21 something she said that didnt count as the delivery fee was added on to the order bareing in mind i got the same order 2 weeks ago and got the wings no problem when i told her this she started swearing at me over the phone saying i think i should F***ing know as i have worked here for years do you want the order or f***ing not. As theres a cue in the shop so she got told where to stick the order i will not be abused by a woman who takes orders over aphone. So i wouldnt recomend this takeaway to anyone. Due to her attitude

I go there around once a month and I highly recommend chicken noodle soup and rice Good service apart from on busy days other than that 😀👍 great service

The Ocean sells an above average curry & also does a good sati on the skewers,I would recommend this for a carryout if you have not tried yet.

this is our favorite take away! good price for good food. the 2 ladies that take the orders are brilliant :)

Just had chicken salad from here and it was a little bland usually much nicer but something was missing.

well well well.... After I tried to phone to what has been my regular chinese since sacking this as my regular and failing to get through I phoned the ocean. I got my usual breast of chicken curry and fried rice with no onions and that was beautiful, it was delivered fast so no complaints there. So tonight after again trying to phone my new regular tonight and failing I again called the ocean and ordered 2 breasts of chicken curry and fried rice with no onions and sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. The woman on the phone repeated the order to me and got right so no blame attached to her. What I received was a complete embarrassment of an order with two very runny/watery spicey currys with onions and chicken balls you could smash windows with. Only good thing about tonights curry was completely hair free! sorry but it was terrible!

I used to swear by this take away as it is cheap but now... I wont be back! The last few orders weren't good and were completely messed up and there was a hair in it. You will also wait and hour and a half plus on your delivery... The shop its self has the worst hygiene rating in Motherwell and when you see the shop you can see why.

food good and price wise excellent if you are phoning they are there in a minute
